He has done work for me personally but also when needed he did work for me when and while I owned my own home improvement business. His work is impecable and prices are very reasonible. "Promise made is a promise kept". He tells you he will be there, he will. He tells you what the price will be, it is. I "HIGHLY" recommend Herb for any and all electricial jobs, big or small that you have the need of a professional electrician.

I had been in a bit of a pickle and Telcom had really helped me out.

My boiler had broke down and I had no idea what to do! Contacted Herb and he was happy to help. He seemed very knowledgeable and skilled, walked me through each thing he was doing, and quoted me a price I could afford, fortunately.

He was very professional and I would recommend his services to anyone. He’ll be the one I call the next time I need work done!

When I moved into my first home it was filled with all old wiring and out dated electrical outlets. Herb came out and replaced everything; he also installed recess lights although out my home. He was very pleasant and respectful. I will definitely be calling him to do the electrical work to finish my basement.

Mr. Herb is an amazing electrician, his work is great. Mr. Herb work I would recommend to my family and friends. Mr. Herb has done great work for me for three years. I'm a very, very happy customer. Darnella.

Herbert did an amazing job on my house. He upgraded the electrical box in the house and also the box outside was outdated and he upgraded that as well. He explained everything that he was doing. He cleaned up after himself. He is a very pleasant and professional man. I recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician.

Great experience with Herb! They knocked out a pretty big to-do list for me, including a tricky exhaust fan install and several light fixtures. They also swapped out my old smoke detectors for me while they were here. Highly recommend.

Herbert absolutely saved the day for us. We had an electrical issue that needed immediate attention, and he responded quickly, showed up prepared, and handled the problem with confidence and skill.

What really stood out was how thorough and patient he was — not just fixing the issue, but explaining what caused it and how to prevent it in the future. He treated our home with respect, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

It’s rare to find an electrician who is this knowledgeable, honest, and dependable. If you want someone who actually cares about doing the job right and keeping your family safe, don’t waste time calling anyone else — Telcom Electrical LLC is the one.

Great job, well done for my generator transfer switch installation. I don't have to worry about electrical cords all over the floor.

I recently had an excellent experience with Telcom Electrical Contractors, LLC after experiencing a sudden loss of power to a portion of my home. The company arrived within 24 hours to assess the situation, quickly diagnosing the issue and providing a clear, detailed estimate for the necessary electrical upgrade.

The owner was truly a pleasure to work with—extremely knowledgeable about the problem and very clear in explaining the repair process from start to finish. He took the time to answer my questions, communicated promptly via email and text, and consistently arrived on time as promised.

The entire experience was professional, efficient, and reassuring during what could have been a very stressful situation. I am very pleased with the service I received and would recommend this company to family and friends without reservation.

When Telcom Electrical came out to my home for a free quote I was sure they would over price their service. To my surprise I was completely wrong. Herb came out and assed the situation. He explained things with details, provided a service date for completion and what to expect next. They came out to my home to change the generator.

This company was the most reasonable company I was able to find on the internet. It was evident that he was knowledgeable about the service I needed and was able to execute within the time frame he provided. I was very pleased with the work and with their level of professionalism. One thing that amazed me the most is that he never left until the job was done and ensured that my family light and all electrical outlets were functioning.

Thank you Herb and all providers for Telcom Electrical. I would highly recommend this company anytime and any day!
