Just had my windows cleaned by Frankie and I have never been happier. They are so clean it’s hard to tell the glass is there! He’s a great guy and takes pride in his work. He even cleaned the sills which I appreciated. I will definitely be calling him again and giving his name to my friends.

Frankie and his team worked magic on an old house with over a hundred windows, some of which hadn't been cleaned in over 50 years. Our windows look crystal clear, and we are delighted with the service we received. Additionally, his quote was fair, they were very professional, and they even wore shoe covers, which many contractors don't think to do.

Wow! I was so impressed with the rug cleaning and repair work done by Greenwich Rug Cleaning on my beloved wool rug. The binding on both sides is flawless, and the foundation repair is completely unnoticeable. The team was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. The team kept me posted with photo updates from the factory. I'm thrilled with the results and will definitely use them in the future for all our rug cleaning and repair needs.

I live in back country Greenwich and Jack came in about 20 minutes. I was really scared that my puppy's poopy stain would permanantly ruin my carpet, but Jack miraculously was able to make it seem like nothing happened. It was also cheaper than all the other alternatives. I highly reccomend Jack!

I had never used a carpet cleaning service before Supreme Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Service and I was extremely impressed. The technician gave my carpets a thorough cleaning, I will most certainly use their services again. Professional, courteous, reasonable, and prompt!

My dogs decided to have their own super bowl party and somehow got into the garbage and dragged out whatever suited them and my sofa and new area rug were on the front line. Although I’m sure they were delighted, we weren’t. We called Supreme with doubts that anything could be done and were totally surprised at the results. Everything was restored to perfect condition. Thanks Supreme for the emergency service.

When tested to stand behind his service he proved unprofessional, ineffective, annoying and somewhat sleazy. His initial price was reasonable but proved to be a poor value. I should have seen the red flag when he took a call from another unhappy customer while he was here!

If you need carpet cleaning please save your time, money and aggravation and do business with someone else - almost anyone else would be an improvement for a number of reasons. While I tried to work with him to resolve this, he took no responsibility to actually get any stain out. Ultimately, I ended up cleaning it (and the other areas he missed) myself with Folex to finally remove what proved to be a truly simple issue to deal with.

Not only did Jack do a poor job cleaning, he was unprofessional in several ways. He spent more time arguing why it might not come out and why I should pay him to come back to reassess this than actually bothering to deal with the problem. When the stain returned after the carpet dried I called to tell him I needed more help with that area. To save him a trip back, I followed his instructions - cleaning it again myself - to see if what had re-emerged could be wiped away. It wouldn’t. After initially agreeing to come back he back peddled and kept calling to try to get me to agree to pay him to come back. He really gives car salesman a bad name. He did agree to come but blew off the appointment and never called. When I called him later to follow up on the missed appointment, he made poor excuses why he couldn't call - even 1 day later - and refused to come back without being paid. I felt that I paid money to watch someone go through the motions of cleaning a carpet.

Jack provided immediate and excellent service. He was great to work with and went the extra mile to ensure our sofa was as close to perfect as possible. Will be using again.

Fantastic service!!!! I recently got a used sectional that had some stains and looked fairly dirty. So I decided to get it cleaned. At first I was not expecting much because the sectional looked quite dirty. But Jack at Supreme Cleaning did a great job. I was surprised at how well he cleaned it. The sectional almost looked like new. I could not have been happier that I found him online. In addition to the great job he did, Jack was very kind, personable, and professional. Plus he charged less than the other cleaners in the area. If I need cleaning I will definitely be calling Jack at Supreme Cleaning, again.

This service is amazing. I had issues with a warranty on cleaning my couch and Jack took care of talking with the warranty company and was able to get my claim approved. He also was able to remove several stains I didn't think would ever come out. If you want an affordable cleaning service which is efficient and prompt this is your company! The aide reported when cleaning after Jenny’s cleaning service she felt it did not suffice what the aides provided, the carpet was not clean, behind the toilets were not cleaned properly and dust was found throughout the home. On several occasions it was reported the cleaning service did not show up or call to inform the client they were running late. Jenny the owner left a very unprofessional text on the aides personal cell. The HHA’s are employed to note each day with a client along with keeping an eye on companies with Ill intent. The client felt it necessary not to employ a company that slacked off while employing a company that provides care and housekeeping. It was extremely unprofessional for Jenny to contact the aide and leave a message of that sort when the Aides are doing what they are contracted to do.
