Call someone else. Guys a rip off and unprofessional. Came to my house broke my working fridge that was only making a little noise. . And now doesn’t work at all he told me I had to order parts and he would come back install them and he stopped answering phone after charging me 200$ for absolutely nothing

I had called and spoke with the owner at 8:45am, by 10am, my dryer was fixed and he was out the door. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had when dealing with something like this! Very nice and very helpful! Will deff use again in the future and highly recommend to anyone!

He is a scam artist. Avoid at all costs. Read the other reviews. He will steal your money and vanish. The CT state police are aware of his activity, and he currently has a case open against him in Windham County court. He also reviewed himself and gave himself 5 stars. Con man

We think the guy is a scam artist. Do not use this guy. He promised to come out twice after he failed to fix the first time. Then ghoasted us, i had to call him from another number and he answered and set a time to come. I took time off of work to accommodate his schedule and he nevered showed. His name is Ian and he is horrible.

The tech came out right after I called, was very knowledgeable, ordered the oven part needed, and installed it soon after it was delivered. Thank you! I am very pleased with the service received.

Eli/Ilia came by on time to repair/diagnose my LG refrigerator. Said he charges $125 and could repair anything. So service and visit would be $125. He charged an additional $100 to put a part on a fridge with a bad compressor. Couldn't he have known this before adding part? Said that he needed part to diagnose. I called warranty department for LG as he suggested for them to replace compressor that has 10 year warranty and request repayment for his service call which btw offers no business name on invoice or email address. He may not have known this so not blaming him for their refusal to reimburse but his service call rate and additional charges are astronomical for a 20 min diagnosis. Plus I had to Zelle him bc he said his card reader is broken. I'm disappointed and out $225 for nothing bc he would charge more than LG to repair with his cost of $900!!!! Would not recommend.

Oven installation/ cabinet modification

We used regal appliance repair for the installation of a brand new Thermidor double wall oven. Eli was extremely professional and punctual and was able to install a very complex appliance with many modifications without any issues. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and ensured our complete customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend him for any appliance install or repair.

I had an emergency with my fridge which I needed service very late at night and early the next morning, I was helped by ILIA and I was able to get a new fridge installed over one night plus having the old fridge removed. He was super helpful and patient, 100% recommend!!

Excellent response on a weekend at no additional cost. Did a temp fix so I could operate clothes dryer immediately while awaiting part. Knew his product. Cleaned up after the work was done.

He was very polite and professional. Came the same day I called. The part I needed was no longer made. Offered me the chance to save money by finding a used part online. Once I had the part he came back and fixed the washer quickly. I will definitely use him the next time I need an appliance repaired.

I would highly recommend not using this company. In fact, it was the worst experience I have had with any company for any reason in quite some time. Eli, the owner, came to fix my washing machine. The price was $175 up front. He spent about ten minutes identifying the problem. He told me to order a specific part that he did not carry. I ordered the part which ended up being the wrong part since I am not a washing machine part ordering specialist. It took me awhile (eBay is backed up) to get the right part. When I finally got the right part, Eli will not come fix my machine. He wants to charge me another $175!!!! So, $350 to fix an old washing machine and $37 for the part. The way I see it, Eli stole $175 from me and refuses to fix the machine. From the YouTube videos, it seems quite easy with the right knowledge and tools. So here I am, trying to find the right video and right tools to fix it myself when I already paid this company $175 to fix it for me.

Eli is an absolute con artist hack. He also posted a 5 star review of himself below. I own several properties and have dealt with all types of tradesmen. This is by far, the worst experience, with any company, I have ever had. Also, I have never written a bad review in my life. Do not use Regal Appliance Repair.

He is an absolute scam artist….do not do business with this company. He came out once, didn’t fix our appliance, then when we called him to tell him it wasn’t fixed, he didn’t call us back. He won’t even answer our calls! We paid him for the service call and he said to call back if the issue didn’t resolve…..we haven’t heard from him since.

Edited to add : he responded to my review and asked me to take it down, as the issue was resolved. I stand by my review. The situation was never resolved because he never called me back. We ended up getting a new dishwasher.
