Our service came at the end of a rainy day. The service provider answered my husband’s questions about the application and was very thorough. Now that it’s spring and we have completed an entire season of Trugreen care, our previously weedy and dead lawn looks wonderful! The grass looks beautiful ! I’m very pleased with the results.

Ever since I switched to tru green my lawn has ben declining. I noticed an issue with my last service being incomplete. They only fertilized a portion of the lawn and left. I've called customer service 4 times to get a manger to address my concerns and I've was told they would message him again but they can't force him to reach out to me . I was also told they would service my lawn every 4-6 weeks but they usually come at 8 weeks after I call and ask why they haven't come yet.

For 15 years my lawn looked awful even though we tried to fix it. Then hired Trugreen. Each year it looked better and better. Last year it looked great but this year really amazing. They fixed everything and Pete and Bianca were great.

Getting very good results, and this is only the 2nd application. The job is always done well, with precision and care. Staff are very nice, always willing to explain the work they do, and what the results will be.

A manager has visited my property since my discussions with TruGreen after many repeated attempts to explain that I don't want technicians I want a field manager because my lawn is being destroyed. I've sent photos of a lush green lawn no patches. It has been turned into a yellow patched disaster. My neighbors who don't do anything with their lawns have no burn marks on their general lawns.

Although very pleasant, The use of technicians that come out not understanding lawns or having enough industry experience is a problem as well. there's a huge communication breakdown among the technicians and various departments I personally had to stop a third technician from attempting to apply a third application on my burnt lawn.

My lawn would have been completely White had I not stopped them.

I called to report my lawn turning yellow after a first summer application that was applied in high heat. After that they sent someone over who was supposed to review the lawn instead he applied another application. I called back in again to say now my lawn is very burnt. They sent over a third person who I ran outside to, he was holding a sprayer about to spray the lawn a third time. That's why I feel there's a communication breakdown that led to this situation.

The customer care 911 email likewise have many different admin people who in my opinion don't research the client enough. I try to communicate but I get a reply from a different person each time. Today they tried to send out a fourth person to evaluate my lawn despite explaining that I already had a manager here and an ongoing discussion thread.

The lawn is so spotted with yellow markings and burn areas that you might as well consider this property damage.

Everyone I speak to is respectful and trying to be professional but there's definitely a breakdown of follow-through and what I feel needs to be one manager taking ownership of the whole property.

They have offered to overseed No charge based on this but I've worked so hard with them over the years to get my lawn to a perfect spot-free patch free result only to have it ruined because of these breakdown in communications.

I don't feel this resolves my situation it leaves me at the peak of our summer season with a destroyed lawn. Not much can be done from here.

TruGreen ruined my lawn. When dry, brown patches first appeared, I tried to get someone to assess the situation. Despite many calls over several weeks I only got lip service, and the problem got much worse. No one even attempted to address my concerns. You can’t reach the local office, only a call center where they “just say what the customer wants to hear.” I got false promises and a destroyed lawn. Read the reviews: good unless there is a problem; but if there is you’re on your own. The "owners" answers to negative reviews are just PR to appear responsive. Good luck.

So far my service has been poor as my lawn is 40% crab grass. I have a new technician who I’m hoping can solve the visual.disaster my lawn has become. The new technician (Brandon) seemed knowledgeable and was pleasant. I hope he can fix this mess.

Anthony from TruGreen is the greatest!!! He is very polite and really knows his business. He helped me out with some things that I didn't know. The world needs more people like Anthony. I'm very happy with the service. After reading the reviews I'm a little scared now. The reviews are telling me to stay away from TruGreen. I hope this doesn't happen to me. We were told that the first application was going to be around 40.00$ I checked my bank statement and they took 102.00$ out of my account. I think I will just cancel the service now.

Nick was very responsive, offered a great price and got the job done quickly. He was in contact at every point and we will definitely use him again in the future for stump removal!

Nick was very responsive, thorough and careful to protect the rest of our yard while removing the stump. He leveled the stump area and left it so that we could put grass seed on the area as soon as he left! We will call Stump Off again if needed.

Nick and crew did a fantastic job. Had a hideous looking tree stump. Removed entire trunk, and leveled off entire area with dirt. Would use 100% again. Great pricing and quick work.

Nick and Andy did a great job. In 2 hours they removed 3 large stumps, encountering a lot of rocks with one, piled up the wood chips and raked the soil. They were careful with the surrounding plantings. I would hire them again and recommend them to friends.

Very professional job. Accessible and very flexible with time, Nick made sure to do the best job possible. After the stump was removed, he cleaned the area very well, all at a fair price. Would highly recommend this stump removal service.

Talk about good work ethics! These guys worked all day without taking a break to get the job done. They went above and beyond to remove stumps that we missed during the initial quote which was awesome. They took extra care of the lawn when moving the machinery around as well as made nice piles of mulch after grinding each stump. They answered my call and performed the quote on a Sunday afternoon which was amazing to see people working weekends. I can't recommend this company enough, well worth the money spent.

We had Stumpoff grind several stumps in our backyard. They were immediately responsive to our request for a quote, and came to do the job on the day, and timeframe they told us. Additionally important, they moved their machine across our yard without any damage to the grass, cleaned up and removed the debris and were professional in doing so. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for some more trees that I plan to take down.

Nick is awesome! Professional and polite, I had 17 tree stumps on my property he is super efficient, and he has the best price in CT. Came the next day, swiftly removed them all, and I could not be happier! Highly recommend.

We had a great experience. The service was excellent. Took about an hour and a half to grind and remove over a dozen tree stumps. The owner of the company was very professional and filled the stump holes with dirt and cleaned up the mess afterwards. I would recommend this company to anyone. Overall 10 out of 10.

Great Service. Had 8 stumps removed from my property varying from 12" to 38" in diameter. Nick started at 9:00 and had the whole job done by 1:00 including all the clean up! Would definitely recommend for stump removal and will use again if I take down more trees!

I got their number from a co worker of mine and I’m extremely happy I called. Nick came out very quickly and gave me a quote. A few days later my stumps were gone. Very professional and amazing quality of work. I will tell everyone I meet that needs their stumps removed about how happy I am with the work that was completed. If I could of given 10 stars I would.
