Lawn care specialist was very helpful and friendly. He was also on time

Better known as Trubrown. Killed our entire lawn over our past year of service. We notified them of the problems and they insisted they would fix it but they did not.

Lawn looks awful even having service for 8 years!! It takes months for supervisor to contact With no resolution.

The tech did a good job of applying the product BUT:

He did not knock on the door or ring the bell

His narrative states I need to raise the cutting blade. Really? The grass was cut tight in the fall and gas had its first cut this year
He states the lawn needs aeration. One week prior I aerated the entire lawn and those holes are still visible

It seems quite obvious that I cannot give any credence to these comments as none of them were right or applicable.

I will need assess and complain to advocate for my lawn as I do not trust your field reps

TruGreen BURNT my grass! I paid $1,000 for TrueGreen to destroy my lawn? TruGreen better fix this ASAP!

I am very pleased with the service, however, I do wish you’d come back once about mid-September in case there’s substantial growth from the rain. Thank you so much.

Individuals who are coming out are not grass experts. My lawn is now completely burnt it went from Green last week to over fertilized.

Liars that promise to provide competent lawn and tree care but somehow fail at both. The technicians that come out do not do our yard as it should be done. Last time they spent 4 minutes fertilizing a 2 acre property (including trees) and barely noticed any difference. They spray in areas we ask them not to (for dogs and children). This week the technician stood in our driveway for 5 minutes, on camera, doing nothing when he was paid to take care of our shrubs. He left without doing anything and had the nerve to send a text that the job was complete.

Perhaps try to hire staff that have integrity. Stealing people's money for no service is just bad business and wrong. Do better, TruGreen.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If you want a lawn that looks like the picture attached, by all means call TruGreen right away. 2 years in a row they killed my lawn. Lets just say 2 years, THOUSANDS of dollars and this is what my lawn looks like. Don't know how this company is still in business. (They actually have a webpage dedicated to complaints about them. Over 1500 now). Oh wait, I know how they stay in business. They buy out local businesses, take over their accounts, kill their lawns, lie to them and make them spend thousands of dollars on repairing it. As is the case with me. It's funny how many people I have talked to that had similar situations. So now I am in the position of hiring another company to fix their mistakes. More money!!

Was very pleased with the way Vincent went with his questions and understood what needed to be done. The information he provided me with was what lawn products he was going to apply. Getting a .pdf document was very beneficial as to what we needed to know what to do to make our lawn take shape. Looking forward for the next application.

The only thing is that TruGreen kept on rescheduling. One time because of weather - it was raining , so that was fine, but other times they would cancel after saying they were on their way. But otherwise, I have not seen any weeds in our lawn- so that is good.

Had Spring fertilizing done today.

My only complaint is that I did not receive a text before this morning’s flea/tick application. I specifically wanted to up-date the tech, Ronald, on changes to the areas to avoid that may be different than previous years. Ronald arrived before 8:00 AM, before I was out of bed! It was a scramble, but I made it out to the yard to speak with him before the application began. Thankfully, Ronald has been here in the past and was familiar with the yard. The “tweaks” may seem minor, but they are important to me. I would appreciate a “heads up” text before all future applications, so that I can plan the confinement of my dogs according to your recommendation to allow “drying” time after application. Other than this, It was a 5-star rating!

Michael Roach was gracious and informative - looking forward to his continued care of our trees and shrubs.

We were not home at this visit but the technician did come indoor to notify us as we saw on our ring doorbell. We had a
Contractor on our property and he did relay to us that the technician was courteous and professional while he was here. Glad to see that after our last visit with a different technician which did no go favorably our feedback to company resulted in this positive experience of today’s visit

Young man was very pleasant. I showed him my property lines. He did a great job very polite.

Jaden S. is a very professional, polite young man. I arrived home just as he was finished with applying fertilizer and weed control. I am sure he has many stops to make, however he put his truck in park, got out to approach me, greeted me with a smile and told me exactly what product he applied and that it should be watered in. I couldnt be more pleased with the professionalism and courtesy he displayed and he should receive the credit he deserves when he returns back to your office. Well done .

I WAS interested in info on service...but I have since changed my mind opted out of their text service after saying I wasn't interested. And I am STILL getting spammed 3 to 4 times a day with phone calls. I never answer, I always send to voicemail...and they just DON'T give up. It's extremely annoying and uncalled for. If I wanted your service I would have called back the first time.
