Our house lost power, and we got it restored by EverSource. Somewhere along the way, one of our circuit breaker switches would cause the whole board to buzz loudly. Internet said it was a bad switch, possibly could start a fire, electrical emergency. Got KSB to make an appointment for first thing the next morning. They came out on time, introduced themselves, came to see what was wrong. I showed them the buzzing switch, which they'd never seen before.

They moved a cardboard box out of the way, saw our waste water level alarm switch, and flipped that switch off. Problem solved. The circuit breaker was working after all. Perfectly, in fact. They halved the price after a quaint chuckle, and that was that. 5/5 would recommend again.

Had a wonderful experience with Tommy and Tony. They were professional, meticulous, and made sure I was aware of everything they did in the house. I will be going to them for all of my electrical needs. I suggest that those looking for the best service for the best price do the same!!! KSB Electric for the win!

I had a new ceiling fan and light fixture installed. KSB took down the old unit and installed the new one. They came out right away and did a fabulous job. Professional, reasonable and friendly. I called KSB Electric for the first time this week for a problem with my kitchen light, and that was the best choice I could have made. First off, a very friendly team member, Carol, scheduled my appointment. Next, Tommy arrived the very next day right on time, diagnosed my problems quickly, and in less time than I expected had all of the problems solved, all at a reasonable cost. He also answered all of my questions and did an excellent job with clean-up! I was more than satisfied with KSB, will definitely not hesitate to call them again, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a skilled electrician.

Fair pricing guys are professional don’t have any complaints they have done a great job with my older homes 200 amp service upgrade the panel looks great wires were cleaned up and ran together neatly i will continue to call them for anything that I am unable to do my self A+ for carols customer service

I am so incredibly impressed With this company! The owner Kevin was quick and efficient! I needed an inspection done for Eversource to turn on my service at my new business site and I needed it done quickly. Kevin came out the next day. He had the inspection done quickly and had Carol ( who is equally if not even more incredible) send my letter for Eversource just as fast! Their price was fair and reasonable. I even needed a revision in the letter, they handled it swiftly and with ease. They have gained a permanent customer! I highly recommend this company and will be using them again soon!!!

Had a leak in the kitchen sink drain line. Called M&M, they showed up within the hour, identified the issue and fixed it same day. Staff was professional, polite and well qualified. They are now my go to plumbers.

My family was in town for my sisters funeral all staying at my little cottage. Had no water or toilet. Called M&M at 8, they were there at noon replacing a well water pump I had no idea where it was located on a wooded lot. They completed the job by 4. This was all on the Friday before Labor Day! Keith is extremely competent and professional! Thank you M&M for being there when we needed you!!!
