We bought 2 boxes of H and C garage floor apoxy . Was advised by member at Sherman Williams. To use H and C garage paint as a first step to eventually use H and C garage apoloxy . We prepped floor as per instructions . We applied apoxy and let dry for 120 hrs . 48 hrs more than recommended. We contacted representative named Daniel. We were asked questions about application of apoxy . We sent pictures as asked to . Then he never responded again for 2 weeks . We bought this products because we were told that on the box it said no peeling , no hot tire lift and would be water proof . And most important that it was guaranteed. We have been customers at Sherman Williams since 2000 . We as loyal customers feel like we are deeply disappointed in the response we got . Company can look up her account Corinne Stout and see what products and how much we have spent there in 25 yrs .

Today Mar 5, a truck with the plate 68643 was driving on the wrong side of the road, almost hit a PT Cruiser about 20 minutes ago. Your driver is aggressive

Had one of their trucks tailgating me on I-65 yesterday. They kept flashing their lights and were driving incredibly aggressively. I’d avoid this outfit.

Complete Concrete Builders were extremely professional with top notch skills. They listened to our concerns and worked with us. So I call them before I coming do appointment at 12, and when I arrive that noodles forklift nobody said move ya truck away

I can't speak on customer service or wether or not you get what you ordered. I don't work in that area. I work with cleaning and preparing the equipment for delivery.
In that area the standards are high. They really want their equipment to arrive on the job site "Job ready." Every single piece of equipment is cleaned, repaired if needed, and inspected for functionality. I know. All I do all day is clean equipment and run it through it's function. Each and every piece of the hundreds or thousands that show up on your job site have been individually inspected and do what they are supposed to do.
I also get to work with a great staff. The work is hard but worth it.

Steelcore builders managed the full remodel of our house, an old victorian in San Francisco. The work included adding an entire floor below the home including adding a garage through to final finish, bathrooms, new kitchen, etc. They finished on schedule and the neighbors were content despite very disruptive work. Steelcore thought ahead through the processes so there were no lags and were also open to feedback. Overall, could not recommend Steelcore more.

We worked with Steelcore Builders in 2019 to help with multiple seismic retrofit projects. These were significant jobs that they concurrently completed for us on multiple San Francisco apartment buildings (12+ unit buildings). Throughout the process both Peter and Jason were attentive and thorough. When unexpected issues arise (as they ALWAYS do during construction projects), they were communicative and available from start to finish. It was a pleasure working with them, and I recommend their services to anybody who's looking to renovate their property.

Great experience with SteelCore. we built an addition to the house in Tiburon and initially hired SteelCore for foundation part of the project. after seeing quality of the work and attention to detail from Peter’s crew we extended our contract to complete framing of the house. everything was on time and on budget. we highly recommend SteelCore for your build.
