The cleaning staff are thorough and capable. They Do a good job getting into the nooks and crannies, dusting furniture, and responding cheerfully to special requests. They come on time, as scheduled and get right to work, and a supervisor usually checks in to verify that the job is being done properly. They are a little n the pricey side, but so far the results have been worth it. I like the fact that The Cleaning Authority provides employees with benefits like sick time and health insurance, which makes the higher price more acceptable to me.

Hiring the cleaning authority to come clean our home has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We decided to have someone clean our home because we were welcoming a new baby. The entire staff has been so understanding and accommodating during that time. While we do have some staff that rotate from time to time, Fae and Ben come regularly and do an amazing job. They’re kind respectful and thorough and I would recommend them to anyone who’s thinking about having someone come into their home to clean.

My house has been cleaned by The Cleaning Authority for a number years. Most recently by their employees Amber and Aaliyah. They both did an excellent job for me. My house is spotless and clean. I’m very pleased with their help today. The company is very professional to work with. Management and staff do a very good job. My cleaning teams over the years have always done a good job. The Cleaning Crew has been working for The Arc of Southington for many years now. I highly recommend this company. Whenever there is a question or concern, Charlie, the owner is always on top of it. He is easy to get along with and because we communicate frequently as our needs change frequently, he responds immediately. If one of his workers is out, Charlie will come in and take care of the duties. He and his workers have been very patient during our building renovations which we appreciate. It was a difficult time to try and clean around all the construction but they managed to do the best they could without complaint.

This company has cleaned our offices for 11 or 12 years now in Windsor. They are careful, considerate, and always are responsive if one has a concern. Charlie, the owner, could not be more pleasant or concerned that his Crew give the highest possible. Received word of a small increase in pricing for November, 2024, the only increase in price that they have asked for in all these years.
