We called up Collegiate to level my backyard for a 14x14 pool. The team was very professional and kind. They answered all of our questions. The first time they came out, unfortunately, the platform was a little too small as one of the legs was sliding down. I called up Devon, (the manager) and explained the situation. They came out and fixed the issue in a timely manner at no expense. They expanded the platform and even helped us move the pool back and forth. The team went above and beyond the call. It looks amazing. Very happy with the outcome. Thanks again gentlemen. Highly recommend!!

I originally hired Collegiate Landscaping just for a spring cleanup—and they did such an amazing job that I ended up having them redo all the garden beds too. They added fresh mulch, clean edging, pruned everything, and even added some seasonal flowers. The difference is unbelievable. My yard looks beautiful and feels like a totally new space. As a busy single mom, I don’t have time to keep up with landscaping, but now I actually enjoy being outside again. So glad I found this team!

Our lawn has never looked so good! I like that we have the same person each week and he takes pride in his work. I refer to him as a lawn magician. We have weekly mowing and it is perfectly trimmed with sidewalks edged. Devin the owner is terrific. Responsive and always available to take a phone call.

I would recommend Collegiate Landscaping for anyone who appreciates consistent quality and attention to detail. I didn’t know my yard could look so amazing! I could spend 5 hours working in my yard and not come close to accomplishing what Collegiate can do in a fraction of the time.
Instead, I can spend that time with my family and everyone is happy!

We’ve been customers of Collegiate Landscaping for 3 years and could not be happier with the service! They are always on time, happy to answer any questions, and are professional with each interaction. Grass looks better than it ever has in the 19 years we’ve been living here. I utilized Collegiate Landscaping in the summer of 2021, and I invested in a costly design and planting project. Within six months, I had lost eleven (11) of the planted trees. I contact the landscaper and have been getting the run around for several months. I have emailed them, texted them, and called them on various occasions, and I have been getting nothing but delayed responses or no responses at all. I still have not received any communication from the landscaper or anyone else from the company. The only benefit for me is that I have all of my electronic and audio communications with the company and the landscaper. I have to elevate my case since I have hit a standstill. I would not recommend this landscaping company to anyone as they do not respect their customer and have a poor business acumen.

I could not be more disappointed with Collegiate Landscaping. In the fall of 2024, my husband met with Devon to discuss the best course of action for our front lawn. It was full of green grass, but several types of grass. My husband wanted it all one species. Devon’s solution was to kill the whole front lawn and replant, promising some grass before winter and a gorgeous lawn in the spring. We paid $3,000 for this service. Our lawn this spring is almost completely weeds. My husband started leaving messages in April and I’ve been emailing Collegiate, asking for help. They completely ghosted us. No calls no replies to my email. I do not recommend trusting this company to deliver on their promises. Clearly they took the money and ran, and now we are left with a giant lawn of weeds, much worse than original lawn. I couldn’t be more disappointed.

I was introduced to Devin and the Collegiate team after viewing their work online. As a recent buyer, my lawn was in need of serious remediation. I was most impressed by Devin’s timely response and flexible schedule. As an administrator in higher education and an entrepreneur, my schedule fluctuates. Devin ensured consistent communication via phone and through text alerts. I always knew when the team was on the way, even when I was traveling. I look forward to continuing to work with Devin and Collegiate team. I must admit CL has my neighbors envious of my lawn! Thanks Collegiate!

The guys at Thompson Landscape were great to work with and did a fantastic job designing and installing our new patio.

Called them to do a fall cleanup on Saturday and they said they couldn't do it until Monday...On Monday nobody shows up..I call them and they tell me it'll have to be Tuesday or Wednesday...Wednesday comes and once again nothing from them...I call them and the guy tells me that it'll have to be Friday...No apology...I tell him i was getting frustrated and he completely goes off and tells me to call someone else. Completely rude and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES! Notice that all of their facebook "reviews" are people that say they work there...What a joke.

Responsive, Helpful, Local people that do a great job. They've done our retaining walls, plantings, lawn sprinklers and more. Highly Recommended for installation and service. Thank you!

Recommended to me for landscape work. Talked to them three times. They promised twice to come out to look at my property and never showed up. They don’t return phone call. Poor business practice.

I had Thompson Landscape re-do the front entrance of our office building. The old construction was wood timbers (rotted out) for the steps and retaining walls. Also, 43 year old overgrown shrubs.

The new construction is pavers, cement block retaining walls, and large granite steps. The landscape around is stone, mulch and small plantings.

I have worked with this company for many years, and have always been impressed with their work and quality of it. If I ever had any concerns they would address them immediately.
