Exceptional Groundworks Crew – Professional, Hardworking, Precise, Personable, and Reliable.

I had the pleasure of working with Isaac, Matt, Bryce, Josh, Kaly, Joe, and Dillon—an outstanding groundworks crew whose professionalism and dedication truly impressed me. From start to finish, they were punctual, respectful, and incredibly efficient.

They approached every task with precision and care, ensuring the site was safe, clean, and perfectly prepared for the next phase of construction. I was able to observe the process firsthand, and they took the time to answer all my questions in great detail. Their knowledge and transparency made the experience both educational and reassuring.

What stood out most was how personable and thoughtful each team member was. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, and their positive attitude made a big difference.

I would highly recommend this crew for any groundworks or repair project. Their work ethic, expertise, and genuine customer care are second to none.

Great experience with Groundworks. Brock, Anjel, and Dylan were incredibly quick and professional. They did pier work on my home, in this awful cold, and now it’s back to level! Luke and Anthony followed up with the poly foam. Very pleased and you can’t even see the drill holes in the floor. Both crews cleaned up the property thoroughly. Highly recommend.

From start to finish Michael and his crew were outstanding. As a manager of Sherwin Williams, I see all types of construction crews and these guys are hands down the most polite, professional, trustworthy guys I’ve ever met. The communication as to what they were doing and letting us know time frames were spot on. These guys worked like a well oiled machine with the final product turning out phenomenal. They replaced several floor joists in our bedroom due to moisture issues , installed pumps and drainage lines, then encapsulated the entire crawl space. We’ve had several companies out to try to fix our issues with very sub par work. Not these guys. They walked in like an army of Spartans and took care of business. If you use anyone else besides these guys, I’m sorry.

I called Groundworks to inspect a small corner pop on our foundation. Hunter Holmes was our inspector. He came out investigated the issue and was very honest and forthcoming about the necessity of repairs. I would highly recommend him.

I’m extremely disappointed to have to write this review, because of the high expectations we had and the amount of money we spent. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful, but their experience and execution was not great. The salesman did not present our piers as visible, which they were. He told us our house would be able to be bricked in after, which it was not. The workers/installers were very nice guys, but had never done a job like ours before, so they had no experience in how to do it. There were several mistakes that they were very willing to try and better, but couldn’t really be made completely right again. I had to manage the project the entire time, because I was so afraid of what might happen. They would have damaged our house had I not. We felt trapped, because it felt like we could not turn back, because of our unique situation. I don’t feel like that is how you should feel when you pay someone a lot of money to repair your house. I don’t want to throw the workers under the bus, because I feel as bad for them to be put in the situation. There should have been way more oversight and an actual structural engineer present. They were made aware that we were not 100% satisfied at the end of the project, but we still had to pay the full amount, $20,000. That may not be a lot to some people, but that is a lot to us, especially when left with regrets and knots in our stomach… We hoped to have communication before writing this review, but it didn’t happen. We will not be recommending Groundworks.

Issac Garcia & Omar Salazar were the two technicians who installed five jacks on my foundation footings today. They were extremely professional and very skilled at their jobs. I would highly recommend them for any of your Groundworks jobs. You will not be disappointed.

I scheduled my home to have foundation work done a month in advance. The foreman Zacch Johnson didn't even show up until almost noon on day one because they had to stop to get a wheel barrel and shovels. They didn't complete the job correctly and tried to get me to sign off a day early, in order to get there bonus. I had to contact Cooperate to get a new crew out. Ty, Chase, Blake did a great job correcting all the issues. The biggest downfall was that the foundation had other issues that they neglected to inform me about. If they would have just slowed down and gone over the additional problems then they could have gotten more work out of me. I could just imagine if I didn't know what right looks like, how much money I would have just wasted. In total the first crew spent 18 hours out of a 40 hour work week, the second crew did twice the work and corrected the problems in 3 days.

This company is absolutely amazing. They showed up on time and on the day scheduled. All their work was top notch! Isaac, Chance, JB and Codey were very professional when doing their part and Luke, Anthony, and Jason were also very professional. These guys worked their tails off and made sure their mess was cleaned everyday. Would definitely give this company more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you so much for all the hard work and a job done right. Also would like to brag on how well the salesman, Jim, was. Jim was very thorough and honest when he came and looked at our property and made sure that we were taken care of.

Everyone was extremely respectful and professional. The entire crew, from initial appointment with Anthony, to the pillar crew with Seth and Isaac, to the final poly application with Joe and Kayl, everyone was knowledgeable, explained everything well, and ensure all of our concerns and questions were answered. I went through multiple companies, Groundworks found a fix rather than just trying to sell me expensive bandaids. Thoroughly impressed and so glad we chose Groundworks. Thank you all so much!

Well here we are a year later. Groundworks did the annual inspection yesterday. The new inspector said we needed to replace the Sill plate that was supposedly done last year during this huge mess. When we called them about this discrepancy, Groundworks stopped responding to our calls. They also found “new” issues and gave us a $15,000 bid not including removing and replacing all the subfloors to do said work.
Editing, again. After an initial bad experience the guys at Groundworks came out the very next day and repaired/completed all the work the previous crew had done so poorly. Blake, Ty, Jack came out and blew me away. I was expecting a fight and they were nothing but apologetic and willing to do what it took to make us happy. The work looks great. And I’m more than happy to rate them 5 stars. Well done fellas. We’re super stoked with the quality of work and the customer service. We will happily contact you for anything else we need.

Appointment scheduling and communication process was extremely easy. Hunter was my assigned professional and he did an amazing job explaining the inspection process, results, and potential repairs if needed. Fully transparent and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

From the inspection/consultation visit to the contract date. Dylan, Joe and crew were very professional and courteous. Job well done. Now, my elderly neighbors can utilize the SE sidewalk without a trip hazard. I am more than pleased with the work performed. I will definitely recommend your company to other's. Thank you.

Fantastic service! Luke & Anthony are amazing! They are professional, punctual, knowledgeable, kind & provide great communication. I truly appreciate the time they took in explaining the process, answering all of my questions, & ensuring they could achieve the results I wanted. It's very evident Luke & Anthony take pride in their work! I had a cavern underneath my newly purchased home's driveway from years of gutter outflow draining into unsealed joints causing an uneven surface, collapsing support, rough edges & cracks. Luke & Anthony used their expertise to level the sections, shifting them back into their original position & then smoothed & caulked the joint spaces. I can't believe how good it looks & am even happier that we are no longer at risk of collapse! I highly recommend Groundworks & Luke & Anthony.

Rory was absolutely incredible. Very professional and easy to talk with. He was able to explain everything to me in a way I was able to understand it. Thorough as heck, measurements, pictures, explained what was what and how they operate. He made an experience where I know im going to have to spend a decent amount of money much more enjoyable. On time, called the day before to confirm and the morning of to let me know he was on his way. 15/10.

Like W and Anthony M represented GroundWorks very well today. They called to let us know they were on the way. Showed up promptly, knocked on the door and explained why they were here and asked to see the patio to fix. The job went quickly with lots of explaining to me since I was really curious and asked lots of questions. They were done in a couple hours and cleaned up and explained what they did and about the 5 year warranty. Job well done!

We contacted Groundworks to come assess some cracks in our driveway and the concrete walkway around our pool. They had been recommended to us by friends who had used them and were extremely happy with their work.

Chris Stewart, one of their Certified Field Inspectors, came out Friday afternoon to discuss our concerns and to get more information. After he did a thorough inspection of the areas, he came back in to talk to us. The aerial map of our house and property where he had added in our cracking spaces was most impressive. He even identified what he referred to as a more “critical” area, that we hadn’t even been paying attention to or even notice much.

After discussion and going over options, Chris told us that while they could certainly help if we wanted it, he didn’t feel that what we were trying to address (mainly the aesthetics of the cracks) were well suited to the bulk of the work they do (foundations, concrete lifts etc). He suggested approaching our issues perhaps with a general contractor that was better equipped to do tasks such as crack repair.

We won’t be using Groundworks for this. So why did I give them 5 stars? We were SO impressed with Chris and his knowledge, he was super easy to talk to and his experience was unquestionable. The honesty and integrity that Chris, and thus the Groundworks company, showed was most appreciated, especially when not all companies might take that approach and just try to write a contract even if it wasn’t in the best interest of the customer.

We have no doubt that if our situation deteriorates or we need different kinds of work done, we would without hesitation reach back out to Chris, and use Groundworks in the future! I hope you will consider them as well!

My husband and I had an outstanding experience with Groundworks from the initial inspection yo the completed leveling work. Their customer service was superior and honest-they clearly explained the entire house leveling process and answered all of our questions. The team kept us informed, showed up on time, and made sure the job was done right. Rory and the crew were professional, efficient, and respectful of my home and property. The quality of work exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciate their integrity and workmanship.
