I give A.M. Landscaping five stars ! My office was in a bind for snow removal and it took one phone call and within 30 minutes Mike was here plowing and did a phenomenal job! He also took the time to help push people out who were stuck! I get to work very early and came in today and the parking lot was already plowed! I highly recommend this extremely professional company!!

John and his crew did a fantastic job on our driveway draining system.
Something came up in a hurry and job had to been done in a few days, Crew showed up on a Saturday and worked into the night to get it done.
Works perfectly.

John might do good work- I wouldn't know. He strung me along for months making excuses 1 week at a time. He left me with many many thousands of dollars of materials parked on our property and was zero help. In the end I found him dishonest and very unprofessional. I believe he just didn't want the job and would rather lie than be up front. No Bueno!!

John was meticulous and thorough with my patio project. The quality of work is fantastic. We love the final product, it’s beautiful.

Really good work by John and his team, and highly recommended. Previously did pavers at our old house, and more recently completely removed and replaced the driveaway at our new house. They build an all new base made of stones to account for the clay soil. All refinished the existing pavers in front of the garage, and as well as rejuvenated the cobble stone boundaries along side the driveway. Very quality work, and recommended.

John was professional and knowledgeable. He installed steps onto our patio. He stood behind his work and made any changes/corrections without hesitation. I would recommend John to anyone

JHJ landscaping just installed a beautiful patio and fire pit for us, and it looks amazing! John worked with us through many iterations to make it exactly what we envisioned. The pricing was reasonable and transparent. John and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. John & JHJ are great. They replaced the top boards and rails on our deck and also put in a new patio & firepit. We have gotten so many compliments on how it looks and we are so happy with everything. John and his team were timely, professional and talked us through each step of the process. I have and will continue to recommend JHJ to family and friends.

John was easy to work with and fairly priced. He installed a patio and fence for us and was able to complete the job in the time frame that was stated. While on site, they were professional and cleaned up each day and after they left. I would recommend John and JHJ Landscaping without hesitation.

Simple job started out great but after a problem appeared got lots of excuses and unfilled promises. I ended up fixing the problem myself.

Updated - in the year or so you waited to respond, you must have got me confused with another unhappy customer. I didn't really want to respond but the volume of untruths was too great to let it go...

The patio was about 8 years old, not 20, we never saw anyone from JHJ but you so praising other employees would not have been possible.

We did not have you " wash and seal another patio, along with another retaining wall" because we don't have another patio and didn't have you do any retaining walls and wouldn't since we were dissatisfied with the work.

When you said part of the problem was ants, I used the pesticide you recommended- thank you, it is still working today, and didn't have you return until the ants were dead. You did not "come back 5 times to sweep a little amount of sand in between pavers"

I didn't send you any rude texts but did have to block you due to the volume of texts you sent after I posted the review.

I hope you have improved your work and get nothing but 5 star reviews going forward but I'll not be responding to anything further from you.

I spoke with the owner, John, and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was referred from a friend who also used JHJ on their patio around their pool. I needed my front walkway done, replacing the old ugly concrete squares. They recommended using pavers. They did a great job and completed the walkway really fast! I also had them do a patio in my backyard with a fireplace. I gave them a target budget and their proposal/design was excellent. All I can say is wow, they did a phenomenal job. I will be using JHJ at my lake house for more work this summer. Thanks again John I love my new walkway and patio!

John recently installed a black chain-link fence in my backyard, and my experience with him was incredible. I had 5 different companies quote the job, and here's what I found...

1. John's pricing was the best by about $500.
2. John was respectful, kind, and he listened when the other companies wouldn't or thought they knew better.
3. He saved me money while making my fenced area bigger than we had even planned. During the measuring process, he figured out that we could extend the fence out another 5 ft at no additional cost. Bottom line— he maximized the materials he was getting for our fence job, when others would have pocketed the extra materials for themselves.
4. When most companies were about 5 weeks out (for install), John made it happen the week-of for me. I understand this can't happen all of the time, but it was a huge bonus.
5. The quality of his work was second to none!

John and his team do phenomenal work. I've used him for a few projects and have always been extremely happy with the results. John is creative with landscaping ideas, and also works well with me to come up solutions within the amount I have budgeted for projects. Highly recommended!!!

John and his crew installed vinyl posts and railings for my deck. They removed and disposed of the old painted wood railings that were chipped and rotting. They ran into a problem installing the stair railings because the stairs are an abnormal width, but they were able to improvise and make it work while staying within code. John also cleaned and re-grouted my patio which he installed several years ago. He and his crew are professional, and the work is always great quality and fairly priced.
