Bill’s showed up on time and found a broken pipe under the ground that several other drain companies had simply run a snake through and left. They never fixed the problem. He brought in his associate with an excavator and they got us back up and running in just a few hours. I’m very, very happy with Bill.

Called him @8a here by 10a. Great. Cleared my kitchen sink that was clogged. Only thing is he let the pipe crud run down my pegboard wall. He let it run from the ceiling into the pail on the floor. No shielding nor funneling to reduce spatter on wall and floor. Nobody wants that smell/bacteria everywhere.

Impressed and grateful. Bill responded quickly to my call and scheduled a visit within the same day. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he takes the time to communicate back to the customer as to what the issue is. Pricing is more than fair. Besides clearing a main line, he found a basement drain covered in concrete and got it open and working again. Bill goes above and beyond!

Bill is simply amazing. Our sewer main backed up. We had called the town who couldn’t help up. Then we called Roto Rooter who gave me an estimate that was insane. I went on Angie’s list and checked the reviews of all the plumbers in my area. bill was highly rated so we called. He got right to work, cleared the line, then put a camera through to make sure he cleaned the whole pipe out. He then gave me the price which was 1/3 of what Roto Rooters estimate was. He was professional, knew what he was doing. It was refreshing to find someone who doesn’t take advantage of a bad situation

I rarely post reviews but I felt it my responsibility to advise other people to look for a reliable plumber. We had a clog to our utility sink that caused it to overflow when we did laundry. He came, supposedly fixed a clog that we payed 350 for, and also told us that we had a collapsed sewer pipe. When I later asked if he had videoed the line, he said yes but that they didn’t have recording capabilities (even though when I checked the website after it says they do). He did say he would come back and video it again to show us, but he rescheduled once and no showed twice. At that point we decided to get another option, where we were told that the utility sink was still clogged, so we had to pay again to get that fixed. For peace of mind we decided to get the line videoed too, and we did end up having a clog in the sewer line but it was not a collapse. If we did have a collapse, it was something we would have wanted to fix asap but that was not how anything proceeded with our interactions.

Paid him $1200 to clean out a clogged septic pipe. He came put his camera down and said he would come back in a few days to unclogged. Once he returned he used his machine for about 20 minutes ran water and said we were good. Next day septic backed up again. My husband ending up digging up the septic found where the clogged was and this guy Bill did not even touch the clog. He clearly didn't put his camera back down there after he ran his machine. My husband ended up snaking a rope through thing a folded pool noodle and pulling it through. The amount of stuff that came out was just awful. It clearly showed he did not do he job. My husband kindly reached out to bill asking for the $900 back and he could keep the $300 for his time. Bill has yet to responded he could care less he provided poor service. Small claims court here we come!! We have video proof of the disservice this man provided. AVOID this company.
