Very professional! Came to rescue and helped with removal of trees at my home! Will recommend to anyone!

I was impressed with this company. They have a supervisor, a large team, and they did a fantastic job. I got three quotes and this was the most reasonable. Stop your search early and go with American Landscaping. Hands down!

Stay far far away from this company, I called on May 09th to make an appointment for my trees to be trimmed. I was told I would be given a call back in 24 hours. No call. Called back two days later, still no response. that should have been a huge red flag however it being prime spring season I figured I would give them a chance. They can 4 days later-provided an assessment and said they would put me in the schedule. I called on Monday due to no confirmation of the date- had no clue when the day was and finally put me in the books. Day came-no one showed, made sure I was on the schedule. They sent two guys at 5:30pm who laughed when they came and said they needed the lift and this was not a "quick job" like they boss said. They said they would return the next day, no one showed. This has now been 6 weeks. I called the next Monday and they had me in no schedule at all, regardless to say i was very upset and the manager came out and said they would be there the next day. Guess what? NO ONE showed! Please be wary of this company!

I am amazed at their responsiveness and professionalism. I had a very dangerous leaning tree that few arborists would even get near without a crane. These guys really knew what they were doing and I would swear that they actually enjoyed the engineering challenge of safely removing the tree in sections. Awesome job!!

I thought this company was good at first. But in dealing with them a 2nd time told me this company is very bad. Their customer service is totally horrible. There is very little response from the office manager. We were told our landscaping work would start today, September 27th. I sent an email yesterday to confirm. There was no response at all. Today is a sunny day. So there is no reason for them not to start the job. After sending a 2nd email, Celio called and said due to so much rain, they now can't start the job. But I know for sure they are doing other jobs elsewhere. They have not closed their office due to the rainy weather. What a ridiculous excuse!! Celio said he would keep us on his calendar and let us know when the job could start. This was not acceptable. No good company does work this way and treat their customer this way, just keep them hanging. So we decided to cancel the whole job with them. As customers, we have every right to ask for a reliable schedule and not be kept hanging. Once the schedule is provided, any good company would keep that commitment. If things happen such as bad weather, then contacting the customer in advance is absolutely a must!!!
This is a very bad company. STAY AWAY FROM HIRING THEM!!!

We have used American several times and they are the best landscaping company in the area.

They have cut down 12 trees in our yard and they completely flipped our backyard into a safe, usable space. Before them, we had about 20 thorny bushes, a big unsightly black fence, a large hill and a very uneven stone patio. They tore out all of that in one day, then they leveled the hill a bit, leveled the entire area and filled in all holes, removed stumps and planted grass seed (and watered it while we were away!!). Now we have a wonderful space for our kids to run around and enjoy themselves thanks to American.

My only complaint about American is that they're pretty busy and you never know when to expect them. One day you look out and there's a tree cutter or a bobcat sitting in your yard. But they get the job done right the first time and you can't beat their speed on their projects. I absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area!!

This company is fantastic! As president of a condo association we have tried several companies over the years. This is by far the best service, best work, best price! Our association is no small job and they were meticulous! We have a ton of trees and shrubs and it all looks wonderful! Condo associations out there looking...hire them now!

Cielo and his team did a great job taking down two huge trees in my backyard. They are efficient, conscientious, and thorough. They cleaned up after their work. I would highly recommend their services.

When we moved to Farmington, the one thing our house was missing was a backyard. I hired American Landscaping Llc to take down a dozen trees, put up a custom made fence and install a paver patio, every part of the job was executed beyond our expectations...

The estimate was very reasonable and the work was completed much faster than I expected. The team was very professional and respectful.

There was one problem with the job and that was access to the area to be cleared. The guys had the right equipment to pull off the job, quickly without damaging anything. We were extremely impressed with the skills of the crews. In this day and age, it is rare to find that level of customer service. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors based on that reason alone.

I first called Celio after a tropical storm and didn’t think anyone would pick up on a Sunday afternoon. He picked up the phone and said he would be out first thing Monday. Celio arrive at 7 am, gave me a very reasonable price and said my guys will be here in two hours. Since that day, I’ve had six mature trees taken down and every experience has been excellent. The crew gets to work, keeps to themselves and have obviously been working together for years.

We needed a tree removed and wanted to do it relatively quickly. Alex from American Landscaping was quick to reply and gave us a very competitive price. The crew was respectful of the property and did a great job. There was no evidence they were ever there (aside from the missing tree). Thank you!

American Landscaping just completed a job for us and we are beyond impressed!! From start to finish the team was polite, respectful of our and our neighbors property, extremely efficient and came prepared for New England Spring weather. They made sure to protect our lawn as much as possible from tire tracks and limbs/trunks dropping, cleaned up all debris and brush along the way and left our property in better condition than what it was when they arrived. Their pricing was extremely reasonable for dropping three trees, stump grinding and hauling away pieces we did not want. They used not only standard safety equipment to protect themselves, but also masks to aid in protecting their valued customers during this COVID-19 pandemic. I whole-heartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for some professional landscaping work.

They did an awesome job. My neighbor was using them so I saw how they worked in action. I hired them and 3 other neighbors hired them as well. The team of workers were respectful, they picked up after themselves, and they worked long and hard to get the job done. They did a really good job. I would recommend them to anyone.
