We have used Beacher extensively for more than a decade and cannot praise his services enough. He not only renovated 4 baths in our 1880's home, but completely converted our weekend house from propane to oil. In everything he's done (in both houses) he has been 100% professional and reliable, with not only a great work ethic (honest, prompt, etc.), but a meticulous eye for detail. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I turned on my dishwasher and for some reason there was water from a flood was in my basement from the dishwasher. As it turns out I also had leaky hose under my kitchen sink and no hot water in my bathroom sink.
I had just finished my chemo treatment and needed to see my oncologist.
I called Beach, my plumber who had done work before.
They came to my house and fixed the problem with the hot water in the bathroom sink. Install new pipes and a new water pump under the kitchen sank

I had a water leak so I called Beacher Plumbing & Well Pump Services. When he arrived I showed him the problem. He went upstairs and said my toilet is dry and has no water. He then goes to the basement and complains that my well is old and needs replacement. He gave me a price on what the cost would be to replace the well. He then went on the main level and looked at my sinks and told me that whoever installed my sinks did a horrible job. He never addressed the problem he was called for. I had to pay him $180 for a service call. And the 180.00 would go towards fixing my problem. It’s unfortunate he never told me what my problem was. I then had to call him back and ask him if he could work on fixing my sinks properly since they were not installed correctly. He told me no to fixing my sinks properly. He said the only thing he would fix would be a new well which would cost me over $5,000. I called into another plumber and they found the water damage from the leak within five minutes. The problem ended up being the vent pipe boot on the roof was leaking.

Very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Had a minor plumbing need and they got to me within 2 days, had it fixed in under an hour. Would use them again!

Our bathtub drain was clogged and would not drain on a Saturday. We could not resolve ourselves. Beacher McNeal came to our house quickly. Our house has old complicated plumbing. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and then get the pipe cleared. Excellent customer service and plumbing expertise.

Beacher McNeal has helped me resolve a few different plumbing issues since I purchase my home. I appreciate the quality workmanship and proactive approaches to prevent future issues related to the choices made by previous owners/plumbers. It's also great to see apprentice plumbers along for the calls, women to boot. I would not hesitate to reach out again.

Highly recommend Beacher McNeal. They are very honest. We called them about our well pump, we thought that our pump may be frozen the day after Christmas. He answered right away, asked about the situation and then walked us through the possible scenarios. Turns out that our holding tank had a breaker on it that we needed to switch back on. He walked us through it over the phone. Saved us money and was very nice and helpful! You can't find many companies these days that are prioritize the customer like that. Definitely recommend!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the responsive and caring nature from this company to my emergency call. The response was immediate with a diagnosis of a failed submersible water pump and to have a new pump installed within 24 hours was a godsend for a family of 5. Beacher and Ari were efficient, professional and informative. They went above and beyond in explaining the circumstances behind the issue and walked me through other aspects of the water system to be aware of in the future. Their investment in service and accountable nature was refreshing. I look forward to using them again and would recommend them to anyone!

From: Jim Michalman. Our daughter’s well overflow pipe was clogged with iron from the well water. I could not back flush it out. I called a drain service company. They could not help me because pipe was too small. Another well company did not return my call. I called Beacher at 2:26 pm on Tuesday. I explained the situation. Fortunately, he said he and helper had time to take a look and see. What they could do. Beacher called ant 3:20 pm. and said they were able to clear the pipe! YEA! Price was very fair. Great experience with Beecher and his apprentice. My well pump of 30 years finally gave up. They came in and added a new pump, holding tank and improved sediment filter. I felt the fee to be fair and their work was meticulous.

Beacher and Ari was amazing they were there the same morning I called. They had us up and running the same day,our water pressure is a lot better and the customer service was awesome it was like friends chatting, if you need quality work they are a must! Our family thanks them!

I've had Beach in a number of times, to replace my well tank, install a whole-house filter, put in a new shower regulator, and install new frost-free outdoor faucets. The quality of his and Ari's work is outstanding and his prices are fair. He is an old-school style contractor who knows his trade well. One downside that others have mentioned is that Beach isn't exactly a diplomat: he speaks without any filters and can be somewhat abrupt, but he's always directly to the point and honest to a fault.

Communication: Good, could be slightly more specific about when they will arrive on site, though this did improve over time!

Punctuality: Excellent. Job needed doing. They hopped to it.
Rates: Good, I don't have much to compare it to but seemed a little high. But, happy to pay for high quality, timely services performed by hard working and honest folks.

Hired Beach and Ari to fix an overflowing well. Another company tried to clear the drain but did an impressively poor job and left my well in worse condition than when they started. Regardless, hired Beacher McNeal a week or so after and received a rapid response followed by equally fast assessment, solution, and implementation.

So far this is the only work I've had done by them so I cannot comment on the other services they offer, but they do seem to know their way around a well.

A great experience. Customer service of the old days...that's just not seen anymore. Everyone wants to rubber stamp and maximize their bottom line on projects. Beach is thorough and attentive and does what needs to be done. He even followed up after, just to make sure everyone was happy.

Beach and Nina are amazing. I called and left a message and they got back to me within hours, looked at the problem the next day and had me totally fixed the day after that. My water pressure was getting worse by the day and now it's the best it's ever been. They had all the parts in stock, were friendly, easy to work with and very efficient.

We have had several projects done by Beach and Ari. Interior well infrastructure, extiror well system, and bathroom overhauls have been done. They have been FANTASTIC! Great workmanship, great people and they have significantly improved the plumbing, water pressure/quality overall. If you need a plumber (every homeowner does), this is your place!

Beacher McNeal previously installed a water tank and filter in my friends house. The filter needed to be replaced and I offered to help but was having problems. I called Beacher and he (without any charge) came out and showed me how it was done. Great service, the water is running as it should, and my friend and I are very pleased.

Came after hours to drop off his equipment so that he can get started the next day very early because we had no water at all. Great guy, very friendly and funny. Came out on a Sunday to help with a no water issue after calling 2 other companies and got no response. Beach sat with me and explained everything he was doing, and what needed to be fixed and why. After the go ahead he and Nina started that day and finished up the next day by noon. I'm very happy with his work and how fast the work got done.
