I can’t say enough good things about W. Santos Construction Services! My house, built 38 years ago, had issues from poor lot grading and inadequate foundation drainage, causing erosion and foundation settling. I’d been researching solutions when I noticed my neighbors down the street getting a new drainage system installed. Their work looked high-quality—not the usual flimsy 4” perforated pipe but a sturdy 10” rugged perforated pipe. So, one day, I walked over and met Walter as he was wrapping up. He was super friendly, checked out my property, and explained exactly how to fix my drainage issues. We agreed on a great price and his team got to work. They removed my front stairs, then dug a trench. They power-washed and waterproofed the foundation walls, fixed cracks, and installed a perforated pipe wrapped in fiberglass, surrounded by rocks. For the gutters, they installed heavy-duty downspout drainpipes. They also regraded the yard to stop water pooling, added loam, and seeded. Plus, they installed granite stairs and a concrete walkway, blending perfectly with my driveway. Walter and his crew were professional, great at communicating, and everything they did was built for longevity. Walter mentioned his team handles everything—including interior construction, property maintenance, you name it—so we’re already planning to use them for a backyard porch, septic system, and new gutters. Overall, I’m thrilled with the results and highly recommend W. Santos Construction Services.

Walter and crew did great work installing a new foundation drainage system & concrete walkway. Got a great deal on pricing, project was completed in a timely manner (about a week), and the materials used are good quality. We purchased our own granite to be used for front steps, and they picked those up & installed them. Walter thought of things along the way that I wouldn't have thought of, like making sure there are drainpipes for future gutters, and they even installed a small pipe for our wired dog-fence under the granite steps. They also graded the ground when they were done. Great communicators and answered any questions we had along the way. Will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.... highly recommend.

C&G Builders built our 1,500 sq ft addition. Anthony (owner of C&G) worked with us every step of the way. He made sure that quality and attention to detail were his top priority. He also made great suggestions that nicely enhanced the entire project. All for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend C&G Builders for all projects big and small.

He is smart, experienced, very skilled, and has great attention to detail. His standards are high, and I have greatly appreciated that. He never disappoints!

Anthony was excellent, mindful of cost to us, and detail-oriented. We had an emergency issue with our Master bath, and after making contact with Anthony, he came over right away and began problem-solving. He was so helpful and communicative, checking in throughout the week to see if the initial fix would suffice. After we realized the issue persisted, Anthony was willing to brave the frigid temps and take the next steps! He was great to work with and we will surely use C & G Builders in the future.

Anthony, owner of C & G Builders, is nothing less than amazing. He finished our attic space, remodeled our master bathroom, and reconfigured our whole first floor. In addition to that, he updated our stairs and second floor landing area. Working with him was a true pleasure. He has great ideas, is very skilled and talented, and extremely detail oriented. We even threw him some curve balls (hiding the pipe in the kitchen!), but he always came through with a home run. He is especially good with maintaining contact throughout the project. We never had to worry about anything, knowing he was just a text or call away. We love our new space! We’re going to miss having Anthony around but look forward to working with him again! C & G Builders is the only contractor for us!

From the beginning to the end, I had a great experience with this company. Tommy was professional, informed, and extremely thorough, and scheduling a dryer vent check was simple. They also showed up on schedule. Before beginning the operation, he gave me a thorough explanation and guided me through the vent system's condition. Before departing, he meticulously cleaned the dryer vent and ensured it was safe, clean, and operating as intended. My dryer started operating more effectively right away. Excellent service, reasonable prices, and assurance that the work was completed correctly. I heartily suggest them to anybody in need of cleaning or maintenance services for dryer vents.

NO SHOW...It pains me to complain about poor service. I would much rather rave about awesome service and a job well done. But this sadly is not the case here. We made an appointment with P&T for air duct inspection and cleaning weeks in advance and were told P&T would arrive somewhere between Noon and 4 p.m. yesterday, so we stayed home all afternoon with NO visit or phone call from P&T. At 4:10 we called the office and were told someone would call us shortly to let us know they were on their way. Never received that call or a visit. In today's highly competitive marketplace, how can companies like this remain in business? After this time waste, we have moved on to another company. I guess the silver lining in this dark cloud is not hiring P&T. If they cannot even show up as promised, how confident can we be in their air duct cleaning performance?

We recently had a failing furnace that was 13 years old. They came out very quickly and identified the issue(s) and presented us several options. Given the age of the unit, we decided to do a full replacement. They ordered a new unit and got us scheduled extremely fast which was great because it was already getting cold outside. Their team was very professional, competent and friendly. The price was reasonable and competitive - a fair price. Service and attention to detail was excellent.
