Frank has been so helpful to me not only with electrical issues but also gave me a referral for another problem I was having. His kindness goes above and beyond! There is no one I could trust more than Frank. He knows what he’s doing and does it very well. He’s been a blessing in my life and I would recommend him 100%.

Called on a Friday at 4:30 with an emergency. Breaker box was sparking! Frank came out within 30 minutes of my SOS and got us up and running in no time and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg. This is the second time in a year I have called with an emergency and Baker Home Electric delivered excellent service each time.

Frank was knowledgable, detailed, informative, friendly and did a great job. No complaints at all. Great communication throughout the work and the follow up with the town to check the work/ permit.

Absolutely satisfied with the service I receive. Herb called with in a hour was at my location 20 minutes later I had an amazing estimate. In 20 minutes after that the service work started. He is punctual, he explains to you what needs to be done and one of the pluses for me is that, he pays attention to details.
When he’s working, he doesn’t only look at what he’s doing, but he checks to see that the other outlets in the room, are in order. His pricing is very reasonable. I never felt as if I am being taken advantage of.

I would refer him any and every time. In fact, I recommended him to one of my neighbors and the neighbor was very, very pleased. He cannot stop thanking me and has stated that Herb is his electrician from now on.
