My oil fired hot water heater died Thursday evening.. I called Stafford Mechanical.. never did business with them previously.. got a early morning call back Friday morning..instead of them coming out to look and quote me a price they asked me to take pictures of my set up and quoted me a price.. they came out and installed it that morning… very happy with Nick and Jason and everyone I spoke with at Stafford

I am very pleased with my recent appointment and will definitely use Stafford Mechanical again. Our tech, Nick, was knowledgeable, friendly and fixed the issue quickly. He also explained the issue and what we would need to look for in the future. I would definitely use Stafford again and probably ask for Nick.

I am building a new house and Stafford Mechanical is the company my builder uses. I am so glad he uses them. Rich met with me and went over my needs and explained everything. Frank and Hunter installed the equipment and all the duct work. Frank and Hunter did an amazing job. They took the time to ask my opinion on where to run things and explained what everything is. Their workmanship is nothing short of a work of art. I am very picky at how I like things and these two guys did not disappoint. Don't be afraid to hire Stafford Mechanical.

My heating system went down in the middle of the night. I called and spoke with Jessica she was very caring and got a technician out to my home very quickly. She communicated every step of the way and was so positive when I was so cold and upset. Nick came out and was amazing and got us heat. He was very knowledgeable of our system and got us heat quickly. With negative temperatures I was afraid of freezing pipes and they were very quick and professional. Our heat went out and we have a Weil Mclain Ultra 155 boiler. Not many in the area service that unit so I called the distributor and they recommended Stafford. I am so glad they did. The first phone call connected me with an attentive and respondent agent who promptly got us in the schedule for the same day. She explained all the billing practices and expectaions very clearly. Bill N. showed up at our house later in the day and he was AWESOME. He asked for any background on the issue and then went to it. He was able to quickly diagnose our issue and get the boiler back up and running. He explained everything in detail. What a great first experience with a company. We definitely would use them again and recommend them highly.

This marks our third engagement with Stafford Mechanical. Our initial collaboration involved a comprehensive conversion from oil heating to natural gas, alongside the installation of a ductless heating and air conditioning system. The service quality, encompassing both installation and ongoing maintenance, was exceptional. We subsequently enlisted their services for our second property, and once again, the installation and service were exemplary. During a significant portion of the installation period, we were abroad, and Greg Cyr consistently provided timely updates. It is noteworthy that the installation team performed their work during the coldest temperatures experienced in a decade, amidst a significant snowstorm.

I had an air-condition system added to our 30 year old home. My experience with Stafford Mechanical was wonderful. From Greg's visit to our home through the 4 day installation, I was extremely pleased. Greg was friendly, professional, and very knowledgable. The men installing the unit, pipes, vents, etc. were hard-working, polite, fun, professional, friendly, and took great pride in their work. They worked well together and throughly cleaned-up at the end of each day. They also were excellent about educating me on what they were doing throughout the process. Communication with the office was excellent and timely. I recommend Stafford Mechanical without reservation.,
