Starting with my initial personable consultation with Greg, Project Manager, we were both extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and personal detail put into our proposal. We believe that the system quoted was a great value as well. The installation team of Sinjin, Nate and Elijah were equally professional and very personable. Extremely efficient crew and neat as a pin. We were impressed with the level of detail and the huge amount of work fully completed in two days! They took extra special care in our home, always wearing foot and face coverings for COVID-19 concerns. The crew were patient with my many questions and they were all a pleasure to have on my property and in my home. Greg is an effective and responsive communicator, which is huge when overseeing a project of this scope. I will gladly recommend Stafford Mechanical to anyone that requests a referral and look forward to seeing them on my street again in the future.

I called them to assist with some airflow issues I had. I was asking about options for replacing ductwork or adding dampers if need be. (my home was built in the 1900 but has always had A/C since I moved in) I am not mechanical at all so I need to talk to a professional. Mike came out and walked me through all the locations of the current dampers and adjusted and made some suggestions. He also offered some other options to what could help if what he showed me today didn't. I would highly recommend calling them before going with any other contractor to at LEAST compare. Integrity, Kindness and Patience are upon this company, rare today!

Stafford Mechanical came highly recommended to me by a friend who had just built a beautiful new home. I did my research when I general contracted my home and these guys earned my business due not only to their competitive price but more importantly their professionalism, punctuality, knowledge and workmanship. I never had to wait on them and they always kept me informed on the next step. Everyone who has seen the hvac system they installed in my new home has commented on how nice of a job they did. People who know what good work looks like. It was an easy decision choosing them.

Brian and Jeff came out to install our new propane water heater and it was soon obvious that they are excellent skilled technicians who take great pride in the quality of their work. I am very happy with the job they did. Thank you.

Update 4/25; Since the original review Stafford has installed two 'mini-splits' for us. Both installs were completed by Elijah and Anthony and both were excellent!! I remain a big fan of Stafford Mechanical.

I am one to take full advantage of 'free estimates' and so it was over a 2 year period that I had many HVAC contractors review our Heating and AC needs to provide an estimate. It was not until I found Stafford that I was satisfied that the contractor knew what I needed and could provide the services at a fair price. The installation included a new oil tank, new furnace and new AC unit. Both crews (tank and hvac) were excellent! Clearly knowledgable, profession, clean, Covid respectful..... The Sales experience and follow up were equal to all that.
I would not hesitate a second to recommend Stafford Mechanical.

They were prompt, courteous, and did a great job of removing the old hot water heater and installing the new gas hot water heater. They tested all connections and soap bubble tested the gas line connections. Done amazingly quick, cleaned up and we're reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again.

All four of these workers were friendly and professional. Three days were scheduled to complete the work and they completed it all in two. They arrived on time each day, worked throughout the day and always cleaned the work area each day they were here. We highly recommend them and Stafford Mechanical.

Nick did an excellent job checking all 5 of the units - they are all up and running now. This is not my home (I am the executor for my late brother’s estate and have to tend to the house until it is sold), and I knew nothing about this kind of system. But I learned a lot from Nick, which I much appreciate. I’ll be having a follow-up cleaning come spring.

Very professional. We called Stafford Mechanical when both ACs needed replacing. Greg the manager came to our house to make sure all measurements were correctly made and that the Carrier units (2 and 3tons) 16 seer that I wanted would be able to be installed. The job was flawless.

Greg's service crew did a great job. Our old Furnace was 30 years old and the AC unit was 20+. The installation crew were all good guys who answered our questions clearly. No messes afterword. No promises made that weren't delivered.

I would recommend Stafford Mechanical to anyone after our experience. Gary helped get someone to our house fairly quick and the tech who came was kind, professional, and honest. I would welcome this team to come back to our house for any future needs. The price was reasonable and much better than the quotes received from competitors. Owner and staff at SMS were absolutely great. Excellent communication and workmanship. Pricing was fair and competitive. We are new to the area and were not previously SMS customers. We are now, having recieved good advice and reasonably priced, timely service with respect to our geothermal system. Each of the service techs we worked with was knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend this company.

I recently had a old oil burner replaced with a new one. the replacement was difficult because it had to be paired to a wood furnace. With the old setup most functions were controlled from the wood side. With the new setup some of the controls had to be moved to the oil side. This required a great amount of knowledge, skill and patience to get the correct configuration.
Brian and Wyatt worked long and hard to make the new system function properly.
I am pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend Safford Mechanical for this kind of work.

I realized at 4:00 on a Friday that we didn’t have hot water. Called Stafford Mechanical and someone was at my door fifteen minutes later. The technician, Brian was awesome. He explained everything going on so well and we really appreciated the time he took to go over everything. He had our boiler working again in no time. It’s great to have a company close by that’s so responsive.

I'm very pleased with the installation services of Stafford Mechanical Services. Mike is very knowledgeable about HVAC products and what would work best for our home. The price was competitive and there were no surprises. Things went smoothly from start to finish, and the two technicians that did the entire installation (Elijah & Wyatt) are highly skilled and know what they are doing. Stafford Mechanical Services came to our house in February and submitted a clear and competitively priced quote for an update of an older gas furnace and the addition of a heat pump to create a hybrid system. The work crew that completed the project was professional, courteous, and very friendly. They completed everything in the time alotted for the project and left a pristinely clean work site behind.
