Don't do business with these clowns. Paid them close to $17k for drainage & patio and to reassemble a retaining wall. Just had several professionals come out (separate companies) and everything was done incorrectly, including the drainage. The patio collapsed after a few months, the drainage clogged within less than a year because they didn't install it correctly and the retaining wall started to buckle within a year because there was no drainage at the base and they just stacked the stones... there is nothing holding the wall together. They also wrecked the electric for my pool and continued to put the patio over the electrical thinking I wouldn't notice. Don't work with them, M&M construction, CT Drainage Pros or Gimmy's Masonry. They are a bunch of con artists that claim they guarantee their work but they actually don't. He claims I didn't pay him for the job. I paid all but $1400 of the job because they kept saying they'd come and finish, but they didn't . I'd stay home from work to meet them here and they'd just completely blow me off. Happened countless times! No idea how these idiots are still in business. Oh... that's right, they go by multiple business names.

It’s been a year since we’ve been enjoying our new deck and porch. The guys did an outstanding job building them and we couldn’t be happier. Mike Regan and team replaced a large two tier deck. Original deck was damaged by wind/tree. Mike is expert in working with insurance companies to ensure claim payout is appropriate. He's also great at working with you on material choices and design options. Offers great ideas but also listens to yours. Old deck demo and new deck construction were top notch. Teams were very hard working, very skilled, knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions and help understand how something was being done or going to look. Fantastic to work with. Overall outstanding experience. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Mike and his crew were great from start to finish. Mike took our vague (and somewhat awkward) idea and came up with a design that far exceeded our expectations. Exactly what you’re looking for in a deck contractor. I’m very happy with the entire project. Mike Regan is exactly what I was looking for in a contractor. He is aware of the investment a project like this is and doesn't take it lightly. He really listened to what I was looking for, and was ready with suggestions to help me achieve what I envisioned. He was also very easy to work with when it came to changes I wanted to make and always responded right away with any questions. I also had a patio built under the deck and Mike connected me with a hardscape contractor. They are two different companies but they work well with each other. Mike made it all very easy for me.

His crew was absolutely great. Very professional, organized, and definitely skilled. I am really happy with their workmanship. They worked on my project throughout the winter, even when it was snowing. There were a couple times during the framing process when conditions were icy and not safe to walk along the joists which are at a second level height. Mike was immediately in contact, keeping me up to date with situations like that (which there were very few of) as well as all phases of the project which was completed right on schedule.
