Very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Had a minor plumbing need and they got to me within 2 days, had it fixed in under an hour. Would use them again!

Our bathtub drain was clogged and would not drain on a Saturday. We could not resolve ourselves. Beacher McNeal came to our house quickly. Our house has old complicated plumbing. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and then get the pipe cleared. Excellent customer service and plumbing expertise.

Beacher McNeal has helped me resolve a few different plumbing issues since I purchase my home. I appreciate the quality workmanship and proactive approaches to prevent future issues related to the choices made by previous owners/plumbers. It's also great to see apprentice plumbers along for the calls, women to boot. I would not hesitate to reach out again.

Highly recommend Beacher McNeal. They are very honest. We called them about our well pump, we thought that our pump may be frozen the day after Christmas. He answered right away, asked about the situation and then walked us through the possible scenarios. Turns out that our holding tank had a breaker on it that we needed to switch back on. He walked us through it over the phone. Saved us money and was very nice and helpful! You can't find many companies these days that are prioritize the customer like that. Definitely recommend!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the responsive and caring nature from this company to my emergency call. The response was immediate with a diagnosis of a failed submersible water pump and to have a new pump installed within 24 hours was a godsend for a family of 5. Beacher and Ari were efficient, professional and informative. They went above and beyond in explaining the circumstances behind the issue and walked me through other aspects of the water system to be aware of in the future. Their investment in service and accountable nature was refreshing. I look forward to using them again and would recommend them to anyone!

From: Jim Michalman. Our daughter’s well overflow pipe was clogged with iron from the well water. I could not back flush it out. I called a drain service company. They could not help me because pipe was too small. Another well company did not return my call. I called Beacher at 2:26 pm on Tuesday. I explained the situation. Fortunately, he said he and helper had time to take a look and see. What they could do. Beacher called ant 3:20 pm. and said they were able to clear the pipe! YEA! Price was very fair. Great experience with Beecher and his apprentice. My well pump of 30 years finally gave up. They came in and added a new pump, holding tank and improved sediment filter. I felt the fee to be fair and their work was meticulous.

Beacher and Ari was amazing they were there the same morning I called. They had us up and running the same day,our water pressure is a lot better and the customer service was awesome it was like friends chatting, if you need quality work they are a must! Our family thanks them!

I've had Beach in a number of times, to replace my well tank, install a whole-house filter, put in a new shower regulator, and install new frost-free outdoor faucets. The quality of his and Ari's work is outstanding and his prices are fair. He is an old-school style contractor who knows his trade well. One downside that others have mentioned is that Beach isn't exactly a diplomat: he speaks without any filters and can be somewhat abrupt, but he's always directly to the point and honest to a fault.

Communication: Good, could be slightly more specific about when they will arrive on site, though this did improve over time!

Rates: Good, I don't have much to compare it to but seemed a little high. But, happy to pay for high quality, timely services performed by hard working and honest folks.

Hired Beach and Ari to fix an overflowing well. Another company tried to clear the drain but did an impressively poor job and left my well in worse condition than when they started. Regardless, hired Beacher McNeal a week or so after and received a rapid response followed by equally fast assessment, solution, and implementation.

So far this is the only work I've had done by them so I cannot comment on the other services they offer, but they do seem to know their way around a well.

Looking forward to not having a mud pit in my front yard. Thanks.

A great experience. Customer service of the old days...that's just not seen anymore. Everyone wants to rubber stamp and maximize their bottom line on projects. Beach is thorough and attentive and does what needs to be done. He even followed up after, just to make sure everyone was happy.

Beach and Nina are amazing. I called and left a message and they got back to me within hours, looked at the problem the next day and had me totally fixed the day after that. My water pressure was getting worse by the day and now it's the best it's ever been. They had all the parts in stock, were friendly, easy to work with and very efficient.

We have had several projects done by Beach and Ari. Interior well infrastructure, extiror well system, and bathroom overhauls have been done. They have been FANTASTIC! Great workmanship, great people and they have significantly improved the plumbing, water pressure/quality overall. If you need a plumber (every homeowner does), this is your place!

Beacher McNeal previously installed a water tank and filter in my friends house. The filter needed to be replaced and I offered to help but was having problems. I called Beacher and he (without any charge) came out and showed me how it was done. Great service, the water is running as it should, and my friend and I are very pleased.

Beacher McNeal and his assistant, Nina were very professional, timely and got the job done. We had to call him 3 times for different water problems and he got them done within a day. Came after hours to drop off his equipment so that he can get started the next day very early because we had no water at all. Great guy, very friendly and funny. I recommend him to anyone that needs well or plumbing services.

Came out on a Sunday to help with a no water issue after calling 2 other companies and got no response. Beach sat with me and explained everything he was doing, and what needed to be fixed and why. After the go ahead he and Nina started that day and finished up the next day by noon. I'm very happy with his work and how fast the work got done.

Beacher McNeal answered their phone right away and came out immediately to repair my sump pump. Without their fast, informative and thorough repairs I would have had a huge mess on my hands. Very reasonable pricing even if it was not an emergency. Thank you!

Beacher and Ari (who Beacher is teaching) came out right after we called. Ari quickly identified the problem and fixed it within minutes. They were both incredibly nice and friendly. We are happy to have hot water again! We've used them before--they did a great job replacing piping and fixing the flow of water from the kitchen sink. They were able to come and fix it quickly for a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them if we have any future problems. They're a great family business.

If you are a woman, I highly recommend you call a different business, I have had 2 different plumbers from this company both have had an attitude. Today one came criticized the work of a different plumber. When I asked if he could fix it, I was told no, he would have to study it and nobody is going to pay for that. If he doesn’t know how to fix it, then how does he know it’s wrong. The other plumber came here to provide me a price on a tankless, propane hot water heater, He rudely said “I don’t even know what you are talking about”, the very same thing I had called and asked for. Even my husband was shocked at the way I was spoken to. They seriously need to learn some customer service skills.

First time: Called Beach with no water on a Sunday. He came to my house with in a hour and was able to get my water working again. Amazing service and I would highly recommend them.

Second time: Fast forward over a year later. I lost all water/pressure and need a jet pump to submersible conversion. Beach came out right away and had the job completed only a couple days later. This was once again done over a weekend which was a HUGE help. Price was much cheaper than the commercial companies and the quality of work can not be beat.

I highly recommend using Beach for all plumbing and well needs.

Beacher made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. I declined his offer to perform work and showed him out. I've worked with countless contractors and tradesmen. He is by far the worst I've ever dealt with.
