Where do I start... the crew had their equipment at my house for 3 days, and it barely looked like anything was completed. When Rick came to get his check and I questioned him about my green giants (30 of them) lack of pruning, he said that was how they were supposed to be. 1 of the green giants has a wire from a telephone pole rubbing against it, and Rick told me that was ok. Also, had a very large tree in the back corner of my lot that was trimmed on 1 side, but the rest was left as is. When I asked Rick, he again told me that this tree really isnt supposed to be trimmed and that was how it should be. There were other issues, but the point is made. $2,800 total. I just had another couple of tree service companies come out for a consultation, and they basically said I got screwed. They did say the price was correct but the work completed was abysmal. Needless to say, I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
