Super knowledgeable and informative. Everything started and went smooth. Had him look at a house I purchased only to find out he had done work on the house previously. I actually thought he was a good guy. Was excited to have him come back to do recommended work. When my card didn't work in his colleague's phone app to charge me it may have taken an extra 5-8 minutes he had a complete meltdown which was concerning as I just met the guy. Poor disposition.

Beach & Ari are very professional! We had a new faucet installed. Beach & Ari arrived on time, they came with a couple of choices, and installation was completed in about 1.5 hours. They covered the floor and left the kitchen neat and clean. I love my new faucet. Give them a call if you have a plumbing or well issue. Thanks

Be aware!! This Beacher company installed a new well pressure tank about two months ago , I recently called another plumber to clean my well, he also checked my UV light filter that has been leaking since the installation of the well pressure tank, the plumber asked why I had an oversized pressure tank? I told him the other plumber from Beacher said that’s what I needed and it will be more energy efficient
The other plumber said no it’s doesn’t make it more efficient because it’s larger a smaller one would work the same, he said it’s extremely oversized for my small home
I believe the Beacher company took advantage of me and sold me a more expensive tank that I didn’t need to profit himself. this is a crook of a man!! I paid almost $5,000 for an oversized tank when I only needed a $900 tank for my tiny home.
He also kept trying to sell me a clean water system, once he left after installation of the pressure tank my UV light filter started leaking when I never had a problem with it until his install of the tank. Coincidence I’m not so sure, since he’s a dishonest crook of a man. I did contact him about my UV light leaking right after he left , I sent a text and photo’s of the leak , he denied touching the UV light although he was very interested in the UV light asked lots of questions and kept talking about a new water system he wanted to sell me .

Beacher and Ari were fantastic — friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. When the heat on my second floor froze (in two different spots, as it turned out), they treated it like a true emergency and came right over. Even though the job ended up being more involved than expected, they handled everything smoothly and professionally.

They didn’t just fix the problem — they explained what caused it, shared valuable insights, and gave me great advice on how to prevent future issues. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Terry, Malachy and Nick were great! We decided to replace our boiler due to the age of the old unit and some of the old installation work was not done properly . They installed the new combi boiler and corrected those old issues. The new boiler was up and running in one day and they worked very hard to get us a reasonable price. Extremely happy with their work and the service they provided!!

I hired Benjamin Franklin Plumbing today to do several jobs around my house and they sent Ryan W. He was not only professional but very courteous and really nice! He made it easy and stress free which is rare today. I will definitely call them again.

It was a great working experience with Ben Williams during well pump and submersible motor replacement. I still think I overpaid, but my water is up and running. Ben Williams was professional and courteous. I watched the entire installation and he didn't have any issue. He answered my all questions. Thanks again.

Aaron Diaz was amazing. He came out for an emergency on a Sunday evening and managed to do a tricky repair with very little room to move all without any damage to anything around it, which I thought was going to be impossible. Impressive skills. On top of that, he had great communication about what he was doing and is just a friendly guy. Highly recommended.

Felix was very friendly. Felt like I knew him for years. I enjoyed talking with him about one of his favorite past times, trout fly fishing. Unfortunately, I am now handicapped and can't get out and fish like I used to but it was at 1 time, my favorite sport. Nice talking with people that you have things in common with.

Mike Watkinson did an excellent job with Benjamin Franklins products. He's very knowledgeable and took plenty of time to explain everything to us and what he recommends. He's very personable and cares a lot about his clients as well as their needs.

Felix came out to give me an estimate on a new furnace after mine stopped working. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable on helping my decide which furnace to purchase.

The technicians came on time, exactly when they said they would be there. Nick was knowledgeable, they were professional and super personable. I was in a situation where I didn’t have the ability/time to price other companies so I wasn’t able to shop around and compare the work that needed to be done and the cost so I’m not sure about that, but either way the cost was very very high. They charged $99 just to come because it happened on the weekend. I will stick with 5 stars either way because I it got done in a timely manner and the guys were good.

Over priced and inexperienced. Shower faucet had a light stream leak. I googled local plumbers and found this place. I was pleased they offered same day service and waived their $79 charge to come out to inspect the issue. The tech sent seemed inexperienced, as he kept calling his boss to run things. He informed me that the valve for the faucet needed to be replaced and offered additional work which totaled over $4,000. I requested that he just place the valve. After replacing it he tells me that the good news is the values replaced and the bad news is that it didn’t stop the issue, he stated that it’s hard to tell if the problem is fixed without running the water after repair and charged me $322 for the valve replacement and his time. The issue was worse, now a heavy flow coming from the faucet. He quoted me an additional charge of $2,000 if they purchased the pieces needed and $1351 if I were to purchase the pieces myself. The piece he told me I needed was $75 at Home Depot. After speaking with his boss regarding my dissatisfaction, he said that the $322 could be used as a credit toward the additional repair. When I asked the tech about scheduling the repair he said someone from the office would call once he leaves and come at a later date. At this point my water needed to be shut off because of the leak. A day later, never received a call. Connected with another contractor and they fixed the issue same day, purchased the parts all for $1,000.

I had a great experience with Ryan Wesson from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Our Combi hot water boiler (HTP ELU 150WCN) stopped working, but Ryan quickly got it back up and running. He also identified a few underlying issues and provided clear options for the best way forward. Thanks to him, my family has heat and hot water again. Cheers, Ryan!

Aaron did an excellent job with the installation. When finished, he checked every water source in the house to be sure that there was hot water everywhere. Also, as a retired educator & teacher trainer, I thought he worked well with Cale, giving him appropriate responsibility & guiding & encouraging in meaningful ways. And, they did a great cleanup before they left!

Nik was impressive. He arrived punctually & performed the system inspection efficiently. He also fixed two minor problems while here. We found him courteous and helpful. He seems an excellent representative of the company.

Called and got an appointment the next day. Eric came out and was absolutely great! Answered all my questions. Very respectful! He was also super early coming to my home which was great. I highly recommend! Keep up the great work Eric!

Earlier today I called Ben Franklin asking for my septic tank to be cleaned out. This company assigned a truck to arrive on the day I called.
Sam, the guy doing the work, was very conscientious. Thorough. Fast. He emptied my tank significantly better than any other septic service I have ever used. I will gladly talk with anyone who wants details.

Without doubt, this company does a superlative job at a reasonable cost.

Mike did a safety inspection on my boiler and hot water heater. With his help I now have a better idea of my needs going forward. He provided options on several direction for the future. I would happily give Mike and Ben Franklin my work in the future.

Ben Williams was my technician very friendly and helpful went through all my options repairs were done very fast. Was respectful coming in my house and around my cat. I will be having him come back later to finish more projects
