Reviews of local pros in Ellington, Connecticut

I had a flood in my basement he came out right away took care of everything excellent service. He's also been out to clean my carpet and also didn't excellent job with that

Eric was fantastic, great work…explained the cleaning process and was professional and courteous. I will recommend them to fitness and colleagues. I will call on them soon for other house carpets/upholstery needs.

Erik did a fantastic job. He took the time to really clean the carpets and focused in on problem areas. Definitely will use New England Steam again when we need it!

Kevin and New England Steam were terrific. Kevin's service was next level and the cleaning and fabric protection was perfect. I have already recommended him and the company to others and will continue to do so.

We called our former carpet cleaner only to hear that he retired. However he offered a recommendation for New England Steam Clean.so we figured we'd give them a go. We received a timely appointment and Eric did an amazing job in our family room, bedroom traffic areas, stair carpet and runners. The carpets haven't looked this good in years. Kudos to our new goto for our carpet cleaning needs.

They have been cleaning our furniture and rugs since the previous person retired. We think that they provide wonderful service.

It’s easy to schedule an appointment. They are flexible if you need to add an item. Eric is very professional, accommodating and knowledgeable.

Highly recommend them.

Toni is always great. House clean and smells so good. She came alone though this time so took longer than normal but she did great job. Only comment is would be nice to get a text or email morning of appointment regarding expected time of arrival.

We have had a great experience with Deeply Devoted Cleaning!

Needed two bathrooms cleaned in commercial space. Two people did great job cleaning and disinfecting overly used restrooms.

Deeply Devoted staff is great. Very through. House always looks great after they are done.

My tenants left my house Absolutely disgusting. They cleaned it so well I didn’t even have to paint it. I will be using them from now on.
