The company promptly came out to assess my situation and helped me choose the right trees. (About 10 including some fairly large oaks.) The quote was fair, they started on time and completed the work as agreed. The employees were friendly, professional and highly competent. It's refreshing to deal with people that are competent, professional and do what they say.

Celio and team did an amazing job removing two medium sized trees. Completed the job very quickly at a competitive rate. Highly recommend!

American Landscaping removed 4 large trees, stumps, roots and all for me. Throughout the project, they responded quickly to every call/question, they showed up when they said they would, and everyone in the crew was courteous and professional. They took extra precautions when they were stump grinding close to the house, and used shields to protect the house from any debris that was thrown. They also cleaned the job site every day before they left, including hosing down my siding from dust the grinder generated. Taking the extra step with small details like that shows they take pride in what they do. Overall, American Landscaping exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree removal services or stump grinding.

We have now used American several times for tree removal. Each time the crew and office folks have been fantastic and friendly. They work very quickly and will do exactly what they say they will. They won't let you down!

American Tree did a fantastic job removing, trimming and cleaning up 20+ trees and deadwood on our property.

OMG - this company is amazing. They started work a week early, which was appreciated because I had to wait for their work to finish so I could begin fixing my lawn from another job. I've never seen such brilliance in team work. They take good care of your lawn with their machinery, work carefully, and they work so hard. They must have burned like 10 billion calories. Now I want to work for them and ditch my gym membership.

When they were done I literally went outside and gave them a round of applause which they appreciated, ha ha. I told their supervisor who came at the end (which I also thought was cool) that I thought they did a stupendous job. I was honestly so impressed. 5 stars all around.

We had a giant pine tree in our yard that always made me nervous when the winds and storms came through. Last fall during a series of storms one of the tree's giant limbs fell. Thankfully it fell without hitting anything, but I knew it was only a matter of time.

A friend recommended American Landscaping. Celio came out and looked the tree over and gave me a very fair estimate. The crew came on the day we agreed and took the tree down in a precision manner. The equipment they used was sophisticated, yet didn't leave a trace. I couldn't be more happy with the work they did. I'm getting ready to have them back to take care of the stump.

Great service, polite workers and good communication. We highly recommend this team of workers. We had some issues with a neighbor and the owner took care of this so professionally. This was a HUGE job and the price was unbeatable! I was actually hoping they provided more services so I could hire them again! Loved working with this team and would highly recommend them to family and friends!! Their pricing was extremely reasonable for dropping four trees, stump grinding and hauling away pieces we did not want. They used not only standard safety equipment to protect themselves, but also masks to aid in protecting their valued customers during this COVID-19 pandemic. Neighbors loved the free show they got as well as it was fun to watch them do their work. I felt it was important to let others know how good this team was. Thank you!

We had them take out 3 100+’ trees along with trimming and removal of numerous other trees. They did an outstanding job in finding ways to drop these enormous oak trees with minimal damage to remaining trees. Roger was our foreman and he was an artist in his teamed work. They did a great job cleaning up and even help with our insurance claim submission. Their price was great and they were quick in their response.

This business deserves more than 5 stars. They sent someone (John) out to give a quote minutes after I called; their quote was extremely reasonable and he was pleasant, personable, and honest. They scheduled the tree removal immediately after I called to tell them we want to move forward. The receptionist is so helpful and very responsive. If she did not have the answer, she would call back soon after. When the time came to remove the tree, their guys did an amazing job. It was super quick, efficient, and clean. My tree was in a very narrow area of my lawn with wires and the house surrounding it; it was a seamless cut. It was late when they finished, so they came back to grind the stump and the area looks phenomenal. I would recommend John and his guys to anyone. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever need to. Thank you!!

Our most recent work involved an issue with a fallen pine tree, which while being an annoyance, was not an emergency. Like a normal homeowner, I wanted to resolve the issue ASAP. When we met to get our quote, the gentleman indicated that we should hold off for a week until the ground was not water logged to prevent potential ruts to our landscaping. This made sense to us based on the lovely clay soil in West Hartford, and made us realize that this company wanted to avoid unnecessary damage by waiting just one week. Two other companies in town wanted to move forward the same week, either not realizing potential issues.
This showed me the company is not about volume, but customer satisfaction.
