Reviews of local pros in Windsor Locks, Connecticut

Nowadays it's hard to find 3 "R"s ( Reasonable, Reliable, and Respectful). We got our full lawn installation from Cale starting with stump grinding, trash removal, planting fruit trees, grading and hydroseeding. It was relatively a large project, not only due to large yard but also how much trash was buried there. Before grading, my yard looked messy, and i didn't realize we had that much space but after clearing those stumps and making the area clear, it's a nice big yard. Thank you for your hard work Cale. He will also follow up with you after the job is complete to answer any questions and to check on the yard progress.

What makes this place exceptional are the employees.Csaba is a dedicated ,brilliant plumber. Also the person who answers the phone in the office is always polite.

I love working with this company.
Prices are normally pretty competitive and are awesome at being there quickly when you …just noticed your oil tank is at an 1/8 of a tank.
Office staff are amazing and friendly as well!
I definitely give them 5 stars!!

"Top Tier Fuel in Windsor Locks is my top choice for home heating oil and HVAC services. Their HVAC team is reliable and thorough, and their customer service is exceptional. From prompt deliveries to expert maintenance, they consistently exceed expectations. I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs. Five stars without hesitation!"

Top Tier always has very competitive pricing. I have been using them for years. Last fill I was quoted 3.83/gallon. The price must have dropped when they got their fill and rather than keep the extra money they crossed out their quote and charged 3.77/gallon og their own accord. That speaks volumes to me in this day and age.
