Constraction reviews in Bloomfield, Connecticut

We really couldn't be more pleased with Regan Total Construction and our new deck. Mike and his team are organized and professional, and they do beautiful work. We signed the contract on February 1st, the footings were in by February 18, and our deck was completed the first week in May. Construction took two weeks (as promised), and the job site was immaculate when they were finished. We look forward to enjoying our beautiful deck for decades to come.

We worked with Mike and his team on a brand new Trex deck. We loved working with Mike. He was extremely responsive, had great ideas for us to implement as we were discussing the project, and had the deck completed in a timely manner and looking great! With this being our first deck project - Mike made the process extremely easy and answered all of questions. His team was professional and did a great job with the build, cleaning up, and having the deck ready to go. Mike coordinated with plumbers and electricians to make sure this project incorporated all of our deck needs. We can't wait to start using it!

From consultation to completion Regan Total Construction was excellent. Professional and efficient staff who seemed genuinely happy building our beautiful deck. We highly recommend Mike and his crew for your project.

What can I say these guys are fantastic. Built the deck of my dreams (actually 2) that should last me for the rest of my life. If you have any questions Michael and his crew will answer them, if you have any changes to your plans they will work with you to change them. Craftsmanship, Communication, professionalism, and taking care of the customer are there top priorities. Couldn’t be happier with them and my brand new deck/s!

Mike and his team did an exceptional job on our new deck. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. The schedule was exactly as promised. The project stayed on track with no surprises and the end result is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Thanks to Regan Total Construction we could not be happier with our new multi level Trex deck. Mike and his team were amazing to work with from first meeting to completed project. Mike is a true professional and was so accommodating during the planning process. His quick responses to our questions and excellent design suggestions helped us feel empowered and confident every step of the way. They removed our old wooden deck, replaced it with beautiful composite trex decking and rails, and added a second lower level deck all in about 3 weeks once construction began. We highly recommend Regan Total Construction for any job, big or small.

Best contractor we have ever worked with! Mike and his team did an amazing job. The proposal process was comprehensive and transparent. Mike was particularly helpful consulting on deck design, colors and finishes, and lighting. The project started and finished on time, with all the moving pieces (dumpster, material delivery, demolition) meticulously organized. The team was professional, friendly, and kept the worksite clean and organized during the two week project. The owner, Mike Regan, was engaged from start to finish. The project even finished under-budget! I highly recommend Regan Total Construction.

Loved them. Michael is very professional and knowledgeable. He worked with us on the design we wanted and really brought it to life. The install was quick and done to perfection. Even the other crew members were friendly and professional. Their pricing was also right on point. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

I first contacted Mike last summer after a referral I received from a family member. First off - my family member has very high standards so that says a lot right there. When I first began the process with Mike I spoke with him over the phone first and did the rest through email, photos of my previous deck. . He sent me numerous photos of
Decks he completed previously. I saw a color scheme and several things I liked in one of his decks that I wanted to incorporate into mine. His initial quote was extremely detailed as well as all of my interactions with him were detailed. He provided finance options up front if I was interested in that. Several months after my first correspondence I decided to meet in person to go over the specifics before and within a couple weeks I chose his company after 3 other quotes which were all within the same price range. Mike has a very calm spirit and he was patient
With me as I asked the same questions over and over again before the deck was built and during the process. Customer service is huge for me. Mike was excellent with communication, being prompt and keeping me Informed of steps alongThe way when his staff Would Be there. I added poles in the middle of the project so I can hang lights and he gave me ideas of how
To hang them and was willing to help me with that. I can’t wait to decorate and use my new space. I know I hired the right company for the job. Trex Deck with Spiced Rum and Havana Gold, spiced rum cocktail railings with black aluminum used. The owner also had someone drop off long sample boards of colors I liked to help me
Decide what I liked best. I also loved that it was completed in about 5
Days. I am still waiting for him to get back to me about installing the lights so I do hope he will follow through on this because I would not have added the tall poles . I completely understand his company is busy, but I honestly don’t trust anyone else to do it. I simply want to make sure it is done right after having a beautiful deck built by his company. I will update photos as landscaping improves throughout the summer. I added a photo to show how the deck now connects to my preexisting patio that I had a sealer placed on it to match well with my deck.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael Regan from Regan Total Construction, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Michael and his team did an excellent job—delivering high-quality work at a fair and honest price. Despite tough winter weather, they pushed through and completed the entire job in under 10 days, which was no small feat given the conditions. Michael’s professionalism, commitment, and attention to detail truly set in building our deck! Especially during this past season.

Regan Total Construction was outstanding from start to finish on our deck project. They were the only installer who came out and did a truly thorough estimate, taking the time to walk through every option with us so we felt confident in our choices. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping us updated and answering any questions quickly.

The crew was professional, efficient, and did an amazing job keeping the worksite clean every single day. Most importantly, the finished deck is absolutely beautiful, high-quality craftsmanship that exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend Regan Total Construction to anyone looking for top-notch work and peace of mind during their project.

I highly recommend Regan Total Construction for any deck / deck and screened in porch project. I worked with Regan from October to February to creating a new design from an old open air deck to create a new Trex deck with a gable style roof with screened porch enclosure at my home.

Throughout the project Regan and his team demonstrated exceptional skill and professionalism. They worked through the winter snow and cold temperatures to complete the work on time and within budget, with attention to detail that resulted in a high-quality finished product. They were adept at managing irregularities that arose in the beginning and always worked with me to make sure the solution met my satisfaction.

What truly sets Regan Total Construction apart is their clear communication and responsiveness to questions or concerns. They were proactive in providing updates and ensuring we were satisfied with the progress at every stage. Their team maintained a clean and safe worksite throughout the process.

I am very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to hire Regan Total Construction for future projects. They are reliable, honest, and skilled professionals.

Very Professional

Did an excellent job with a conversion from oil to gas.

Excellent person. And everything came out to be really good.. nice experience and I definitely recommend

Needed work done said he was going to come never showed up when he said he was coming, did sloppy work installing the water heater left a mess around the heater. Won’t recommend!!

I am highly recommending this company,John and his guys,Frank and Bob replaced my oil burner with a gas furnace last week and did an awesome job.John stayed till 12.30 in the morning 2 nights in a row to make sure I had heat ,he also replaced 2 cast iron radiators at no additional cost ,he is truly the nicest guy I have ever met and will continue to business with him .

John and his team replaced my worn out oil boiler. I am very satisfied with all aspects of the work done. I recommend them highly.

I was looking to get work done. I called many times without answer. Finally talked with John and was told to call later in the week to set up a time to see what needed to get done and a price. Called back no answer and mailbox was full. There was a number to text I texted and still no response. Have to find someone else to get the job done. Why have a business if nobody can leave a message or even call someone back.
