Reviews of local pros in Ellington, Connecticut

Always thorough, professional, and friendly. Having this service is the best decision, and this company is top-notch! Thank you for all you do!!!

Tony did an amazing job. The house smells great and is so clean.

They did a very good job. There were a few things that needed to be recleaned but they sent someone out and it looked great.

The two women were wonderful. They did a thorough job. I look forward to having them clean my home on a regular basis.

I highly recommend Deeply Devoted Cleaning! They were prompt, friendly and did a wonderful job cleaning my apartment!

This was our first cleaning with deeply devoted. The communication leading up to the cleaning was excellent. The cleaning itself was incredibly thorough. We are so happy with the results! Thank you!

I gave my daughter a house cleaning for her birthday. She was overwhelmed with the quality of work that was done. I'm hoping she will continue on a regular basis.

Used Deeply Devoted Cleaning to come out and clean my elderly parents home and my Mother-in Laws home and they do a very thorough job and treat my parents and Mother-in Law with both respect and courtesy. Great service to have for not just yourself but also to help with your elderly parent(s) or elderly relatives...

I had my first service today and was extremely pleased with the quality of work. The staff was great to work with and had great personalities. I would definitely recommend this company.

Cleaned my elderly parents home for them as I have not been able to get to it. Did a nice thorough job. Also, nothing in the house was harmed, which has happened with other cleaning services in the past - like scratching hard wood floors, breaking lamps for example. Nothing like that happened. Would use these cleaners again.

I hired this company to perform a move-out cleaning of a condo I had been renting. Felt that I was taking a bit of a risk as it was just from exhaustive Google searching - not referred by someone I know.
They texted me the morning of when they were on the way. I had a few text interactions during the cleaning, confirming some specifics around what I wanted them to do or not do. I got a final text when the work was done. All communication was very professional!
I stopped by the condo later that day to confirm the work was actually done and how well. They did AMAZING WORK!! Very impressed!!! They made it look (and smell) better than how it was when we moved in. A+++
I would definitely use again and highly recommend others to give them a chance.

Easy to schedule and very professional. The cleaning individuals arrived on time and were efficient and thorough.

We have had Cindy and Toni cleaning our home for about two years. They do such a great and thorough job. Very consistent. Nothing better than coming home after work on the day they clean! Communication has always been great!

I have used deeply devoted over the years on and off for regular cleanings, I asked Nicole if she has an opening for a one time clean this week she got back to me promptly and got me in! Getting home today was wonderful my house needed a reset and the team did such a great job! Highly recommend!

Fantastic house cleaning service! The team was punctual, efficient, and left my home spotless. They paid attention to detail and were respectful of my space. This was my first cleaning with Deeply Devoted service and they will be my go to cleaning service going forward.

We have had our house, and now business, cleaned by Nicole and her wonderful team for a few years now. They pay great attention to detail, are very open to any requests, and always show up on time. I love coming home to my clean house after they have been here. It’s beautiful, tidy, and smells fantastic. One of my favorite things is how they actually move furniture to clean under and behind everything unlike other companies we’ve tried. I would highly recommend Deeply Devoted Cleaning to anyone looking for regular cleaning services.

Anna and Michelle are the sweetest women! I loved them immediately.☺️ my home is spotless! They cleaned in places never having seen the light of day! Im looking forward to a wonderful relationship. It’s so nice to sit, relax, and enjoy my home again. Thank you, Nicole. And thank you, Ana and Michelle! 👍

We decided to give Deeply Devoted another try and so far so good. Excellent cleaning crew, and I have found they use an app to help with scheduling too.

I am torn on this review.
I was looking for a dependable cleaning service to build a long lasting relationship with. We contracted and Jessica arrived, she did a decent job and we were looking forward to her returning.

When I did not receive my automated confirmation for the next visit, I reached out to the business. I was told that they would not be coming back to the house as their cleaner had quit and they no longer had coverage in my area.

I totally understand the great resignation and that it is hard to find reliable work, however the communication was so disappointing, I felt taken advantage of as a consumer. I paid for a deep cleaning with the understanding it was more expensive the first visit and would level out for future visits. Sadly, I didn't get the future visits and paid a whole lot for decent.

I have had several cleaning companies over the years. I highly recommend Deeply Devoted Cleaning Service. I always have the same two people coming to my house. I really like them. And so do my pets. They do a very thorough job. It is very easy to communicate with the office when I need to make changes to my schedule. Highly recommend!

Gissel is amazing! Highly recommend checking them out, because my home feels refreshed and the quality of work is exceptional. Thank you!!

Requested a deep cleaning. Was very disappointed with the deep clean. Fridge inside was wiped down, not deep cleaned as the photo shows. Microwave still had residue per attached photo. Slider door as seen in the picture was not cleaned but just given a small circular motion in the middle of the door. The only compliment I can give is that the cabinets were cleaned very well. I would not recommend this company for a deep cleaning service as it was not a deep cleaning by far!
