I was in dire need of a plumber the other day, my neighbor said Farmington Valley had just left her house after the first time using them and that they were fantastic!! I called the office at mid-morning on a Friday and spoke to Megan who was great! She said she would have someone out in the afternoon.Daniel and Long arrived, they were friendly and professional and did a great job and left no mess.I will recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing services.Plus they update you as to the arrival time and send a photo if the plumber who will be arriving, amazing experience.

Scott & Dewayne were professional, courteous and completed all aspects of a large plumbing repair job for me. Scott quoted the job and did it in estimated time. Nice work! Scott has also estimated the sheet rock repair to be done by secondary team with Farmington Valley Plumbing. I have another smaller possible job I may have him estimate after nice job on original project. Also TJ was also professional and did nice work on sheet rock repair after plumbing work.

Dan came to my house on Saturday. He is very professional and mindful to my home. He took the time to teach me and show me fun tips and tricks to take care of the system if something were to happen. Dan also was able to fix multiple bursted pipes and purge my system. I am very thankful for him and his expertise. I wish I could give him more than 5 starts. Thank you!

Great service from Farmington Valley plumbing in East Granby. First time I used them, but they were highly recommended by my son. The tech showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, and polite. They cleaned up well after the job, to the point where you would not even know they were there. I would highly recommend them and most definitely use them again. Great experience.

My experience with Farmington Valley Plumbing could not have gone better. From the moment I called to discuss the issue I was having, everyone has been so helpful. I was schedule very quickly. I received a text notification to let me know the technician was on his way and even shared a picture and a small bio about him. That was a really nice touch. Zach and Noah were beyond professional, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, honest and kind. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend them and will continue to use Farmington Valley Plumbing for any plumbing needs our family may have in the future.

Dan Curley was absolutely amazing!!!! He was very nice, knowledgeable, efficient and clear on my options and had everything he needed on hand to replace my leaking garbage disposal so I was able to get back to my kitchen within an hour!! Highly recommend!! So grateful for your help Dan!

Jen and the office staff kept me updated on the project from start to finish. The owner Eric addressed any concerns I had and handled everything in a courteous and professional manner. Ricky, the technician that led the install team for our new propane boiler system was professional, friendly, and explained the process to us at the start and kept us apprised of the progress throughout the one day install. Farmington Valley works with a broad variety of financing options, including the CT Green Bank. Can speak highly enough of the professional service they provide.

Great service. Beautiful work putting in my water softener in my old house. Field stone cellar. The guys were incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and just did an amazing job. I had to leave in an emergency and thought I would come home to a TRUE MESS. I was shocked to see they picked up everything, closed all my doors, swept up all debris and even made sure my cat was still in the cellar. It was truly a pleasure to work with these nice young men. The whole process from quote to installation took less than a week and there were no surprises or oops we didn’t see this kinda stuff. The quote was the quote! Great job guys and thank you.☮️
