Outstanding operation Andrew and his crew are very professional, always does an outstanding job! Highly recommend this company. If you want the job done right Trout Brook is the company to call. They recently trimmed my tree and did an outstanding job - shaped the tree up nicely. Cleaned up the jobsite. It's nice that Trout Brook Arborist has a stable workforce who know my property not only with tree services but also landscaping, leaf clean-up.

Without Andrew Bachman’s thorough knowledge of effectively navigating the insurance claim process for approval, I would not have been able to afford the removal of a damaged and dangerous tree from my property. Andrew is an excellent communicator as he quickly responded to all my texts and calls. He was equally quick to contact me with updates. He provided photographs and detailed information to both me and the insurance company. He was available to speak to the insurance claim adjuster and secure that a fair and reasonable claim would be honored by the insurance company. He created an effective strategy to remove the tree safely and contacted the city to schedule removal of the debris. I am very grateful to Andrew and his team for all their hard work and would recommend them to anyone in search of a responsible and knowledgeable arborist.

I have been working with Andrew and team for a number of years. They are very customer service focused and I've always had a good experience with them. They are extremely knowledgable and have given me great advice on how to take care my trees and landscaping. 10/10 would recommend.

Storms with whipping wind kept bringing down branches and we notices one tree tangled with power lines. Being new to the area, I reached out to Trout Brook Arborists after seeing lots of positive feedback in a neighborhood Facebook group. While receiving a quote, I also received an education about our trees and the area. It was very informative and helped me to decide between trimming a large tree versus removal and stump grinding as many of our neighbors have done. We also had some other trees growing behind our garage and they removed them for a small added cost. The quote was fair and comparable to others and the communication was terrific. We anticipate another project this spring and I know who I'll reach out to first!

I worked with Andrew on a tree removal project. He and his team were quick to provide an estimate and get the job done. All in all, it was just around a week, which was surprisingly fast!
At one point we had to make a slight adjustment to the plan and Andrew quickly was able to provide an updated invoice and the job carried out without delay.

I highly recommend Andrew and Trout Brook Arborists for your tree service needs. We hired them for the installation of a new tree after we lost our very old Maple. Andrew is a true expert in the field. He was helpful in recommending a native replacement tree that fit our preferences for size and beauty. They also regraded and seeded our lawn to complete the job. We have used them annually for tree and (large) hedge pruning as well; his team was attentive to our requests and made sure we were happy with the job and cleanup before leaving. They have the right equipment and skills to do a great job and with a very hometown and personal touch!

We had an excellent experience with Trout Brook services this fall. Inquired about curbside leaf pickup, got an immediate response and when we committed to services the leaves were gone by 9 am the next day. Amazing! Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable, professional and had some cool toys to get the job done. Andrew cut 8 dead trees on the left side of property and 2 dead trees next to a fence on the right and pruned a tree. Got everything done in like 6 hours and cleaned the yard. Would definitely go back for further projects.

We recently required an emergency removal of very large tree branches that fell during an ice storm and impaled our house. The service we received from Trout Brook was excellent. The arborist worked efficiently and safely. They took great care to be sure the damaged roof was properly tarped. Great communication throughout and reasonable rates. Highly recommended.

Trout Brook prunes our trees and has always done a great job. However, this fall we also hired them to do our final yard cleanup before winter. They provided an estimate (reflecting cost and schedule) and thoroughly completed the work on time and within budget immediately after Thanksgiving!

Drew and his team were super professional. After a giant oak tree fell on our deck and house, they came to the rescue and removed it safely and swiftly. They were helpful with insurance guidance as well.

We have had such a great experience with Trout Brook Arborists. They cut 2 enormous trees down for us at a reasonable price, constantly kept in contact with us throughout the entire process if anything changed in the plan, ground up the stumps, and even helped us cut the tree into large pieces that I could then mill or handle myself to cut up into firewood. They also offered to take away everything to be disposed of if we had preferred. They pruned our trees in front, and every job was handled extremely professionally. Despite the unexpected loss of a very expensive tool during their take down of such a big tree in our yard (it was a 200+ year old oak tree and very, very heavy), they didn't charge us more than their original quote.

Andrew took a large amount of his own time to share some of his vast knowledge about our trees, how to best take care of them and plant new ones, what we could expect when one of our other large trees had been damaged, and he even shared some chainsaw maintenance techniques I'd never heard of before. They dropped off some wood chips for us for our playground, and have, throughout our entire relationship with them, provided us with a tremendous amount of value.

Troutbrook Arborists did a superb job for me. It was quite a large undertaking. One of the trees they removed was approximately 85 feet tall and 4 foot foot and diameter at base. They were able to surgically remove the tree with their state of the art crane. They also had three other trees that measured 8 to 12 inches in diameter and were approximately 60 feet tall. They showed up on time they completed the work on schedule. And cleaned up the job site before they left.
