I had the groundworks team come out for a waterproofing job on my basement! The crew Luke Cummings, Daniel Murf, Seffa, and Ky did a fantastic job on the entire project! They were thorough and thoughtful with the repair of my home. I would recommend Luke's crew for all your basement waterproofing needs! Great Job!

My team was great. They were on time and got right to work. Keegan, Tim and Uriel were helpful and friendly, explaining the steps as we went along. We had an old waterline left in place and their plumber came out to help me trace it and remove the section in the way. Great job and cleaned up after the inspection.

The entire process was extremely easy and the entire team was terrific. Ernest completed a thorough inspection along with my input. Adriana in customer service provided updates. The concrete repair with Ilia and partner was absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations. The team paid attention to every minor detail. Well worth the cost!

The only thing that exceeded this crew's professionalism and expertise was their empathy and care for us during the process. Andrei the team lead went out of his way to explain each step, talk about the result of each phase of operation, and ensure that we were satisfied. Everything went from a construction site back to as it looked after they were done. We cannot say enough about the process, the system they used and the team that made it happen.

I've had the privilege to work with Ernest Vigil in getting our warehouse foundation fixed. He by far was the most knowledgeable upfront and kindest guy that has came out for a quote. He really explained things in a way a person with know knowledge of concrete can understand. He never tried to upsale me things like most companies and was super patient while getting things approved from higher ups. Nothing but wholesomeness.

Anh and Ian were very professional, and did an outstanding job for our garage cement slab that was sinking. The results are great, better than expected. They cleaned up the area and highly recommend.

Ernest (inspector) and Ahn and his helper who did the work were all professional, considerate, very pleasant to work with, and were very intent on making sure I understood every part of the process. Most importantly, the quality of the work is stellar! It’s a huge relief to have such an important issue fixed. My home now has greater curb appeal and is free from trip hazards. I’m super happy!

We had a sump pump installed in our crawl space. This job required lots of physical labor. They had to dig out 2 ft of dirt around the perimeter, install pipes and sump pumps, then fill in with gravel. Cristhian, Julio and Casar worked efficiently and even completed our job ahead of schedule. Entire crew was even considerate of making sure to shut gates so our dogs did not escape.

Our house had some sagging so they did some replacement of our old wooden beams with new heavy duty steal beams. We did three different quotes by 3 different companies prior to choosing Groundworks. We ultimately decided to go with them because they were able to do the 2 different projects in less time and comparable pricing. We are happy to have this project finally completed.

I had an excellent experience working with Ernest. He arrived on time, well-prepared, and took the time to carefully listen to my description of the issue. His inspection of the garage slab and foundation was thorough and detailed. The solution he proposed was specifically tailored to my situation. Ernest communicated clearly throughout the process, and I would highly recommend his services.

Team from Groundworks (Josh G., Cierra P., Jacob N., Richard S., and Uriel V.) did a great job for us installing some structural piles under a section of our foundation that needed additional support. We wanted a company that would do a quality job, take care of the permits, and leave our home looking great. They accomplished all of this and offered professional service from start to finish. The communication was great from start to end and we are pleased with the result.

My crew (Anthony, Mike, Jordan, and Johnathan) were great! They were courteous, efficient, communicative, and accomplished the big project incredibly quickly (I was expected a week, and it took less than two days). I appreciated them explaining some of the underlying electrical issues that we need to address, too.

If I could give a better rating, I would. Outstanding work! Amazing customer service and very skilled labor. This was a very large job, and it went flawless. A special thanks to the foreman Trip, he was so kind and great to work with. Another thanks to Trips team, James, Ryder, and Ali. Great work guys!

Other than some delays with getting new contracts after scope and/or pricing adjustments, our experience was phenomenal.

Originally called them after the Western WA floods in December to get some basement waterproofing done. They were the first company who would make it out here. Brownie points there!

We ended up having a below ground drainage system and waterproofing barrier placed on the walls.

Specifically shouting out the installation crew. The foreman Jacob N. was exceptional in his communication and transparency. Obviously knew what he was talking about, dealt with my nervous control issues and ended up advising us on some changes that saved us thousands of dollars while presenting us with other options that we ended up opting out of at this time.

The rest of the crew, Richard S. and Timmy C. were great the whole way through, communicated where needed and we are very appreciative of the level of respect given to our home.

Hopefully we never have to utilize their services again but if we do, we will call Groundworks !

Groundworks repaired some concrete cracks in our 100-year-old foundation. They also noted our uneven floors and recommended $50K+ helical piles, which we ultimately decided to forego and take a wait-and-see approach (other contractors noted that our foundation settlement was likely due to poor water drainage, which we put money toward instead).

When Ky returned for the 1-year basement checkup, he noted that one of the floor corners had sunk very slightly and once again tried to sell us on the piles. We asked to see the exact measurements, and he never responded to our email. We followed up 3 more times, but received no response.

I've lost some trust in this company; although they were efficient and professional during our initial project, their persistence in pushing an extremely costly intervention came across as dishonest.

Steve came out to measure and create a plan for repairing our foundation. Austin submitted the enginerring for county permits. Cierra coordinated from the office. Tripp, James, and Ryder came out this week to execute the plan and worked for 3 days to lift and stabalize our foundation. They were all respectful and had a positive attitude. Communication was excellent and they made sure we understood the process before the physcal work began. A few changes had to be made but everything was discussed and agreed upon before those were were implemented. We are very happy with the whole team from beginning to end.

Groundworks just installed a perimeter drain with a set of pumps in my crawl space. The entire process from Kristy quoting and managing the installation to Charles and Angel completing the project in 2 days was flawless. They all had great communication and told me exactly what was going on as they did it. I'll have to wait till the next rainy season to see how it works, but I'm pretty confident that they did it correctly.

This is the second time we’ve used Groundwork’s. Jacob, Richard, Timmy and Christian were here for five days water proofing our crawl space that was filled with water and mold. They completely encapsulated it, added a sub pump and an air filter system. They did an incredible job and communicated daily on their progress and findings. The crawl space looks amazing!
I want to give a shoutout to Daniel who showed up on Christmas Eve to inspect it and get us an estimate. Highly recommend Groundwork’s.

Update:
They said my foundation was sinking close to an inch on the right side and quoted nearly $40,000. I took a self aligning leveler and didn’t see 1inch shrinking. Contacted a structural engineer and they didn’t see a problem AND had another professional in my home and they didn’t not see a 1” dip or sinkage. Moral of the story is check around. Just because people are professionals and in the business and can do the work doesn’t mean it is necessary or ordinary. Definitely worth checking around and getting a 2nd and 3rd opinion. 2 stars and not 1 star because they probably can do foundation work but is it ordinary and necessary?

Not sure. Looks level to me. Will hire a real structural engineer to verify their accuracy.

Foreman Jacob and associates Charles and Reuben arrived on time and completed the sump pump install in a very timely fashion. Jacob thoroughly explained the complete project and answered all my questions. I would heartedly recommend this crew for drainage jobs. Well done.

We were impressed by the initial inspection of the site and video presentation of the solution. An expensive project, complicated…but necessary.
After a scheduling delay, the team of workmen, led by Jacob N. arrived each morning early, and Richard S, Charles U, and Angel F, worked hard all day. They knew their jobs, brought all necessary supplies and made good progress. They worked well as a team.
Jacob was a great communicator and kept us informed of their schedules and their progress.The work site was kept clean and they were all respectful of our privacy and our property. Work was completed in a timely manner. It was a big job! They made us feel comfortable and confident. These were nice young men who knew how to get the job done.
