Reviews of local pros in Avon, Connecticut

Ben and Crystal did a wonderful job! Left my house and bathroom cleaner than I've ever seen it and were extremely friendly! I highly recommend them. :)

The house looks great! The young women did an awesome job.

We are newer clients of The Cleaning Authority and so far we are very pleased. The owner, Raj, came out for an in-person evaluation of our new home (something other cleaning companies we contacted did not do) so we knew that the estimate we were provided with at the outset was accurate. To boot, Raj was extremely professional and kind. Our biweekly team, Dwight and Julissa, are lovely, courteous, and do a great job. When I have asked them here or there to change their scope of work as a result of ongoing renovations, they are very accommodating and flexible, which we greatly appreciate. Looking forward to our next clean!

The Cleaning Authority has sent some amazing cleaners, including Kaye, Kaylee, Desiree, Lee, and Dorothy. It's wonderful to have a clean house!

It's two years and one move later, and I'm still using The Cleaning Authority! I love having a clean house, and I have to thank Anna, Josiah, and Kyle for the beautiful job they did this week. Thank you!

Here I am, another year later, and The Cleaning Authority is still doing a fantastic job! I'd like to call out Kyle, Analisya, and Bryan for the beautiful job they did yesterday. Kyle has been cleaning my home almost from the beginning!

So far, my house has only undergone the initial (thorough) cleaning but I was so impressed, I felt the need to write a review. The team (Jodi, Ana, Natasha and Maria) were professional, thorough and personable. I stayed during the cleaning and they were very friendly towards me, my kids and pets. And with kids and pets, I’m sure it goes without saying that my place was a mess. The end result was amazing. I’m looking forward to continuing this service and I hope to see the same team.

Update: a year later, still 5 stars! Kyle and Desiree did a fantastic job. Very happy with this service.

We needed a deep clean in order to prep for painting for a new house desperately in need of rehab, and The Cleaning Authority delivered! From start to finish, I was completely satisfied and impressed not only with the job, but with the level of professionalism and friendliness. Tanya was wonderful to work with, walking me through my options and basically customizing the job I needed done. Margarita and Ivelisse were incredible! They worked for five hours straight, going beyond my expectations. As I am physically unable to do the work myself, they cleaned how I would have cleaned if I could. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future!

I wanted to update our 2024 review to say that we are still extremely satisfied with the management and cleaners at the Cleaning Authority. Lucia & Cristian are a great team!

We love our team at the. Cleaning Authority. They consistently do a great job! Thank you Ayla, Amber & Analisya!!

The team at The Cleaning Authority are great. They are always prompt, thorough and professional. Their app is easy to use and their rotation schedule helps keep our house looking good! The first crew we had was Celia and an awesome gentleman. Today we had Natasha and Lilian who were even better! I threw a few curveballs at them and they were nimble while dealing with it. I will be requesting them again. I highly recommend this company.

2024: Update: Still using The Cleaning Authority! Kyle, Bryan and Ashia have all been professional when they arrive to clean our home. I recommend this reliable service to anyone who needs help keeping their home clean. 2023: Ben, Kayla and Jessica, and Carrie have done a really nice job every time they clean my home. They are very pleasant, show up on time consistently, and clearly take pride in their work.

Kyle and Josiah from The Cleaning Authority are a great team. They do an outstanding job getting our floors clean and shiny. Bathroom is nice and sparkly clean, as well as our kitchen, living areas and dining room. They are always polite and pleasant, and we always look forward to the cleanings! Having their service frees up our weekends – what a pleasure not to have to think about dusting, sweeping, mopping and bathrooms!!! Thanks again for the great job.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for two years now. We have found them to be very professional, responsive, and also flexible when we need to change the schedule of cleaning. Our cleaning team of Ayla and Amber is excellent. They are always prompt, efficient, and thorough. Our house sparkles when they leave. They also get along very well with our shy dog, and in turn she loves to watch them at work.

Thanks for another great clean today! Crystal cleaned the house on her own this morning. She was fantastic - so organized and thorough. We would love to have her back anytime!

I've been using the Cleaning Authority for several months. They are super responsive, reliable, pleasant, and all of their staff are so nice! They do a fabulous job with the bathrooms and glass doors, and are always attentive to the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Raj and his office staff are responsive and I love the ease of using the app the to add on request rooms. There rotational system is great - the exact kind of cleaning I would do for my own home. Rocio and Jasmine did my cleaning this week and they were just terrific! Dwight took care of me up until now and frankly I can't say enough about him - he's just the best! Definitely recommend the Cleaning Authority's services!

We have used The Cleaning Authority for quite a few years, always with good results. For the last while, Amber and her team have been our regular cleaners and we have always been satisfied with their work.

What a relief to have hired The Cleaning Authority! It's so nice to stop worrying about when we will find time to wipe, dust, mop and clean. We've had 5 cleans with Amber and Ayla and they've done a terrific job each time. Last clean they brought along AnAlisya and they were done so quickly I couldn't believe it! So fast and the house looked just as great as usual. We've been so pleased with their cleaning job, and the communication via the app. Highly recommend this team and any of the Cleaning Authority crew for your home cleaning needs.

Having a mobility problem, I have enlisted the services of The Cleaning Authority from West Hartford. They do a good job for me, coming once a month. Staff are very friendly, and I always have cold water in the fridge. Sometimes I have cookies and especially an orange for Ben. Cleaning times can be scheduled to fit your personal preferences. Give them a try.

Thumbs up! Very satisfied! We recently had popcorn ceilings removed. Really felt team's efforts finally complete the return to a clean house!

This was my first experience with the The Cleaning Authority. It could not have been better. Three nice young women, Rebecca, Amber & Ayla did such a thorough job of cleaning this place like it has never been clean ever. What else can I say? Just the best!

The Cleaning Authority is the best! Their staff is skilled and always pleasant. Couldn't recommend this company more.

Johanna and Cristian always do fantastic work!! Their attention to detail and strong work ethic contribute to an efficient and thorough cleaning job every time.

Veronique and Nathan did a great job of cleaning everything, including those spots where dust seems to collect but no one ever knows about it (except me!).
