Reviews of local pros in Ellington, Connecticut

Great company. Alex and his crew are professional, experienced and most of all efficient.
They returned my initial phone call, also keep great communication through out the project.
Would recommend this company for any services they provide.

Alex helped us out with recently with a parking for our RV. He kept in communication with us throughout the process and even contacted the town to establish where the underground utilities were located. The work was completed on the prescribed day, the final price was the same as the quote which we thought was very reasonable. O would highly recommend this company and will use again if the need arises.

I screwed up delivery time. They went above and beyond to help me out (with MY mistake). Topsoil they delivered was beautiful, didn’t find one rock in the 10 yards I had delivered. Will do business again!

Alex did an excellent job at our house fixing a major drainage issue underneath our patio. We will absolutely use him again. Very responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend Barletta Excavation to anyone who needs quality work done.

I can endorse the Alex Barletta family with no reservations. Last year Alex and crew removed debris from our commercial property as well as having laid in a new driveway for our business. On time. Honest. Even his crew hustles to get the work done. 5 star recommendation.

Alex was extremely helpful during the closing week of my first home. He cleared my property and prepped a pad for a shed by the end of the first week! I call him anytime I need property services handled.

I would recommend Alex to anyone! Especially if you need a septic done on time. He stuck to our timeframe for our house closing and was always a phone call away. From start to finish he was easy to work with and he left the yard looking clean and professional.

We hired Barletta Excavation to remove and grind tree stumps after having to fire our first contractor for not finishing the work. Alex did a fantastic job and finished ahead of schedule. Alex was super easy to work with, great communication and very responsive. He’s reasonably priced and does great work! We highly recommend Barletta Excavation and wish we had hired him first. If you have tree stumps that need to be removed or ground, save yourself time, money, and headaches and hire Barletta Excavation from the start. You’ll be very happy you did!

Alex was referred to me by my nephew that he did amazing work for. Boy am I glad I went with him to replace my entire septic system and leech field. It was done quickly and efficiently and we were able to close on the house in time. He did an amazing job making the yard look the best he could considering the amount of yard that needed fixing.

I recently hired BT Tree and Property Specialists and had a great experience from start to finish. They came out right away to provide a free estimate. The team cleared a large area filled with dead brush and vines and then planted grass, completely transforming the space.

They were professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. The job was done quickly, and they left the area looking clean and well-finished. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of the results.

I worked with Tim, who was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend BT Tree and Property Specialists for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality property work.

Bryan and Tim are great to work with and do an excellent job. I recommend them highly!!

What a great company. We are very happy with the job and the price.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
They clean up and are very considerate.

Great company. Very responsive from initial call to date of service. The level of quality, attention to detail, and customer service was excellent. I cannot recommend this team enough! I am already planning on having them come out again to my property for their assistance.

Very pleased with the response time and the work completed with shrub removal. Tim was very professional and did a thorough and neat job.

Friendly, professional, responsible and confident. These were some big trees but they explained their plans/procedure and I was sent step by step pictures that kept me in the loop of the entire process. That coupled with the great value and how easy they were to talk to it felt like I had hired a lifelong friend to do the job. For a local company that’s big enough to tackle any job without sacrificing small town courtesy look no further.

Just had a large tree removed. They are professional, efficient. They cleaned up beautifully and got the job done promptly. They were very reasonable with there price also. I highly recommend.

We were introduced to BT Operations, (Bryan and Tim) last Spring. Since then, they have worked on several projects inside and outside of our home. Each time they come out, we find other things for them to do. Bryan and Tim are a great team, and they work so well together. They are great problem solver’s, good communicators with a terrific work ethic, and wonderful to work with. Nothing is too much trouble. They have become our ”go to guys” for most everything. We highly recommend BT Operations.

We could not be happier with the job done on our large maple tree. They were professional, communicative and even the neighbors couldn't believe how good the yard looked afterward!

Bryan and Tim just finished their third job for us. Once again we were impressed with their professionalism and quality work. They did some storm clean up and tree trimming for us. They were respectful of our property and did all that we asked in a timely and efficient manner. I would highly recommend them and already have to others.

BT Tree just completed taking down 27 trees on our property and did an amazing job. It was a massive job and they worked quickly and communicated throughout the process, leaving everything clean and looking great. Highly recommend!

We recently hired Tim and Bryan to cut down a tree. They were very professional and worked fast! Little did we know it was going to provide an amazing sunset view. They will be our go to!!!
