Best landscape very trust peple

I spoke with the owner on a Monday about hydroseeding, he said he would send someone out the next day to give me a quote. No one came out the next day. Left 2 voice mail messages on Wednesday. No answer. Left two more voice mail messages on Thursday. No answer. Actually spoke with his office assistant on Friday, explained I have not heard back and cannot reach him. She politely told me she would get the message to him and he would call me. Never called me. Do me a favor, if you're not interested in the job, or you're too busy, just say so. Not getting back to people who leave you 5 messages is unprofessional.

Very unprofessional. They do not pick up leaves just blow them into lightly wooded area. Leaves end up back on lawn after slight windy day.

Above and beyond my expectations. Shawn is a really great laid back guy and him and his crew just get right to it. My job was pretty much a yard Demo and I don't recognize my own property now. I'm finding things and seeing things that were just burried in over growth. I am more than happy to pay SJN for any lawn maintenance without hesitation. SJN landscaping defines the the word excellence with a reflection of their professionalism. I had Shawn out to do some estimating for a fall clean up and mow right before my family reunion. Not only did Shawn and his crew respond promptly, but the price was fair. They even went above and beyond doing a couple of things that weren’t even in the estimate. Very happy with the service and results. 110% recommend using this company for all of your landscaping and hardscaping needs.

How many 5’s can I give? This landscaping company has taken care of me for several years in all seasons. The team is highly professional, very consistent in managing all my needs, and so very responsive. They treat you like family and take pride in the work they do. I firmly believe I have taken advantage of every service they offer including mowing, mulch, leaf cleanup, sidewalks/pathways, outside patios, snow clean up. I call Shawn and Jen and they are there!
