Got behind one of their company vehicles and they had their cell phone up and in front of their face while driving down the road. Almost hit a lady in the parking lot. Never stopped messing on the phone. Literally could see them scrolling thru the screens on their phone.

They have been dumping trash at my property in Denver nc and I've tried to talk to the man doing it but he takes off everytime I try.......he does it at 6am most mornings

If I could give Top Level more than 5 stars, I would. The owner and crew are extremely passionate about taking care of their customers and their safety. They took a ton of pride, not only in the work they did, but in doing the right thing for me and the members of our community. Their price was also extremely competitive compared to the other 2 main leveling companies in Columbus that use Polyurethane foam, which is the most reliable product and process when it comes to concrete leveling. They also offer a lifetime warranty, which was very valuable to our community. I am extremely glad we chose Top Level. We needed several concrete porches leveled and lots of work done in our community and Top Level delivered with incredible service.

I am on the board of our condo association and contacted the 3 main concrete leveling companies in Columbus that use polyurethane foam to level sinking concrete. One company up charged me 1400 dollars from the original estimate that the
salesman/estimator showed me. They explained to me that the price was increased because they had to move the truck to different locations to do the work on the different properties. This upcharge happened after I expressed that I was happy
with their original estimate and how professional and friendly the company had been throughout the process. They thought they had the work secured so they up charged me 1400 dollars as a truck movement fee, when most companies I have experience with would build that in to the estimate itself. Even though I knew they were trying to squeeze money from me and the community, I tried to negotiate the price and bring it down closer to the original. The owners and company were not willing to negotiate. The lack of integrity and greed was a blessing in disguise because it led our board to choose Top Level. The other company had questionable reviews and canceled my appointment for an estimate on short notice. When they finally came to check the property, the estimator pushed a contract that wasn't very cost effective for our community. The estimator did not even walk the property to look at the work that needed to be done.

My family and I have multiple homes that need work done and I will always call Top Level for any concrete leveling we need.

They just left my property and did a nice job at a fair price. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would. Can't ask for more. Raised the whole side of our pole barn floor.

I highly recommend Top Level! Ammar did such a great job leveling the walkway and steps to our porch. He even sealed the joints for free!

Top Level came in to save the day! We had several places on the back side of our property with sidewalks and around our pool that were sunken in and dangerous. Top Level was able to lift up our concrete to the appropriate height. We were very pleased with the outcome and also with their professionalism. Thanks so much!!!

Had Top Level come out and fill up some holes under front and back stoop as well as filling some voids under the garage. Ammar was very prompt in his responses, and the quote was extremely reasonable. Very happy overall.

I called in the morning to schedule for someone to come give me a quote on my front porch that had settled with a negative slope towards the house. Ammar came out that same day a few hours later and inspected the area. He gave me a very competitive quote on the spot. Not too high and not too low. The quote seemed like a fair deal for both parties. I wasnt even aware at the time that he was the one performing the work. He went the extra mile and included fixing the walkway from the driveway to the porch in multiple areas. Once we literally shook on the deal he stated he would contact me to schedule. He came out the very next day and fixed everything. I had already called another company for a quote and the earliest they could send someone was in two weeks. In summary, if you are looking for someone who is polite, professional, and wanting earn an honest dollar, Ammar and Top Level is the way to go!

Emailed Top Level to inquire about their services. Ammar was quick to respond gave a fair estimate. Price was lower than other estimate I received. Garage floor was raised and leveled, cracks in garage floor were repaired, concrete slabs for my porch and walkway were raised and leveled. Great job, I highly recommend Top Level.

Used Top Level again to level the other side of my garage. Excellent work! Again, I highly recommend Ammar.

Professional, knowledgeable, and competent. Our experience with Top Level was top notch and the results were outstanding. The transformation of out walkway and the peace of mind we can now enjoy with the shoring up of our front porch made this money very well spent. Top Level solved my uneven sidewalks at my residence. The team was outstanding and friendly. Commencing with initial contact for an estimate of work to be performed, setting up an appointment for the estimate and providing the estimate was very quick. The estimate was very reasonable. I set up an appointment to have the work done. The team showed up on time and got to work immediately. The team is very professional and they know what they are doing. They accomplished all work requested and looked at all areas to insure no trip hazards were overlooked. They cleaned up all work areas. I am very pleased with the repairs and highly recommend TopLevel for you future jobs.

Ammar was very easy to work with and adjusted his offer based on another quote I received. He was out the day after I approved the project, on a Saturday, and he and his team did quick and complete work.

We email Top Level on 07/26. Somebody called us and said please return call. Husband called the number and a young lady answer and did not know anything about the call or email. Said could not help without the information. Have not heard anything else from them.
