Reviews of local pros in Ellington, Connecticut

I couldn’t be more impressed with Merick and Orion /dba Cedar Stone Tree Works LLC. From the moment I called for an estimate, their professionalism and communication stood out. The crew arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with care and precision. They removed several large trees that were close to my house, and they did it safely and skillfully—no damage, no mess, just excellent workmanship.
What really stood out was how respectful and courteous the team was. They explained the process, double-checked safety measures, and left the yard cleaner than it was before they arrived. The price was fair and completely worth the peace of mind knowing the job was done right. They are fully insured, licensed and provide proof on request. Will definitely be using them again.
I highly recommend Cedar Stone Tree Works LLC to anyone in need of tree removal or trimming services. Professional, reliable, and truly customer-focused—five stars all the way!

I have to say these 2 young men running this tree business were very professional, very equipped, clean and responsible. Great price to remove 2 dying trees and stumps on our property. Great job in clearing wood chips, and keeping property undamaged. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to remove a tree from their property. GREAT JOB, WELL DONE!!

Merik and Ryan did an outstanding job at our beach property. Fast, neat and very professional. I will be using them again!

I recommend them highly and without reservation. Very fair pricing.

I have used other contractors in the past and none could come close to the work Merik and Ryan do!!

Best tree service around

Excellent service and fair prices

Great service. I am very happy with the service provided. Highly recommended.

Amazing service. Work was done super quick and done well. Would definitely use again!

They were awesome. Pretty big job needed a crane. Amazing to watch. Could not recommend them more.

Very nice and responsive, but costs to remove my trees were beyond my budget. I have no personal business interaction with them so hard to rate

We have used them for two different jobs. Very reliable and came out right away. Very friendly and respectful. Highly reccomend them and we will continue to call on them when needed.

I highly recommend Beaver Tree Service. They were professional, thorough, and cleaned all debris. They did an excellent job.

This company was a pleasure to deal with. Amanda and Chris answered all my questions, showed up when promised, removed the tree, and cleaned everything up. I am a happy customer. ~Benjamin , Rockville CT

We had Beaver Tree Service remove a tree right next to our house that got too big to keep. They came in and dropped the tree, used a bobcat to haul away the trunk and branches. The branches were then chipped and they even raked the lawn and used air blowers to clean up the lawn. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tree removed.

Amanda and Matt worked closely with us with scheduling…between Mother Nature and summer plans we were finally able to connect in October! They were totally worth the wait! The crew was professional did what they were supposed to do and then some! I highly recommend their services!

Dustin & his crew are wonderful to work with. They are timely, professional and excellent at what they do. Dustin is always willing to answer any questions and give suggestions. We have used Beaver Tree Service for years and keep coming back. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of professional tree services.

Amanda and crew are the best!!! They did a fantastic job and even left my yard looking better than it did before. They were on time and extremely professional! They went out of their way to help us out and treated us with respect. We were not just a name on a list of clients - they treated us like family. I recommend them 1000% to anyone looking for someone to do a great job!

Dustin, the owner, is prompt, professional, upbeat, and a man of his word. He has an incredible crew and the best of equipment. They showed up bright and early, took down a couple trees, trimmed countless others and left 5 hours later leaving my yard cleaner than it was before they started! I had company later that afternoon and they could not believe how fabulous my yard looked! Top notch service and great price!!

Ive been using beaver tree service for over a decade and have never had a complaint or issue with them. thank you

Another example of the variety of services provided by Amanda and her Crews at Beaver Tree Service LLC. Pruned our two fruiting apple trees. Excellent communication and service. Trees pruned and area cleaned like they were not even there. They have ground stumps at our and Daughter and Son in Laws as well as taking down a hot mess of a tree. Happy to support a Woman run local business.

Beaver did a fantastic job on my property. They removed fifteen larger trees and the whole process took them two days with the clean up! I could not have asked for the better service. They took care of the stumps and the grass. His pricing was very reasonable. I am glad I waited for his services.
