We were very impressed with the service provided by KSB Electric. Kevin was very efficient and helpful in solving a decades worth of small household problems that had accumulated. His fees are fair and reasonable and I would highly recommend this electrician for the homeowner.

priced the job at the right price while others wanted $2000 more. The new 200 amp service with a new panel is just great. They used a larger panel incase of future projects and the workers were all class A guys. Im so happy with the final results. My son looked everything over and was so happy with all the work done. I truly reccomend KSB.

I contacted KSB during the heat wave since our ac’s were tripping the breaker and I was worried there was a serious issue with the system. They called me immediately and scheduled an appointment for that day without charging us for an emergency appointment which was amazing. Kevin came and assessed our system and replaced some breakers and gave us some tips on how to manage our system as well as some long term solutions to consider. He gave us a couple of estimates for some work we are considering and was extremely friendly. I would recommend these guys to anyone in Manchester!

Tommy did great work installing a new outlet in our basement and inspecting the old knob and tube we have in our home. He made great suggestions for how we should proceed with updating and upgrading the old outlets.

After a thunderstorm, I came down to the basement to find water dripping from the electrical panel. I called KSB first thing in the morning and they were able to get Kevin out to my house later in the day. He figured out the problem, applied some silicon to a corroded seal on the outside meter, and after another big thunderstorm, the electrical panel was dry as a bone. Kevin was great, taking time to explain everything to me as well as run through some options for next steps (unsurprisingly, there's a lot of corrosion inside the panel). I also appreciated the initial phone conversation, and them asking me to send pictures so they could take a quick look and let me know if it looked like a 911 type situation (it did not, thankfully). A great experience, or at least as great as an experience that starts with a wet electrical panel can be.

Excellent service and reasonable price. Second time using them for electric repair. Replaced 2 old kitchen light switches. Arrived on time. Replaced switches quickly and cleaned up work area. Small job and didn't have any rush fixing them, but we were scheduled for the next day. Appreciated the quick fix.

We reached out to KSB Electric on a Saturday morning and Kevin promptly returned our call and was able to diagnose and resolve our problem right over the phone, saving us an emergency service call! So appreciative of this kind of service and you better believe we already hired KSB for another electrical project!

We recently lost power to a large portion of our house in Greenwich CT due to construction work that was being done. A master breaker for a 200 amp service would not reset (more complicated than it sounds), and we were losing heat, refrigeration, etc. Called three emergency electricians and KSB Electric was the only one that answered immediately. He was able to walk me through solving the problem on my own, and did not need to send a technician. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, and charged me nothing for his time. I would 100% use them for any routine electrical work, let alone emergency service.

I did an addition to an old historic home. KSB not only supplied all the electric in the addition, but also cleaned up a century of convoluted wiring at a reasonable price. I love how my home works and feels . Thanks KSB for your professionalism, showing up on time, and working efficiently.two month later in January, I had them replace the old rusted out exterior electrical box. They performed the work well, coordinated seamlessly with the electric company to cut power, provided portable generator to keep me warm…. but the workers also noticed none of my utilities were bonded (ie, were attached to a ground). The workers did the grounding on the spot- and two hours later, I’m safe!
