I have used Oliver for a bunch projects. He is a subcontractor we use frequently and will continue using him and his crew.

I had them pour a 95’x48” walkway with some tricky little retaining walls and it turned out great. They were very professional and Clean throughout the entire project.

I know contractors get overwhelmed with work sometimes but this company was fast on the turnaround, on time, efficient and very pleasant to work with. I think they did a great job for a great price!

I have a 15’ x 30’ building on the place we bought last year that needed a floor poured Inside to make it a more usable space. They came out just a few days later and knocked it out. They did a super smooth hard trowel finish exactly like I wanted. Great job thanks!

Oliver Lystad came to our home, took measurements, & we discussed our project at length. He said he would get us a bid in a week. That was on August 21, 2023. I waited over a week to hear from him. When I did not, I started trying to reach him. I had previously texted & emailed him, so I knew we had functioning lines of communication. “HAD” is the correct tense, as Oliver Lystad has not responded to my texts, phone calls/voice mails and emails since our second meeting on August 21, 2023. I’ve tried to reach him for the past month. I truly do not understand what happened to him. I hope he is okay physically and/or mentally. It doesn’t make any sense. He appeared very interested in our project. He took a lot of time to take measurements and discuss details with me - then he ghosted us … vanished … . Very confusing and disappointing. Common business courtesy would be to communicate “I decided I don’t want to bid the job” if that’s what happened in this situation. To leave a potential customer hanging, waiting for a bid you have no intention of completing, is unprofessional and inconsiderate. Behavior like this is inexplicable.

Oliver and his crew are amazing. They were very accommodating to my mother inlaw when they poured her pad. They truly went out of their way to make sure she was happy

Oliver and his awesome crew have done a bunch of large projects on our Lakebay waterfront property. He and his team are efficient, produce high quality results, and are a pleasure to have around. Additionally, Oliver is a great communicator, responsive, gives expert suggestions, and really accurate estimates. I will continue to hire Lystad Construction for future work because OIiver and team are the best!

I had a large stamped patio and a sports court put on the back and side of my house. Ive never had a major concrete project of this size done before and was unaware of how much work actually goes into the prep/ process. I was very impressed with the hard work Lystad Construction did. They showed up on time and ready to work even in poor weather.
I find this outfit to be professional and hard working, if you are looking for a contractor who specializes in concrete and framing i highly recommend these guys! I am very happy and impressed with the outcome.
