I'd think twice going to this company. The owner, Dan, came to our home for an estimate. I initiated four different contractors to come to my property for an estimate for tree damage in our newly bought home. Not only was the owner rude, but he also scared my wife who in turn took our kids inside. He has no people skills at all. Thank the lord, however, we now have a reliable company to do our yard and it looks fantastic. Trust me think twice about hiring this company as you probably will regret it in the longrun

Connecticut Soft Wash came out to clean our roof, gutters, and trim around the house. We have tried everything in the past to remove all the staining on the metal gutters and on the aluminum & vinyl trim around the windows and soffits....so I wasn't hopeful...but WOW! Everything came out like brand new. The staining on the roof was dramatically erased too. Plus, they took great care of all the bushes & plants around the house during the process. I would recommend CT Soft Wash to everyone!

Got an estimate same day I called. Showed up on time to do the work. Got me mixed up with another house in the neighborhood and washed most of the house when I needed only the roof done. No problem washed the roof and did not charge me for any of the house cleaning. Good quality work and best of all 1/3 the price of another local place. Highly recommend!

Dan and Chris soft-washed the house and it looks great. They also treated the roof to get rid of moss. Dan had to come back a few days later to power wash the deck and the it looks amazing. I wish I took before and after pictures! Great job and great service!

I would highly recommend CT soft wash to anyone thinking of looking to clean their exterior! They did an amazing job! Not only on the house but on our white fence and shed as well. I made my initial appointment with Connecticut Soft Wash for an estimate on powerwashing everything - house, fence, deck - so it would look pretty when we put it up for sale. Not only was CT Soft Wash the best price I found in my estimate search, but Dan, who came to assess the project, seemed the most obviously professional, knowledgeable, and reliable of anyone I'd called.

Because there were appointments made before mine and because he works according to section - this part of town this day, that part of town the next day - Dan was able to give me an idea of when my house's turn would come up but said I wouldn't know the actual date until about three days in advance.

We hadn't contacted a real estate agent, yet, so I wasn't in much of a hurry.

But then we DID contact an agent, and suddenly we were preparing to put the house on the market. I called CT Soft Wash to ask for an idea of when the house would be washed so I could let potential buyers know it would eventually look better, and instead of being given a date, I was asked when the house would be listed because they wanted to get the house washed for me before buyers came to see it. And they did just that - they showed up two days later, the day before the first showings, and gave potential buyers a first impression of a house that, thanks to Connecticut Soft Wash, looked practically brand new.

Dan and Chris are professional. Dan promised an early July date and on July 1st he called and asked if he could come right over and do the job. Knowing that this type of service needs to be flexible because of weather, it worked out great for both of us. We had a shed done (16x20) along with our home and we could not be happier! They look as good as the day we sided them! In and out in about 2hrs. Very reasonable pricing for a quality job! Don’t bother calling elsewhere, you can’t beat the service for the price! I will recommend to friends and family for sure!

These guys need to teach a class in "how to do business". They are on time. If there is an issue they COMMUNICATE. They do a great job of cleaning houses and roofs. This is the 2nd year i've used them and will not be the last time.

I have referred Dan and Connecticut Soft Wash to many of my clients who have been more then impressed with the outcome. I recently had him do the roof on my own home. Dan and his crew took great care with the landscaping around the house and for an added bonus made my gutters white again. I will continue to recommend whenever possible.

I had the soft wash done on the whole house and the rear of my roof.
An excellent job was done and special care was taken to protect my landscape around the house. An excellent service I highly recommend them. An added bonus for me was the fact that while Dan was performing the roof cleaning he noticed some serious damage to my ridge vent area and video taped it for me. I was able to get it fixed quickly before I had water damage inside the house. Thank you.....

Dan the owner came to my home and we discussed what would be done to wash the house. He was very knowledgeable and explained how his “soft wash” process would work and how safe it would be compared to a power wash. And the cost was very reasonable. I signed on and never so glad I did. Technicians Chris and Mike came to my home 2 weeks later, as Dan had promised, and washed my home and shed and spot washed the roof as needed. They were very prompt, professional, courteous and sociable and above all very dedicated workers. I’ve washed my home many times over the years but I’ve never been able to get it even close to the super clean job they did. It looks absolutely amazing! I look forward to having my home washed again by Soft Wash in the future. I was very satisfied and pleased with the job and I highly recommend them!

The owner personally came over to give us an estimate of the job. He surprisingly told us the house did not require a soft wash, but we decided on cleaning our deck and the roof of our shed. The job was done very efficiently with time taken to complete the washings to perfection. The before and after was amazing! The owner himself did most of the work and we could tell he takes tremendous pride in his business. This was beyond a most pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Ct. Soft Wash to anyone and everyone! FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY!

We had our house washed today. Danny was great. He was here on time and he explained to my husband exactly what he used and the process. He was very thorough and took great care with our landscaping.
