I set up 4 appointments with different companies to quote a job, B&M was the only one on-time! After the wind-storm in March 2021! They also gave me the lowest price!
The office staff handling my call were unbelievably professional & knowledgeable, with a friendly, down-to-earth manner. The tree removal crew themselves handled the trucks & equipment expertly, and everything was cleaned-up like it never happened. There is a stump, and dent in the fence. Otherwise, nobody'd know there was a tree half up and half splattered across the fence and yard. It was an absolutely stress-free experience. I will never "shop around" for tree service again. It will always and only be B&M for me.

B&M was great. Joe came out to the house right away, quoted me a very fair price, and got the job done quickly. I’ve used B&M previously and had a similar, great experience. I would recommend B&M highly!

I would highly recommend Joe and his crew!! I called to get two large trees removed. Joe came out the very next day and gave me an excellent price. I was hoping to get the job done within two weeks. Joe was able to get men out here with 24 hours. They performed the job with ease and did an amazing job cleaning up. My neighbors commented on hard the job was considered one tree was growing through another tree. They feared the crew would destroy the tree I planned on keeping with the one they were taking down; however, they didn’t harm a single branch. I can’t say enough good things about the man who runs the company Joe and his hard working crew.

I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, remodeling my current property, and several in the past. B&M Tree Service is one of the best contractors, across all trades, that i have ever done business with.
To start, the communication is nothing short of amazing! the request for quote answered and appointment for on site visit set the same day, emails and phone calls returned promptly throughout the entire process, updates on scheduling, certificate of insurance emailed etc. Joe, who did the evaluation of the job, was on time and very knowledgeable, he emailed me a PDF quote the same day! The crew was impressive as well, taking down large leaning trees right on a fence line with ease, cleaning up the job site, and making sure everything was to my satisfaction. If i ever need a tree service again in the future i wouldn't hesitate to use B&M. Thanks!

Had a really superb experience with B&M Tree service. Didn’t have a very large scale job and needed it done quickly. They were so obliging and responsive. They came on time, completed the work in a meticulous manner and left the site spotless. Will definitely recommend them to friends.

Everyone with B&M was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. They were prompt in responding and even worked to get our tree removal in as soon as feasible when they heard how we had waited over 6 months with no follow up from other tree services. I appreciated their honesty about what would be the best way of removing our tree which was in a less than favorable location. They stayed in touch and were a phone call away if we had any questions, which we didn’t need to call because they were on top of it. I would have no reservations recommending them to anyone and they will be who I go to in the future. Thank you all at B&M; windy days are no longer stressful now that you’ve removed that tree.

Doing business with B&M was a complete pleasure from start to finish. They responded very quickly to an emergency call from me regarding 3 scary trees that threatened to be widow makers. Big job. Joe came out right away and I had Insurance information and an estimate PDQ. Joe came immediately upon my acceptance. They were quick, professional and pleasant to deal with! They cut, chipped and hauled wood immediately.

The office team are very friendly and efficient.Joe gives me very fair prices and does the work promptly,they do a nice job cleaning up after there done!!

B&M are the best. We had a tree come down on our fence during a windstorm in December. They made it out the same day, which was Christmas Eve, to assess the situation. We had a couple other people come out and give us quotes that seemed a little too good to be true. Joe was upfront about the fact that they don’t cut corners and while it was going to cost a bit more, his professionalism and expertise made us confident that it was the right move.

We have no absolutely no regrets about our decision. The tree was gone before New Years despite the holidays. The entire team was courteous and professional. They brought in a crane, a chipper truck, and were done in a single morning. Very knowledgeable about working with insurance. I’d recommend them to anyone and while I hope I don’t need their services anytime soon, I would go with them again in a second. You may be able to find someone who can do it cheaper but if you want it done right, go with B&M!

B&M is very responsive, returned all calls and answered all questions. The tree crew showed up at the agreed upon time, worked quickly and cleaned up meticulously when tree work was completed. They did an excellent job at at a very fair price. I would highly recommend B&M to anyone who is looking to have tree and shrub work done on their property.

B&M Tree Services was very quick to come out and provide a very reasonable quote. The entire process from start to finish was very organized and professional. They got my property on the schedule quickly for a non-emergency tree trimming and I could not be happier with their work. They were able to climb the tree instead of driving a truck into the backyard and did a fantastic job cleaning up both the tree and the debris the trimming caused. They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone that asked.

I had B&M Tree Service remove several trees, stump grind and top soil/seed. They also trimmed a tall spruce. In the past I used another company to remove a couple trees and they completely botched the job. I was leery about any tree service after my initial experience, but B&M was amazing! They were professional, friendly and very communicative throughout the entire process. They answered my (many) questions until I was comfortable moving forward. The crews were also phenomenal.. they did a fantastic job, were quick and cleaned up everything. They also had me check their work before they left to make sure everything was done as it was agreed upon. Can’t say enough great things about this company and highly recommend!

B&M tree service was great! Owners Kathy & Joe were pleasant to deal with and very professional. There staff arrived at our house assessed the tree to be removed and quickly set up. They took down a 40 ft tree and all cleaned up in one hour! Amazing work.
They will definitely be called first next time I need tree service!

I highly recommend B&M Tree Service, LLC in West Hartford. I recently worked with B&M on a tree removal in my mother's yard. This tree was on the property shared with the backyard neighbor. Everyone at B&M was gracious, professional and accommodating for my mother's needs due to her age and dementia. They charge very reasonable rates for tree removal and were terrific to work with, from the office team to the crew members. I only wish they serviced northeast CT so that I could use them in my yard.

Showed up on time for the estimate and for the work. Very quick scheduling and communication, went through quite a few estimates with other companies and Joe stood out from the rest! Was very clear with what needed to be done and gave a fair price, sent the insurance info over which made me feel at ease with everything.

Workers came on time and safely cut down two large Ash Trees in my back yard , put down plates so the lawn wouldn't be destroyed and also leaf blown when they left! They even ground up the Christmas Tree I left by the road which was very nice of them!!

Everyone at B&M Tree Service has been great...the owners, the office staff and the people on the projects! Yes, so far 2 separate projects have been done (on both sides of the house - see attached pics)...and we're discussing a third with their newest addition, their landscaping company, for the backyard/hill. Would definitely recommend B&M Tree Service...very, very reasonable price and very, very accommodating!! If we could give them more than 5 stars, we would!!!

Two Maids and a Mop (West Hartford) have been great. I moved to West Hartford in the fall and they helped with an initial deep clean and since then are scheduled for regular cleanings. They are friendly, professional etc. I would highly recommend.

My new house had been renovated and it was just covered in construction dust, muddy footprints and dirty hand prints. Two maids did a great job making the home clean and move in ready.

Came to clean my house same day I called for the first time! Both cleaners did great and were super friendly! Great pricing too!!
