If I could give zero stars, I would. They burned our lawn, sent us through numerous customer service centers over 3 days, took zero accountability and then sent us an awful customer service email that included all-caps sentences and terrible grammar. We want our money back because they burned our lawn and over fertilized our new trees against our wishes, but they are not responding. No integrity. Do not use them.
Update: After they attempted to “remediate” the burned lawn, they planted seeds. Now that it’s spring we discovered what they planted was Annual Bluegrass which is a terrible grass for a lawn. Sticking by this review. Don’t use them.

The service person clearly explained what he was doing and provided clear guidance on how to water to help the seed grow.

Jeremy and Devin did an excellent job of explaining the issues with our lawn. They performed an insect treatment and made recommendations on the watering schedule and sprinkler coverage.

Everything went fine, Stephen G was cordial and arrived at the time specified.

The person that spayed for my mosquitoes today did an exceptionable job, better than any other person that came for the last 3 years. I give him five stars plus.

Never used this company before, yet I've been getting creepy voicemails from people saying they're going to "come to my house for an estimate." Called customer service to be removed from their calling list so weird men stop leaving me voicemails saying their coming over, customer service rep was rude and it took several times to explain that I simply wanted to be removed from their calling list.

I didn’t get the bartenders names but they were both AWESOME. The App was all screwed up and I thought you had to order using the QR code so I missed out on a good selection because the QR code said most items were out. But, again, the bartenders were awesome so it made the evening great.

I live in South Windsor.. This service is not honest or TRU.. They are crooks. I had service today and watched the tech go across my lawn front only 3 times. Never did the side of my house or the side of my business next door. I watched him off load the machine and load it back up in less than 15 minutes! I have a lawn service that takes 45 minutes to cut. That's the size of my lawn he did not treat?? I am being charged for the whole yard? How do I get my difference of money back! These guys should be aware that people work from home and watch out the window.. BBB I will be contacting about this hustle.

New Year spring service maintenance. My new technician Jaylen was personable and informative

They are always reliable and my grass loves them. What more could you want.

Excellent lawn care with professional and informative staff.

Updated review. After calling and complaining to Tru Green that my lawn look the worst ever, weeds, crabgrass, dead spots they said they would send someone out for a free treatment and get my lawn back on track. Well they have scheduled 5 appointments and they have canceled all 5 of them! I do not recommend them at all and definitely won’t be using them in the future!
They keep trying to up sale me with different products. Really! You can’t even keep the weeds away. No thank you!!

Did not put any fertilizer on lawn only hung the bill on the front door saying that they had serviced the lawn. Security cameras showed he didn’t even enter the property.
Contacted customer service, manager seemed to care less when I offered to send screen shots of the footage showing that nothing was done. She apologized and said they would send another technician out and not bill me for the service. I was billed for the service the next day and had to call customer service again.

I'm extremely satisfied with True Green Lawn Care I'm content with the professional Services they offer me I'm also pleased with the hair they all from my questions with professional answers in a timely fashion thank you TruGreen Lawn Care I have the greenest lawn most maintained manicured lawn in my neighborhood thank you for being a friend and my lawn care service

Their service is awful. I had one of their employees call to sell me additional products, yet the service I have has shown no benefits whatsoever. They are late on the latest application (haven’t seen them in well over a month in the peak of growth). They have no clue what they are doing. This is a corporation by name, but an utter scam in practice. Do not fall for this! Pay a little more for a local business if needed. Do not let yourself get fleeced. Pay for a product that works.

Rafael G. serviced my lawn this morning. He did an EXCELLENT & thorough job!!! I’m very pleased! Very good worker. Rang my doorbell & we discussed about my little purple flower/weeds. He said they are very difficult to get rid of. Suggested I pull those out by hand. Which I will do. He was polite & knowledgeable! 👍🏻

Have had other companies who burned our lawn with chemicals. Received an apology and reseeding, but the thought of destructive chemicals was not good. Switched to TruGreen two years ago and have been very happy with the service and the condition of our lawn. Thank you

As a long time customer, I have found numerous times being frustrated at inconsistencies with your office staff and inconsistencies on how your technicians apply your product to our lawn. It seems like EVERY YEAR we start out good and my lawn looks like Trugreen promises but after the the "multi" treatment that includes our grub treatment now, my yards color looks awful. I've talked too your office MANY times and seem to get that polite and what the customer wants too hear answer ! My wife and I have discussed numerous times to cancel our highly expensive service and for some reason keep throwing away my money to be aggravated. I find it hard to see some of my lazy neighbors that butcher and don't even water their lawns during the season have lawns that look better then mine. Being both of us are retired, I don't know how much longer I want to waste money to be aggravated.

I just had my lawn fertilized by TruGreen after an error.. the technician accidentally did my neighbor's yard. I called TruGreen and told them that I understand things happen and I didn't want the technician to get into trouble for his error they came right out two days later and completed the service free of charge I really appreciate that.. my technician Keith is a great guy very personable and does a good job thank you all and keep up the good work..
