I have been running my small business for 20 years. My sandwich unit wasn’t cooling enough so I called Eli, from a Google search. He came and “diagnosed” a problem and asked for a check for his time and the part. He said he will order my part and contact me with my updates as to when it would come. He cashed his check immediately. He didn’t call me for days so I called him, no response. I called and called. After a few days, I called from my cell and he picked up. I told him who I was so he hung up and blocked that number. He clearly wanted a days pay and wasn’t planning on fixing anything. So I called my local police department and reported him for taking money from me for a part and never ordering it. If you can’t fix something, say you don’t know how to do your job. Not charge a small local business $205 to waste my time and lie. I am a small business owner and don’t have money or time to waste. I WOULDN’T recommend him at all. He is a scam artist.

Called to have a samsung all in one washer/dryer combo fixed after doing something dumb with it on my part. Called a bunch of places to have it looked at but either they wouldn't look at it or had no idea how to fix it due to how complex the machine is. I was about to have a samsung tech come look at it which would've taken weeks but luckily I called Quick Appliance Repair and it was repaired by the next day and alot cheaper than what samsung would've charged me. Couldn't be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend 👍.

The hinge on the door was bent. It wasn't closing properly he diagnosed. It helped me find the right part. Came back and put it in extremely honest

I would not recommend Eli’s services to anyone. I Called to fix fridge which ended up needing to be defrosted. He had to make second trip because it wasn’t done right first time. While on the first call I asked him to look at 2 burners on stove. He charged 150 for fridge and 75 for stove service call. He asked me to order 2 parts $60 that he had marked on eBay and he would come back and install them. Parts came in., he showed up and said they were the wrong parts. He was the one who selected the parts but blamed the seller for sending the wrong ones. He then said he couldn’t fix it and wanted another 150 for service call. I refused to pay him for a job not finished. He asked for 20 dollars for gas and I said no. He then said what goes around comes around. I’m just glad I was smart enough not to pay in advance. Also if a repairman wants you to order the parts DONT make him do it . I will never use his services again.

Great service. Very quick to respond and come out to site for troubleshooting/repairs. We had stove, dishwasher, and washing machine break. Each device was repair and working the next day. Would recommend if in need of appliance repair.

Ilia showed up with in hours of us calling. He was able to configure a very complex dry vent situation within hours and was able to fix it completely day of! He is prompt, honest, and very hardworking. I would 100% recommend his work to others.

I found him to fix my dishwasher by searching Google on Feb 2025. He told me it would cost $125 for diagnosis and the labor to fix my dishwasher. He came and crawled on the floor next to my dishwasher seemed to be working hard and he did not open any parts of my dishwasher but only took the bottom piece for blocking dust then put it back. Then he told us he 1000% sure it was a broken control panel. We have to order a new control panel through him for $900. We thought that was too expensive, we can use this money to buy a new dishwasher or we can find the control panel by ourselves online. We told him we can find a cheaper one, then he acted very unhappy. He insisted us to buy the part through him and pay him $125. But he didn't fix the dishwasher. I said I would pay you in full when the part arrived, because I wanted to make sure he came back when the part arrived to install it. He promised he would come. Then I paid him the $125 finally. Unfortunately, when the part arrived, I called him many times, but he always made excuses. "I am too busy" "I am on vacation" " I am still on vacation " but he never came back to install the part.

I hired him since he claimed to be an appliance technician to fix my dishwasher, but it turned out to be a complete scam. He pretended to check the dishwasher but in retrospect he did nothing. If you don't buy the expensive parts through him, he just takes the money and is gone and never comes back.

It's clear now that this person was not a qualified technician and had no intention of providing real service--just out to take advantage of people.

I'm sharing this as a warning to others: always verify credentials and reviews before hiring anyone. I learned the hard way. Stay far away from this kind of dishonest and unprofessional behavior.

Prompt, courteous, excellent service. Our dryer would not start. He came next day, ordered a part and was back to finish the job BEFORE the estimated time. His prices are reasonable and we could not be happier with the service. Will definitely call Eli again if we need something fixed.

Readied an electric service for a home sale. Found the issue with a malfunctioning whole house generator. Reliable and reasonable.

Got blown off. Talked on the phone a few times with someone, was told someone would come out to help, but no one came and we didn't get a call back. When I called again to check in I was told someone would still come out and I would get a call back, but never did. A week and a half later, we had to go with some one else.
