John's company transitioned me from oil to gas and installing air conditioning. Recently the town Inspector inspected his work and found up to 5 code violations witch John's Plumbing and Heating after being notified by myself and the town has refused to address.

John and his crew did an excellent job with my conversion from oil to gas. An unexpected problem with another pipe came up and John made time to handle it as well. I would highly recommend this company!

John shouldn't even get 1 star I contacted him 9/18/18 & he said he would take my job of converting my furnace from oil to gas. As of today 12/1/18 I'm out if oil my furnace is off & nothing has been done. I'm looking for a plumber anyone have any suggestions?

John's Plumbing installed a hot water heater after contacting them on tuesday, they came
out and qouted me on Wed and installed my new unit today under two hours. Including the removal of the old unit. Thanks. John!!!

Had an oil to gas conversion. Excellent service and they completed the project within 2 days, and removed the old furnace, water heater and boiler at no additional cost. I definitely recommend this company for this service.

John and team did a great job. His coordination with our town and the gas company was great. The boiler was installed and up and running in one day. Competitive pricing too.

I used Johns plumbing to fix my heating issue. He had to send some out within two weeks to take a look at the issue again. The heat still does not turn off when it’s suppose to and after a year and several calls later I still have not gotten any call back.

As a black owned business this is horrible customer service.

I wish I could give John more than 5 stars! He is everything I want a contractor to be. First of all, he answered the phone with an upbeat attitude, and he seemed super excited to help. “You called the right guy!” he said, and boy was he right. He was super straightforward, and gave me a quote immediately upon assessing the job, and it was lower than most of the other quotes (10+) we got. He helped us navigate the CT Heat Loan process seamlessly, and got our new combi unit installed accurately, neatly, and efficiently. John and his guys worked all day and got the job done! After having issues with other contractors stringing us along for other jobs, this was certainly a breath of fresh air. I’d recommend him to anyone. Thanks, John!

John and his team did a great job with converting my home from oil to gas. Pricing was extremely competitive and service was fast - - everything was done in one day! As a result of how pleased I was with everything, I've already asked John about doing additional work in my home.

John transitioned us from oil to gas and installed our new boiler. Worked fine for a year then stopped. We have 2 babies and it is the middle of winter so we need heat, but John refused to respond to me or my wifes multiple attempts of contact. Extremely unprofessional. Had to have another company do the repair and the guy was saying he's been in the field for 20 years and has never heard of the boiler John installed.

Do not go here. Take your buisness elsewhere.

We contracted John's Plumbing to do a oil to natural gas conversion at our home 12/2018. John did an absolutely wonderful job and was very attentive to our additional specific needs/wants in preparation for future add-ons.

The conversion consisted of removal of very old/clunky/faulty boiler, oil tank, water heater, expansion tanks amongst some other misc.

In return we gained a large footprint of space in our basement, a better location for our heating unit, much quieter (almost silent) heating system, amazing savings in our cost to heat our home and water. Lastly, we are a family of 6!!!.....and we do not run out of hot water!

John was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process from start to finish. He was very professional and was flexible to my schedule. We converted from an all electric system to natural gas so he had to install piping through the whole house and he did it very minimally invasive and efficient. I would recommend John for any heating system.

I woke up Sunday morning with no heat my 30+ year oil boiler decided it had done enough! My brother recommended John based on his experience dealing with him. i texted John and he responded immediately and came over to provide an estimate. He arrived at my home on Monday morning to install a new boiler by 3pm I had a warm comfortable home. Excellent customer service!

They removed our chunky oil tank, boiler, water heater, and replaced it with a very silent and slick wall mounted gas boiler. Everyone was so professional and left our basement cleaner than they found it. John and his team recently completed a heating conversion project for my home. They (1) converted one unit from electric heating to natural gas heating by installing a combi boiler, and (2) moved a water heater that had been on the third flr to the basement. From the beginning, John was a professional, his quote was competitive, and he was responsive. He and his team showed up on time, were polite, and were respectful of my property each day. John did our oil->gas conversion. Eversource had recommended him and I am so happy we went with him. He was great to work with, very responsive and accommodating. The work was well done and our basement was left beautifully clean after the days work. He also called twice to check with me that the heating system was working as expected since the weather had already started to get cold when the work was done.
