Jared was on time, provided clarity about the job and pricing ahead of the work and completed all the work in a clean and professional manner. He was friendly and kept me apprised as the work progressed. I would definitely use FVP again should the need arise and I will ask for Jared! 5 STARS!

Jared and Lex came by and did a repipe for our old galvanized shower drain. They were efficient, friendly and patient. We are so pleased with the results and the attentiveness. We had no heat or hot water. They came out very quickly, diagnosed the issue almost instantly and had us back up and running in about an hour. Im very grateful they were able to fix the issue so quickly because its cold and only getting colder.

This wonderful team of Scott, Wayne and TJ replaced a clay pipe full of roots from my home to the septic. They were so wonderful! I cannot say enough nice things. Hard workers. Respectful. They cleaned the area up. Even put my bird house and pole back! I would recommend them and everyone at Farmington Valley Plumbing - on time , good work- everything was fantastic- they have come to my rescue more than once without hesitation.

The service was very good. I have zero complaints with the plumber who performed work at my house. He was very professional, explained everything he was doing thoroughly. however, the price was quite high. I had a new toilet installed (that I pre-purchased myself), new flange installed, new toilet valve installed, along with 2 valves in the basement installed. My total bill was over $2000.00. The plumber was at my house for 4 hours. I was a bit shocked . The prices were explained to me before the work was done, but I needed it done and had to suck it up. I don’t mind paying a competitive wage for work to be done. In my mind, even $150/hr would be a competitive wage for trade work. But I essentially paid approximately $400/hour in labor, if not more as the material cost wasn’t substantial.

Farmington Valley Plumbing was very accommodating in rescheduling a visit I had to conceal earlier in the week. Dan was professional, knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I very much like making arrangements on the phone with Megan. I look forward to working with FVP as we move ahead with additional projects.

Jeff and TJ checked in with us often throughout the projects to make sure everything was to our liking. We appreciate them both for their hard work!

We had a difficult to diagnose leak- Scott was able to figure it out and then we had to have a builder come out and install a new shower after trying some other things first. Jeff went above and beyond to give us not only a functioning shower, but something g that suited our needs much more. He put finishing touches that we didn’t even know we needed and helped bring our vision to life within our budget. Highly recommend!

We hired Farmington Valley Plumbing to fix a shower valve so the water would shut off properly. We were told that cutting into the wall and installing new shut-off valves was the only way to complete the job, which resulted in a hole being cut into my daughter’s bedroom and an improperly sized access panel. We later learned this was not the only option, as our 1985 home already had existing individual shut-off valves that were never identified.

After the service, the shower still did not shut off correctly and continued to leak overnight. My husband ultimately had to dismantle the work and fix the issue himself. Because the work was based on a misdiagnosis, the wall damage and additional work performed were unnecessary. We declined to have the same technician return and instead requested to speak with a manager or owner who could review the work and help resolve the situation.

I contacted the office multiple times over several weeks requesting management follow-up and provided photos and videos when asked, but received no response or remediation. The only detailed response we received from the company came after we were forced to file a BBB complaint. I wish the company had taken the time to work with us directly when the issue first arose, but repeated requests for a call back went unanswered.

Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing any plumbing work with this company.

Farmington Valley plumbing is our go to plumber. We can always count on them showing up and fixing/installing whatever plumbing need we have come up. Latest issue was installing and plumbing a new basement pump for our washing machine drain. Scott and Jared were top notch!

Kieth was great, easy going did great work in a timely manner and it looks good will call them again. We had a section of pipe replaced in the basement going to the main drain line. He was great cut the pipe found the leak new PVC pipe good fittings all set. I think the pricing was fair. Don’t call Daffodil plumbing they suck! They quoted 1,350-3,550 Farmington Vally did it for 647$ and they have military discount which is good to see not a lot of that around anymore. Even the dispatcher was great, she asked me how I found the leak and my story gave her a chuckle. Nice to have good customer service these days. If you got plumbing issues calls these guys. Thanks Kieth (he should get employee of the month) maybe a bonus for him!

Ryan and Dwayne provided excellent service while investigating reason why flushing a toilet produced gurgling sounds at the vanity sinks. Their recommendation to use a camera to look for a blockage proved wise and provided much peace of mind. They were patient in answering all my questions. Showed up right on time and very clean and respectful of home. Great job!

We had Farmington Valley Plumbing come out here to replace our old septic cast iron pipe with PVC pipe. The two men that were assigned to the job were very capable and up to the task at hand. FVP responded the same day I inquired online for support and were able to visit the next day. Tyler, the tech, arrived a little outside the originally scheduled window but was very nice and took his time to explain the different options to fix my damaged washer shutoff valves. He was able to immediately begin the work and finished before I knew it. He did excellent work and ensured everything worked before leaving. It's been a long time since I've had plumbing work performed so I was a little surprised at the cost but like anything these days I'm sure it's market rate. Regardless it was worth it to have quality work done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Farmington Valley Plumbing.
