Reviews of local pros in Avon, Connecticut

Kyle and Jose is the Team who cleaned our house the last two times, from the Cleaning Authority. They did such a great job. Our thanks goes out to these two hard-working professionals. We hope to see them again soon. Thanks so much, Guys.

My cleaning team of Rocio, Ana and Jasmine are awesome. They do an excellent job of cleaning and dusting my home. I'm a cancer patient who cannot clean her home. They are wonderful, friendly and work non stop until they are done. I adore them!

Overall a good value! Our dog sheds... a lot, and we let her sit on the couch (she lives the life). Each cleaning service, the team does a great job making the couch free of dog fur! And just overall, the house just feels clean after each session, more so than when I was cleaning on my own. This week Ana and Ishaeliz took great care of our stove and in previous weeks Celia, Grace, Antione and Chemda!

We love the Cleaning Authority! Ayla and Amber are a fantastic duo, the house always looks incredible after they're here. They're efficient and so sweet!

The two gentlemen were professional and listened to my detailed cleaning instructions. They were able to remove all of the water stains off of the shower walls and doors 😊

I'm a huge fan of The Cleaning Authority. Raj did a great job of coming to our house and giving us a written estimate of what his crew would do each time they came out. Then Hector and Nakia came out and they have done a fantastic job at the house. I'm always so happy when I come home and see that those two have been at the house because then I know there will be "no stone unturned". They catch everything and make our house look and feel wonderful. Hector & Nakia, thanks so much and I highly recommend you call The Cleaning Authority if you are looking to have your house cleaned!

Great job today. Very clean and things put back where they belong. They were efficient and did a great job. Thanks.

My experience with the Cleaning Authority has been all positive for the last several years. The cleaners show up on time and consistently perform a thorough cleaning.

I recently switched house cleaning companies and was very impressed. Susan and Jasmine were very friendly, professional, and meticulous. The first cleaning was inspected by a supervisor and she was available to answer any questions or concerns. There is an app that helps with scheduling cleanings. The cost for the cleaning was also very reasonable.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for almost one year and couldn't be happier with the service. Celia, Ben and Jessica are a fantastic team; they're friendly, professional and do a great job in a timely manner. Highly recommend to anyone in the greater West Hartford/Farmington Valley area.

Today was our initial cleaning and Natasha and Lillian did a great job. They made quick work of it without sacrificing quality and attention to detail. We’re so pleased! And our dog liked them too :)

2024 update: still a satisfied customer. Fae and Wilson do excellent work cleaning my house. I know I can count on them to do the job well.

2022 update: Still a Cleaning Authority customer. Susan, Jasmine and Fatima have been doing a great job also! Very friendly too.

Very happy to come home to a clean house. Juliesse and Ivelisse do a great job!

Excellent service! Raj the owner came over when we called and gave us a flat rate for cleaning; we set up a recurring appointment 2x a month. I love that they have auto-pay & they are very responsive to emails and changing the schedule if something comes up. Julissa and Dwight did a fantastic job! They’re very professional and thorough! I would definitely recommend this service to others! We’ve been using them since 2020!

We hired the cleaning authority to clean both the creamery and coffee shop and they have been doing an outstanding job! They are here promptly and definitely take care in their work. We've been very pleased and will keep using them! Very reasonably priced and very good with communication.

We have been using the cleaning services of The Cleaning Authority for a few months now, and we are very happy with the work they do. Raj, Aarti and Lisa lead a very hardworking and professional crew. Kyle, Jose, and Anna are wonderful. They treat our home with care and respect, always showing attention to detail. A few times that we have had to change the schedule, our superstar has been Rocio. She is amazing and truly cares about the service.

All of the staff have been very thorough in their work at our home. It's such a relief to have someone else muscle through the cleaning process for us. This week Sierra and Raina were particularly good and remembered all of the little things about our spaces.

Really nice people who do they really really nice job. They did an incredible jog for me today. Very well run organization.

Very pleased. Girls tackled the job very professionally with great results! I am sitting here enjoying my sparkling clean environment. Would recommend your business!

Communication is key for me and Raj and his team will always get back to you to address any concerns. The products they use are good for the environment and my house smells great when they are through. They do a consistently great job and I have been a customer for several years. Celia, Ana and Isha are friendly, kind, and do a fantastic job.
