Beacher and Ari did a great job. Quick service, had everything diagnosed, fixed and completed within a day. Professional and reliable team!

Went to disconnect the Washing Machine to clean the area around it and the water did not stop!!! There was a faulty valve that was stuck on "ON" even when set to OFF. Called Beacher and he wasn't just here in less than an hour, he had the valve changed and checked out, fully functional in just about that time. We've used him countless times and am always pleased and very glad we use his services. He and his staff and true professionals, the only plumber I will call.

I've had the opportunity to work with Beacher and his team on a number of occasions for a commercial property and have always had a positive experience. Most recently we had a pipe burst on a Sunday afternoon and within 20 minutes, Beacher was onsite addressing the emergency. Unable to get there myself, he was fast acting, communicative, and reassuring throughout with helpful suggestions for next steps. Looking forward to working with him for our future needs!

Saved my house!!!!

Very quick and prompt reply. Came within the hour to my house. I was having a well pump issue that wouldn't pressurize..instead came to be a totally different problem entirely.

Ari on it caught my power line feeding into the house wasn't giving me the proper voltage. Had this been a week earlier I would've saved hundreds... my igniter to my furnace fried had thar replaced, my oven ignitor wasnt lighting, had that replaced and internet modem had fried as well (needed the upgrade but still working from home was an inconvenience).... VERY thankful to their quick thinking and resolved the issue with eversource replacing my connector which was melted from the service line.

For future calls on upgrading my well system I know exactly who I'm calling. Can't thank yall enough hope this finds the people who need your help too. Take care!

I was talked down to; told I was essentially a fool if I did not spend $8000 on a project I ended up addressing for a fraction of that cost. I arranged a day for them to return and do the job only so that they would leave peacefully and quickly. When I texted that evening to cancel I received no courteous reply. I have heard good things about this company from others since my interaction with them. But personal experience always wins. I would avoid them.

Beacher came out the Saturday before Easter and was great! He took out the old tank(that had left me a mess of water to clean up when I woke up this morning in my basement) and installed the new one in no time. Professional and skilled!

Beacher Plumbing and Well Service deserves more than five stars! When we had an emergency with our well at 9 pm, they came through in an incredible way. Beach arrived within 30 minutes, quickly diagnosed the issue, and reassured us everything would be taken care of. True to his word, he returned first thing the next morning, even in the pouring rain, to replace our well pump.

What really stood out was his professionalism and willingness to educate us about our new home's water system. He took the time to explain how everything worked, what he was doing, and what to watch for in the future. As new homeowners, we deeply appreciated that level of care and attention.

My parents house was struck by lightning. Causing the well to not work. We thought since we lived in Andover we would give business to an in town business and maybe have faster service. Upon arrival the gentleman was not happy our dog was outside and made a complaint. We understood so we put her inside. That began a spiral of threats. He quoted us 10k to make the repair. When we asked for an itemized paper bill so we can submit to our insurance company he got angry and refused. He said he did not work with insurance companies. He also threatened to call our insurance company and tell them our house was not struck by lightning. We tried to give the gentleman the benefit of doubt but it was too much. This was an emergency since we have no water and he tried to scam us. We contacted another company today and they start repairs tomorrow for $3,500. Never have I witness such an unprofessional worker. I would recommend to steer clear of this company. Or until they removed this employee from dealing with customers directly.

Beach and Ari were great. They did an excellent job diagnosing and correcting our well issues. They installed a really elegant filtration system that is giving my family peace of mind that our water is safe. I can’t thank them enough for their work.

We had an issue with our well pump, I called Beacher McNeal on Friday Aug 15 at 6PM and Beacher came through right away. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly.
On Saturday Aug 6 @ 8:15 AM (Ari) his helper texted to inform me that they‘re on their to pick up the replacement controller and by 10:30 AM they knocked on my door.
They had our water running by noon.
Professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy. This team takes real pride in their work.

Absolutely one of the best plumbing service providers. They arrived quickly, were extremely knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. Good pricing and great workmanship. I would highly recommend using this company!

The actual plumbing work was good but the professionalism was horrendous.

I had some complaints about pricing and felt I was being “strung along” with a series of repairs that were not clearly outlined before starting our repairs. Fix this for $4k, now this for $5k, now this… instead of giving me an entire plan from the start. I also didn’t get my water results for a few weeks and I had to reach out myself (said it would be day or 2).

I sent a text voicing my concerns. Which was addressed a few days later by the owner. The call started calm but as soon as I started to voice my complaint/concern, the owner acted extremely rude, continuously cut me off, and hung up because “he didn’t have time for this and was at a job” even though he called me…

As stated, the plumbing work is solid but I’m sure there’s been plenty who have had their pockets gouged with the ambiguous “1 more fix” technique.

Constantly falls back to “been in business 38 years”, but clearly does not care about satisfaction going forward as he’s ending career.

Had a well tank from 1978 go on me in a house I bought a few months ago. Lots of other things that were not up to snuff like the wiring, control panel and pipes due to previous owner DIY. They removed it all and put in a whole new system. Very professional. Called on a Friday, replaced on Monday.

I had a well septic issue called them on a Saturday came out immediately got to work Sunday, completely repaired everything with a new system. I now have water. I would highly recommend beach in Ari for any plumbing or well septic jobs and I think I found myself a new plumber would highly recommend them

Highly recommend. I called late afternoon/ early evening on a Saturday with an emergency plumbing issue. Beach came out and addressed the immediate issue and spent time assessing and diagnosing other non related issues. I really appreciated the willingness to come out and help, especially after what was likely a busy week from the blizzard.
