Troutbrook removed 8 arborvitae and ground their stumps as well as vacuuming up my leaves at the curb this fall. In both cases the crew was both quick and very neat and were pleasant to work with. I thought the price was very fair as well.

Trout Brook Arborists received good reviews so we decided to give them a try. They were extremely responsive, reliable and got the job done extremely well when they said they would and for the agreed-upon cost. We will use them again - highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Trout Brook Arborists. They responded promptly to my initial request for an assessment of the trees in my yard. They ended up removing a large tree and trimming the rest. In addition to that, they came and cleaned up all the leaves those trees left behind. They were great to work with and I will definitely be calling them again. Highly recommended!

We used Trout Brook to remove a crabapple tree and its roots in our front yard and to replace it with an ornamental tree that would look nice in the same spot. All aspects of the removal and replacement were handled with great communication, timely schedules, and a fair price. We will continue to use Trout Brook as their responsiveness is fantastic.

Trimming the two trees in our front yard was done very well, in a short period of time and cleanup of the yard was very good.
They did arrive 45 minutes late, but finished before dark and company arrived. Thankfully, my neighbor was home and graciously allowed them to park on her driveway to cut one of the trees. This arrangement was not discussed prior to the showing up to trim the trees. The day after, I realized some cut branches had fallen onto our solar panels installed on our sun room roof (not much of a pitch). So I emailed to have them remove the branches and blow off the woodchips with a leaf blower. After realizing they had missed my request they came back to remove the branches and cleaned the entire sun roof. It looks great. They also cleaned my gutters at no charge to make up for the delayed response. I appreciate their ability to make a correction.

Extremely disappointed in the work they did to sell my mom’s house. They barely laid mulch which allowed the black weed paper to be seen all over. The way they trimmed both pine trees was a mess and looks awful. They said they couldn’t spread mulch in the back because there wasn’t enough room to get back there. We moved couches and beds through that space and is not small at all. You can get equipment back there to spread. The hack job that was done on the front bushes was gross. Definitely not worth recommending to anyone. They said they would clean up the yard of the debris but they did not. I had to do it myself.

We had a tree knocked down in the hurricane and leaning over our house. We called Trout Brook and they were super friendly and responsive. They gave us a better price than anyone else and helped us figure out how to make it work with our insurance. After doing a great job taking down the tree and preventing further damage to our shed, they took all the debris to the road and even pulled up the stump which was not included in the quote. They went so above and beyond and made our day much less stressful. They are honest, fast, and friendly and I highly recommend working with them.

My backyard looked a darn mess 2 months ago. I needed some trees cut and some bushes trimmed. I am obsessed with the new mulch and my trees now. I have the best looking yard on this coast. My neighbors ask me who did my mulch and trees. Mailman always comes early just to check out my mulch. My grandkids have playdates in gramps new yard. Andrew you’re the boss. B&M did an excellent job on a smaller(25ft) tree removal and pruning of an oak around power wires. They were responsive and professional throughout the entire process and a reasonable price.

The crew was prompt, professional and efficient. They pruned the two large old Maple trees in my front yard to exactly as needed. When finished, they cleaned the entire area to perfection. I highly recommend them, and will certainly call them if I have future need of a tree service.

They are amazing to work with! We have a good size apartment complex and many trees throughout the property. We use them every year to come and remove dead trees and prune the others. The owners, office staff and right down to the crew doing the hands on work, are all professional and a pleasure to work with!

I cant say enough about B&M tree service. True professionals. I had them remove four very large oak trees, they hauled the wood away and grounded the stumps. When they were finished there wasn't as much as a twig in the yard. What impresses me the most is Joe, the owner. There wasn't nothing to sign. He is old school. Hand shake was all that was needed. When that man says he going to do something it's done. Much respect for him. Yes, lets not forget his wife Kathy. Every time I called for anything she had me in stiches. As to Joe's crew, all of them worked very hard and they don't stop working to they get the job done. God bless all of you.

It was a great experience working with B&M tree service. They trimmed a large tree and removed two small trees in our backyard. The teams were very professional they cleaned up everything after they were done . I would recommend them. Great company.

Honest, efficient, fair, quality...I could go on and on! Hire them! Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Steve walked through the property, made recommendations on what needed to be done (less than what I had been told by others). I recieved a quote on the spot and was sent the quote immediately that day. Elizabeth, in the office, was informative and helpful throughout the process, ensuring timing worked for the job and following up after the job was completed, to ensure I was satisfied and nothing else needed to be done.

B&M were amazing! Joe the owner came by and scoped out the project. Wonderful man. Super friendly and honest. Saw that we had a big dead branch that was just waiting for the perfect gust of wind to come and crash down. With 3 littles running around he knew we were concerned and was able to fit us in for the next day. He put our kids’ safety first and we are beyond grateful. We even recommend them to our neighbors, who are going to use them too. Kathy (I hope that’s the right name), Joe’s wife, was amazing as well. She coordinated the whole thing and was super apologetic when there was a slight mix up in time of day - but we didn’t care. She texted to make sure the crew arrived and then called after they left to hear our thoughts. Loved them. Really felt the family values!

This Company is Simply Great!!!...Had questions that Joe answered (2 different times) with his knowledge I decided to take all the trees down--(didn't want to but a MUST if I was going to build my home). The girls in the office kept in touch with me as the dates and convenience of My Schedule. Had 3 VERY LARGE OAK trees around power-lines but no problem. Cleaned up the area...now to my next step!...

I can’t say enough good things about this company. A massive tree fell during tropical storm Isaias, smashed my car and hit our house. Kathy in the office was so kind and professional. Her husband came the next morning to give us an estimate and the work began the following day.
The site crews were amazing. We couldn’t believe how quickly they got the job done and they were so detailed in their clean up!
