We were very pleased with the results, we did not know how much our Stoops had sunk over the years. The Top Level team were amazing. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing concrete leveling.

Ammar and his crew did an excellent job lifting part of our driveway. They worked fast and clean and the communication was great. The price was too. Our driveway looks like new!

Ammar and his crew did a great repairing a sidewalk trip hazard for me. He came out for a quote two days after my initial call and completed the repair the following day in 45 mins. The price was reasonable and I would use them again in the future.

Top Level Concrete just completed an amazing 2 car driveway and front entry sidewalk lift.
Ammar made this project a complete joy from the initial phone call to coming out for a quote to the completion of the job. Pricing was very fair. Workmanship was great, Ammar and his crew completely leveled each area that was originally sinking. A few of the areas had dropped 2”.
I will take his recommendation on the type of joint filler to use which I will be doing shortly.
I was originally looking to have it all torn out and poured new. I’m happy that i found Top Level Concrete. I will recommend them to all my neighbors.

Wow, what an all-around great experience with Ammar and his crew! From the initial contact to the completed job just yesterday (12/2/25), everything went as planned. Very professional, excellent workmanship including clean-up, and fair pricing. And our project was no easy feat, as we needed to raise & level the floor of an inside room built on a concrete slab. I would definitely use them again for any needs and highly recommend Top Level.

Wow, when our kitchen wall started sink we were into a lot of construction and mess for weeks. Top Level came through for us. They were polite and very professional. I was expecting an all day job but was pleasantly surprised when they were done in less than an hour. They were neat and cleaned up. Very Respectful of our property. Highly recommended! The cost was much less then expected.

It was such a great experience working with Ammar and his team. Part of our driveway had sunken in, Ammar came to check the area, gave his professional opinion and explained the process. Took a bit longer than expected to get the report but in all an ok experience

Cancelled my appointment A day before service, and I was a “Pay upon Completion” customer. Very unprofessional and way over priced. If you’re in So cal. Call Specialized Testing out of Santa Fe springs. George and his crew are pros and well priced.

I have used this company extensively for work clearing utilities and coring, mostly through pavement and in roadways prior to drilling. They are professional, show up on time and do a great job for us. I highly recommend them.
