Frank has done all kinds of work at our house, from replacing outlets, to adding light fixtures to trenching and wiring an outbuilding and installing outlets, switches, and light fixtures. He most recently installed a whole house generator, coordinating the project with our propane vendor. He is always timely and works with our schedule. He is neat and thorough in his work. And he’s done several complex projects with fresh cuts in an older brick home for us, including a range hood and bathroom exhaust fans. He may not always be your lowest bid, but the value lies in his quality, dependability, and professionalism. We’ve never needed to call him back on any work done. He is someone we trust to leave alone in the house and know he’ll take great care and will call with any concerns. And he’s great with our cat and a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend!

Appreciate the work so much!! Worth noting that the exterior wires were done in a TIDY sensible fashion…not just ridiculous wires running all over the place. Added outlets, got rid of an eyesore satellite dish/wires/ugly dish components and non functional/old/ugly wiring buried in my moulding.

Only the second review I've ever left anyone, but given we first heard of Frank and Baker Home Electric on a social media board and read these Google reviews before picking up the phone, I thought I should take a moment to affirm the well-deserved stellar reviews we found here. We only had a general idea of what we wanted done with some recessed lighting throughout the house and a revamp of existing fixtures into ceiling fans in our bathrooms, but really found a partner in Frank who patiently and professionally explained all options and provided detailed quotes on all our "what ifs". We experienced pure professionalism throughout the process, he got us exactly where we wanted to be, worked clean, kept up amazing communication throughout, and we're thrilled with the results. An amazing contractor to work with, don't go elsewhere, call with confidence.

Frank has come to our house multiple times since we bought it in 2020 and has helped us with various projects that was usually fixing DIY work done by the previous homeowners. He always does excellent quality work, and most recently installed recessed lighting in our living room. It looks flawless and seamless, like the lights were always there to begin with. What I appreciate most about Frank is how well he communicates. He is responsive with emails, but then when a date, time, and price are set, he emails and texts me with the information so it's always there in writing. I even get a text when he's on his way to the house for the scheduled project. It is a very professional way for someone to handle his own business - usually for other people I've hired, I'm dealing with individuals who text and flake out last minute or have to reschedule. Frank has a great system set and you can tell he takes pride in his work. We will always come back to him for any electric help we may need!

Part of my house had no power but it seemed very random. I found Baker highly recommended on the Windsor community site and contacted Frank. He checked the circuit box and the GFCI plug first and they were good. He went through the house checking every possible source of a disconnection. He found a random loose connection in an overhead light in the basement. The light was actually working, so there was no outward indication that that was the issue until he took it apart. Within an hour he had located the issue and fixed it. Extremely professional, and thorough. Highly recommend Frank for all your electrical needs.
