I had other companies give me quotes to make my front porch look better, but top level was the only one that to address the real issue which was my step level wasn’t at the proper height. I have the pleasure of having to share my experience with Top Level. The side entry from the drive way to the front porch has been sinking for a long time. The angle was getting too steep to a point it became a safety issue, especially in winter. Had asked around for several quotes and almost all contractors were quoting higher prices with scheduled fix dates pushed out for several weeks to a month. However, when I called the Top Level, Mr. Krayem, the owner came out for inspection and sent the proposal less than an hour with timeline of contractual work the following week. The performance of work he and his team was incredible. The slope (3-4” of depth) that almost all contractors would struggle to level, the side walkway was raised to the original level. It is like new. I am so happy with the work, I would recommend Top Level to who wants to avoid hassles of long wait and cost to do it.

I should have called sooner. Initial call to job completion was less than a week. Our front step had sunk a few inches. They leveled the step and the sidewalk leading to it. Not having to worry about the step hazard...priceless.

I had Top Level raise my basement concrete floor in multiple areas up to 2 inches due to sinking. I also had them raise part of my concrete driveway which had sunk 2+ inches. Customer Service and responsiveness was top notch, pricing was very reasonable, and quality of work was high. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing similar work done.

Ammar with Top Level was great to work with. Ammar was professional, prompt and pleasant. Ammar the owner came on schedule with badge identification, gave an estimated. The following day Ammar himself supervised his worker to ensure the work was completed to his satisfaction. Ammar was hands on to maintain quality control. We were very pleased with the final results to level our sidewalk and raise our front step about 4” back to its original position.

Amaar and his team were fantastic to work with! Very prompt and responsive when I called or had to text. He responded back within minutes if not seconds! First I just want to say that the people were really nice and I wish them success, but we really did have a lousy experience. To begin with they are extremely difficult to get ahold of. The phone seems to be about the only way to reach them but they don't seem to want to return our calls. For the most part, our sidewalk is level and the step they raised is where it should be. However, one portion has already started to sink again. It's likely due to the huge gaps left under the sidewalk when they were finished. They were big enough I could easily slide my hand underneath. We also found about 4 cubic feet of foam in our flower beds. I assume the foam took the path of least resistance and intermingled with our soil along side the sidewalk. The flowers won't grow well in foam so we had to dig it out and replace some of the soil. The worst side effect of the process are the stains on the concrete. See the pictures that I've uploaded for specifics. Clearly something was leaking. There are large reddish stains along the sidewalk and drips all down the driveway. When we contacted them they did come out and try to remove them but it didn't do much good. They are slightly faded now, but they were literally sanding away the concrete. They said they would reach out to the foam supplier and call me back. That was about two weeks ago and I haven't heard back from them yet. I left them voicemails but still nothing. Did I mention they were difficult to reach? Overall the process appears to be a cheap bandaid fix but it definitely isn't inexpensive to have done. I'm not sure I'd recommend the process but I would definitely recommend using a more experienced company.

Just a quick update to say that after my initial review the owner reached out to us. They did some research and were able to come up with a solution to remove the majority of the stains. It's still not perfect but it's acceptable and I believe the stains will fade further in time. I'm sure they will be able to better handle this situation in the future.
