So far, the piering and stabilizing has been done. Alex and his crew did a thorough, professional job, even though it was extremely cold out there. Alex explained what was going on as each step was beginning. My windows are once again pretty easy to open and close, and we can lock the storm door again, something that hasn't happened for a long time.
Omar and his crew are scheduled for the 6th to come and do the Poly foam injection that will further support and stabilize the slab. I only hope it goes as smoothly as the piers did. This crew even powerwashed the mud off of the porch and patio. Vesta has been very professional, right from the beginning when Cathrine came and did the inspection and gave me a quote.
I just can't say enough good things about Alex and his crew. They made this process less stressful than I was expecting it to be.

They didn't even survey the house, nor did they provide any information about the repairs or a map of the property. We emailed them, and they said it was an invoice with most details, but they didn't actually provide any details, like a map of the site but just the price. So, on the second day of construction, we became concerned about the unrepaired cracks in the house. A supervisor Alex came and discovered the problem. He measured the interior and dimensions of the house, which should have been done before construction began. He then recommended that to the company address the issue. The workers were all ok. We are still waiting for the final work report about the job they did.
I believe the problem lies with the company's sales and staff employees. They haven't done their jobs properly.

Alex was very helpful and addressed the issue and did his best to correct it. Also, the foaming department should be fine. The foaming department people were very friendly and polite.

So we called and they sent us the piers map today (October 10, 2025), five days after the project started. We just discovered that they designed 12 piers but charged for 13 piers. Also, they missed the one pier behind the house as designed. They said someone will call us and we will keep update.

They called and fix the problem.

Foundation work went well. Much better execution of work compared to the other company we worked with many years ago! Our bedroom floors feel much more stable now compared to beforehand.

Our only complaints were that the crew tracked some dirt and mud in our bedroom and living room as they were walking in and out of the house and didn't completely clean up after themselves. Also, at some point during the work being done, our TV screen was scratched just a bit. It was a very small scratch, but just needing to throw that out there. Other than that, the work was satisfactory.

Alex, Marco and Carlos were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Alex was very helpful in explaining the results and called me out several times to show me what was happening. This is the second time I've used Vesta and will use them in the future if necessary.

Ricardo and his team did an excellent job installing my 10 piers. He was very informative, polite and took good care of my yard and house. Definitely would use them again.

Ricardo, Gerardo, and Jose installed 5 push piers to stabilize our foundation. They were extremely efficient and took time to explain what they were doing as the work progressed. We are very happy with the results and definitely would go with Vesta again. We got estimates of price and what should be done from two other companies and felt that Trevor from Vesta gave us the best plan.

Called Vesta to adjust my jacks. Troy came out and was very knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything in detail. This is the second time he has came out. I would absolutely recommend Troy!

I called Vesta to see what they could do about lifting the floors on the inside of my house. Javier, Jesus and Sergio came out to do the work and did an excellent job. They were able to lift the floors and made very noticeable difference. I am very satisfied with the outcome. The piers installed outside and the floors being lifted inside, I am now confident my house has been stabilized. My wife was worried about it causing a mess inside but the guys did a great job of keeping things clean and cleaning up after the work. They definitely exceeded her expectations.

Javier and his crew were punctual, polite, and communicated well with me. The job looks good, and I hope successfully solves my problem during the next heavy rain.

Nate and Tyler were both very pleasant and professional. They explained exactly what they were going to do approximately how long it would take and anything I needed to do after they left to make sure the project was successful.
They completed their work, cleaned up after themselves and reviewed the project with me to be sure I didn’t have any questions.

Texted ahead and arrived early. Very personable. Did great work. The settling slab is level and all of the seams and the one crack are filled and fixed. They had an issue with their foam hose that required a return to the shop to fix it but they got that done and still finished on the scheduled day.

Company politely followed up several times throughout the scheduling, salesman was polite and worked with my time.

They did exactly what they said they would do for exactly the price quoted and agreed upon. Exactly the timeframe they told me.

Driveway is now fixed, 5year guarantee. Very pleased and saved thousands from replacement.

Vesta was great. I had gotten a quote from a competitor but due to the price, guarantee, and after pictures they had from other works I went Vesta. My driveway was very cracked and uneven. They worked hard to even everything out the best they could and even it out with the garage and porch too. They filled in all the gaps. It’s not perfect but it’s a lot better and it’s not a huge trip hazard anymore. They were easy to work with and very professional. They said they could come back out and make a few additional adjustments so that I am fully satisfied. They have not contacted me to schedule yet.

Great communication with all staff in office and the field. Personable, professional yet easy to talk to. Great visual explanation of proposed work needed during estimate. Trevor provided itemized cost of work before he left my home. Alex managed the project well, and adjusted scope of work after walk-through with me. Lisa, Miranda, and Brooke kept things going from headquarters. Would strongly recommend this team!

BUYER BEWARE!

Please get a second and third opinion! I feel like Vesta took advantage of me. The salesman sold me 3 sumps when one would have been fine. I thought I was getting 2, and I did agree to this. I trusted the salesman and didn’t bother to get another opinion. He did not explain the pipes that would be run up a wall and completely ruin the aesthetics of the room. They placed a double sump in a downstairs bedroom, basically ruining a perfectly good bedroom (when I was getting a house ready to sell. It looks like it should now be a utility room) A closet was 10 feet away. This should have instead been placed in the furnace room!

Even my plumber agreed it was overkill. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU PURCHASE OR ARE ‘SOLD TO’. I only gave them 2 stars because the install guys were awesome and very helpful.

Trevor, the salesman, never mentioned the 2 giant pipes running up a bedroom wall making it appear as though there was a major water problem, when I didn’t have that at all. This will probably be flagged on an inspection and deter from, not increase the sale value of my home. My carpet cleaner (does restoration work), plumber and carpet install guy all said this was probably way too much.

Again, get 2-3 opinions before you purchase from this company. I just feel like I was taken advantage of and hopefully I can spare someone the same heartache and $8000 down the drain.

Thanks to Nate and his crew who did a great job leveling the slab under our hot tub. The slab had been lifted by tree roots on one side so far that the water levels in hot tub were too high on one side and too low on the other. They took care not to damage surrounding plants and light fixtures, cleaned up everything and even helped get hot tub back in place when they were finished. Hot tub time again!

Vesta did a great job fixing my dehumidifier that was leaking condensate due to algae buildup in the drain line.

A true customer satisfaction experience. From the first call to job completion. I thought our driveway was beyond any repair and would have to be fully replaced at a very high cost. The Vesta team was honest, professional, timely, and with a price that seemed unreal in today's high priced markets. I am completely impressed with the work Vesta did to waterproof my basement! First, Ben Cliburn came to asses the issues and make recommendations. The crew assigned to the job arrived on time and worked hard! They were led by the Forman Dakota Collins, who was very professional and knowledgeable about the process. Dakota took time to answer my questions and was always friendly and accommodating! This team definitely went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more pleased!
